Here I will explain step by step process of LASIK from Dr RP Centre because most of the people only interested to know that thing:- 0. Zeroth Condition: AIIMS is a govt hospital. So patience is must. It doesn't matter how well educated you are, here you will be treated as a common citizen. 1. Online appointment from (AIIMS online appointment portal) Fees is 10 Rs. 2. You will reach centre on designated day. But there will be no separate queue for online & ofline registration. No need to frustrate because won't take so much time. 3. Ar registration centre a pink colour slip will be issued to you and room no. of OPD will mentioned on it. 4. Now, go to OPD room. It may take around 20-40 minutes to get into OPD room. First, a doctor will check your eye power. Then, second will ask problem. She will ask reason for LASIK. 5. After that, you will be referred to Room No. 102 (First Floor). Guard will deposit your OPD Card and direct you to report Room No 116. 6. At Room No 116. Here, New green slip card will be issued. 7. They will again check your power and ask reason for LASIK. (Mainly two reasons either cosmetic or professional). 8. Now, you have to wait for sometime. In Room No. 116 doctor will do further tests and a fresh date will be given to you. (Generally after 01 month). 9. On fresh day (after 01 month), further tests and finally they will tell you best Eye LASIK surgery for you. You have to go for it, no option. 10. Some people are not fit for LASIKs. So Doctor ask them for further tests which may take extra time for those people only. 11. On surgery day. LASIK will done and whole process will be over. Thanks for patience full reading.

No separate queue even after taking the online appointment. Both appointment taken and non appointment patients are in same queue. Only two registrations counter were open for thousands of patients. Unnecessary wastage of time. Very crowded. No social distancing maintained in OPD during this Carona time. Administration must take strong action.

One of the Best Hospital for eye related issues and surgeries. India's best doctors are here. There is a long waiting list for operations so make sure plan your surgery or treatment accordingly. Do not visit the hospital without physical or online appointment. They do not entertain patients without appointment. please vist 9 AM in the morning for better consultion. Wards are clean, canteen facility is available here.

They don't hve any manner to talk to their patients. All Staff behavior including doctors specially {♀️female doctor} behavior is very bad except some doctors . There is no option to give zero star therefore i gives one star.Otherwise it's not even worth it. Security guards treat humans like dogs. Terrible experience in this hospital. The doctors (many) are very rude and unfriendly and unhelpful. I will not recommend this hospital to anyone. The number of staff here is less. If one is not able to get treatment in another hospital then it is better to die as a dignified person. But eye treatment is good.

There is service good but there is no time schedule for staff, like :-they give appointment time 8:30AM and don't open window/counters before 9 AM, they don't care patient time or condition.

"Dr. Shreya - E- 4 " highly insensitive lady I know For Government Hospital Review Doesn't matter. But still i want to share my experience while I took my son for Eye check up. We came across with super insensitive lady Name . Dr Shreya. She doesn't deserve to be a doctor. If one cannot understand the pain and urgency of child. Then i have doubt . How she is going to be as a doctor. First she sit in E-4. And the way she handle her operation is super full of Chaos. No transparency. When you get your turn then she will tell the most and super waiting task. Go and get drop in your eyes and come after half an hour. And by the time you come back your card lost in bunch of cards . And now you won't be able to understand , whether your turn already passed or she will will call your name in some time. The process is so unorganised, that one cannot Guess when his or her turn will come. I want management to to please take action against her and give her one extra hand to handle operation. By the i felt she wasn't doctor - she was looking like a Trainee for exposure .

One star is also high for me.I have very bad experience in Aiims waiting for long queue and the doctor(may be intern) were busy with his friend outside the building. waiting from 2-3 hours for your turn is not so easy in rush. They should know that they have profession with very high risk. They have to present atleast the time of their duty. And the behaviour of staff was ridiculous, they might be think that they were all superiour than any one, the language and the tone was so rough and rude.Hope that higher authority should see the matter and do something better for patient. I have very much negative point.

