A very reputed sweet shop in the heart of the South Extension-1 Market. One can find a great variety of sweets from the traditional ones like gulab Jamuns and Kaju Katlis to their very own inventions like Dry Fruit Ladoos and Coconut Ladoos. I tried their Kesar Ladoo and Coconut Ladoo 🥥 during my visit and they were delicious. It is also a great option to have a quick snack and take a break from shopping around the market. They serve indian snacks like Raj Kachori, Chole bhature and Dosas. They also have a great variety of savoury snacks to choose from and also sell gift baskets on special occasions.

A popular sweet shop in South-ex. Wide variety of dairy as well as non-dairy based sweets and confectionery are available here. Tastes good and hygienic. Prices are a little bit on the higher side. Can visit for a quick bite.

Most hyped up place. We ordered papdi chaat (0/5), puchka or Pani puri (1/5) - see photo, and onion kachori with aloo ki sabji ( 3.5/5 - the only redeeming dish for which 1 star ), and this was one of the worst experiences in Delhi. For all the people who come here from other parts of India there are other places in Delhi...even rekdi walas will have better Pani puri. Please avoid this Bengali sham centre.

Loved the food. We really like the amritsari platter, fresh lime, sweet lassi and jalebi with rabdi. All food were awesome. Sabzi served with amritsari platter were also very delicious. Will go again and will try some more items. Well spent daughter day.

They have the best chhole bhature and cold coffee. Such balanced flavours, freshly made. Their kulfi is also nice - not too sweet, just the right mix of sweetness and flavours. They had such cute paper straws. I asked for some extra and they happily obliged. Must visit place. They have decent space for sitting as well.

Good sweets shop. One of old sweet shop in South Delhi. Rate of products just like South Delhi rate. Little bit expensive. But they maintain quality, hygiene and taste. Big and good sweet shops. Old bangla taste they maintain. It is one of big sweet near area. So I like it.

Visited yesterday. Delicious is the only word to be used for this place. Try anything, you will be mesmerised by the taste. The only thing is that they must improve the quantity of few things like corn cheese basket and noodles. But I'm going to visit this place again for sure.

Went for a breakfast on a Sunday Morning to experience pathetic food and even worst customer experience. Skip at all cost if you don't want to ruin your day.

ORDERED PAV BHAJI AND THE TASTE OF BHAJI WAS LITERALLY HORRIBLE!! IT DID NOT EVEN TASTE LIKE ANYTHING..JUST ALOO MASHED TOGETHER!! NO DHANIYA AND NO BUTTER ON TOP..AND THEY ARE CALLING IT BOMBAY PAV BHAJI!! WHAT NONSENSE! THE MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND STARTED GIVING UNREASONABLE EXPLANATIONS AS TO WHY THE BHAJI WAS LIKE THAT...I MEAN ITS RIDICULOUS... IN PLACE OF THAT, WE OREDERD PURI, CHOLE AND HALWA!! AND MY GOD...THE TASTE WAS AGAIN SO BAD...WE HAVE BEEN COMING TO BENGALI SWEETS FOR SO MANY YEARS..BUT THE ATMOSPHERE..THE SERVICE AND WAITERS QUALITY HAS DRASTICALLY DROPPED DOWN!! YOU KNOW HOW MUCH HALWA THEY GAVE? NOT EVEN ONE TEASPOON!! IT WAS LESS THAN WHAT IS GIVEN AS PRASAD...NEVER VISITING AGAIN..!! RAJKUMAR JAIN THE MANAGER IS THE RUDE AND THE WORST!!!

An old and well established restaurants in South Ext but post Covid19, it seems they have inherited the inconsistencies and uncertainties…if the food served is tasty then the waiter appears to be lost in his dreams and when the photogenic food is not as per the delivery, it makes me feel like a wasteful expenditure. Hence be aware the what you order and the of you order. Chhole bhature was good…stuffed naan was nothing but like a cheap roadside naan. South Indian food is decent.

