Worse service for curbe side pick up. I had to wait 30mins, yes, 30 minutes. Calling & Calling the phone number at curve side pick parking spot. No one answered. Yes, they seemed a little busy, but they could've answered and told me to wait for a little bit. I had to go inside and get our food. I don't know why they have that "service" if they're not going to fulfill it, especially during the worse time of the pandemic. I will never buy from them again!

I live close to this subway so i go alot and today this fuy named Juan was the most rude person ever I ordered a veggie patty and ask them to warm up the meat first and then toasted and he gave me attitude and said it was going in the toaster anyways and he refused to warm up my Patty first. I usually ask for it warmed up before toasting because it never comes out warm enough it always comes out cold if you just put it in the toaster and this guy refused what I asked for then I asked for a 6 inch breakfast sandwich and that's where is extra toasted because the egg as well always comes out cold and instead of exercising it he just posted it once but twice he had the meanest attitude like he didn't want to be there and he was taking it out on me it's not my fault he doesn't like working there but he shouldn't have made it a horrible experience for me and it's not just this guy all of them have attitudes all the time I go all the time and not once have they ever treated me kindly I'm never going to the subway again

The food itself is as good as Subway can get, the sandwhiches always hit the spot, soups are delicious. Only problem with this specific store is the drink machine. The last few trips I had here the soda was flat, there was weird mold/dirt spots in the ice, and just today the dispensers shook a bit violently and the sprite especially smelled awful and rotten. I opted for the aguas frescas for now because I didn't trust the soda machine. From what I can gather the machine is likely not cleaned out very often or it's broken, perhaps both. So, I wouldn't reccomend you get a soft drink instead get a bottled beverage from their fridge.

If you want good customer service , don’t visit this subway.. two girls working there today were miserable bickering with each other and served me left over scraps of meat. When asked if they would give me fresh meat they said they didn’t have any.

It was a pretty good service. They served the lettuce like if it was gonna run out but its alright. They just shouldnt be scared to grab that lettuce man , .. I saw a review about some girl named Rachel, that she wasnt very polite, but she attened my boyfriend and i when we paid and she was pretty polite. Maybe different experiences.

Very RUDE service!!! More from this girl named Rachel! When my husband & I showed up she gave an attitude & seemed like she didn't wanna deal with us. With a rude attitude she did our order. At the end while we were about to pay she asked us if we wanted chips or soda my husband & I were discussing if we were gonna get them and she raised her voice at us again we told her that we weren't taking the soda or chips. As we were gonna give her the money she yelled quick at us and said we don't accept bills over 20 we asked her how much was the total she rolled her eyes at us and told us & we said oh ok we're going next door to get change & she gave us more of an attitude. We went back and she had our sandwiches in a bag and didn't ask us if we wanted to eat there or to go. Overall bad service coming from that chick she should get fired or at least get some classes to not be rude!

A trusted name brand of a fast-food sandwich chain restaurant. As I have likely shared before, for being a fast-food establishment the basics of customer service was handled well enough, nothing to fantastic. Been awhile since I've had one of their sandwiches. Today's sandwich reminded me that it's still very enjoyable. I would go again whenever the craving strikes.

Got my order wrong I’ve been calling the store several times & nobody picks up the phone get to the store & they don’t have any more of the chicken for my sandwich person attending me had attitude horrible service first & last time coming here

If I could give zero stars I would. A Male server ignored me for 30 minutes, helping other customers that came after me! After no customers were there he then went into the kitchen for a few minutes to ignore me again, finally came out and helped me with such an attitude! Also when i first went in they were cleaning everything so I asked “are you open” he ignored me, took a few minutes to respond and said “you see the sign outside saying “open” don’t you?” This happened at 7 pm November 6th 2023. This better get corrected before I contact HR.