Doctors are good but the employees are the worst, they don't allow you to enter to meet the doctors even after you have an appointment form the doctors....I think higher authority has to take some action against the guards for their rude behaviour and abusive language with ladies and patients. And I suggest if you can afford go for another hospital for better services

I came for new opd appointment at 8 am in order to avoid waiting and crowd. But my turn came at 1:30 pm. Dr. Rachna Meel was rude while checkup and shouted several times. She said she doesn't have enough time so i should hurry up. She just wanted to get ot over with all the pending patients. I had a bad experience at RP Centre with doctor and guards. The cards weren't kept systematically hence the delay. Also, there was not enough chairs to sit in the waiting area.

I’m sorry to say but the staff behaviour and attitude is ruining the sovereign in terms of hospital, I mean AIIMS and also the name of cognoscenti Dr. Rajendra Prashad. Dr Sakha sitting in 17/A is very rude and she literally brought my Grandmother’s eye in vain. I mean she made her almost blind by prescribing wrong medicine and also forced us to stop the regular and important medicine of pressure without letting us to speak a bit. It was really humiliating when we went there to inform her that due to some issue the machine is not able to judge the eye pressure and she readily blamed us for coming to a wrong place and shouted and made fun of us. It’s so heart rending that my Grandmother had tought thousands of student like her in Government school giving her life and got this kind of treatment and this level of respect being 70+….

If you have good contacts with lady security in room 38A then only you can get proper treatment. I am coming here for second time but had a bad experience in eye care centre back again. The lady security brought her known 10 to 12 members and made entry in between the queue also messed up with people around saying rubbish wherein every other member standing in queue are following the protocol. Wow is this a management???

0 star should be an option for this hospital. I don't know why this comes on top hospital list in google.i went for Lasik treatment there in August .after one month of procastination from their side they gave me another month to get barrage laser done in September. In November I got barrage laser done from there. A junior did it and after doing half process she left for one hour to her other imp works leaving me alone.came back and took 2 mint only to finalize.and asked to come after one month. First of all 1.Security guards are given excess authority to disrespect everyone irrespective of their age. I called them saying "jane nhi dungi andar" for asking her questions 2.there is no one to tell you exactly what to do next and where to go 3. 3. This is an example of no money no life. . I would request the administration to kindly improve the performance of AIIMS and take strict action against the defaulters.. Jay Hind

I don't know why I am giving a single star too. Pathetic service, doctors are completely careless about patient. They only know to refer the patient from one dr. to another. I visited thrice for my father's eye treatment from March to May-22 but every time doctors ask to put eyedrop 3-4 time and ask to wait and after 4-5 hours waiting time, they refer to another. When we try to consult with referred dr., either we got another queue or dr. is absent. I don't know how they treat the emergency patients. I will not take a particular doctor's name because I meet 7-8 doctors and every one is like this only. And most important, no senior doctors are available.

Very rude behaviour of security guards and other staff. Doctors are good and give time to patients. Building is clean however process takes whole day even work not done in whole day. As we know AIIMS Delhi is prestigious institution for some difficulties which are not treated elsewhere in country so it's good. Overall good experience as it's not easy task to handle huge numbers of patients daily.

I want to give a thumbs up to Dr. Sherya Nayak for utmost care for patients, be attentive, paying attention to details and providing answers to all queries patiently for her patient. I had first hand experience because my elder brother had to go through the surgery for Retina Detatchment and we felt that we are in right care.

Patients admitted on short admission basis are often denied the treatment on the same day. Those patients are called at 9.00 am and made to wait till 5.00 pm and then give the reschduled dates on the pretext of OT time is over. This is happening two-three times with most of the patient. It has happened with me also.

One of the best hospital in India I must say. It’s perfect in everything about cleanliness it’s one of the cleanest government hospital in India. I think every government hospital should take an example of neatness and cleanliness. Thanks Dr S K Khokar and his Assistants for the love and support towards my son.

Earlier the eye department was amazing 😍 but now there are only Junior and Senior students looking into all patients the situation has become pathetic we don't feel anymore we are going in a place like AIIMS for the treatment. We really hope it gets back to the older version where some good senior doctor's used to look into patient.