From sweets to chaat items, everything is good. You can sit inside as well. Only thing is parking space not available here. Nearest metro station is South Extension on Pink line.

Food was excellent. If you're new to Delhi, this is a MUST TRY place. It's always crowded in the peak hours, getting a table was difficult for us. Service was fast but still due to the huge crowd it was not competing with the crowd incoming. I couldn't find any negative stacks on the restaurant.

A must-visit in Delhi. You will find very few tourists here. The food is tasty, authentic and cheap. They are super nice and the service is rapid. Try the chole bhature, samosas and jalebis (see attached photos). The mithai (sweets) are also a must-have.

On a rainy day, escaping the water logged streets, we took shelter here. Ordered aloo tikki and choley bhature. The service was quick and the food was okayish. Prices on the higher side.

Had chole bhature and dosa. Bhature was good but dosa need to improve. Didn't like the taste of sambar and chutney. Located in south ex market. Nice ambience, good service. Recommend to visit

ऊंची दुकान, फीकी पकवान! This phase is absolutely suitable for this Shop. Just because this Shop is old and situated in South-Ex, lots of people do visit here.

A necessary stop for superb sweets. The variety and quality are mindblowing. The best, most delightful kaju and almond based specialities. In the restaurant side, top Bengali dishes, along North and South Indian snacks. Wonderful and highly recommended!

F&B post covid crises should be given extra care, but this one just doesn't even meet the basic 21st hygiene standards forget its prominence in South Delhi. Some places are overhyped or perhaps with time when they reach their fame and have made their name & fame they tend to take their service quality customer trust for granted just because people are have an ongoing rumor about this place being wow. Perhaps try and keep your eyes open and pay attention to basics which sometimes we tend to blindfold. From lipstick mark on the steel glass to the drinking water, from tiny hair dirt particles to the unapologetic managing senior staff. Who cares for the food when basics are not addressed? If I were a F&B hygiene inspector would shut it down.

This place has good quality of sweets. Every variety of sweet is present here. But the rates are quite higher. This sweet centre has restaurant facility on first and ground floor where you can eat. This is a type of sweet center where you can come with your family. You can celebrate your friends birthday. This is quite famous shop and interior are quite good.

This is overrated shop. One can get food positioning after eating their food because it is stale. Staff is very rude and don't take customer feedback seriously even after selling sub standard food.

A decent place for snacking. South Indian food is pretty good, Chinese not so great. Rest of things are bit on higher price side but overall hygiene, service and variety will not disappoint you.

The taste of all sweets which I have tried one by one over period of time either has not changed or has improved , amazing authentic taste and cooperative staff , loved this place .

Average food , Haldiram's better. I am surprised even after being in business for so long and in such a premium location, there's no attention to detail or to upgrade the experience. Same old middle class experience.

Exceptional shop in the heart of shopping arcade . It's on the left side of shopping hub of South ex while going towards okhla . There is enough parking but is seriously busy and clogged on week days . The ship is brilliant and has all the varieties of North Indian sweets, chat a, dosa, snacks, chole kulche, bhature , dahi bhalle et all. It has a small sitting area with smart chairs where one can sit and eat inside the shop. The service is fast and snappy and the waiters good natured and well behaved. Whenever you plan a shopping in that Magnum super place , don't bother about where to eat. This is the place . The South ex is a shoppers paradise . All branded shops are around. Nalli and Frontier raas need a special mention. The Levi's and west side are super stores . While in Delhi a must visit place for an exhilarating experience indeed.

Wonderful restaurant and sweet shop. They have very tasty dishes for meals as well as sweets on very low price as compared to other restaurants.

Today, we ordered Falooda Kulfi from them and while eating, we discovered small pieces of broken glass in it. As it was ordered through Zomato, we complained to them, together with the photograph. According to Zomato customer care, they contacted Bengali Sweet Centre to replace or refund the customer. They simply refused. This is criminal offence. This broken glass in their food can harm someone internally. Health authorities of India should do something. But everyone knows, they won't.
