Huge lack of communication! Had to return twice for a TB test and blood work because they were unclear on my next followup appointment. On my return for results, I was told to wait. That wait was 3 THREE HOURS. I wish that was an exaggeration. All for a literally 30 second conversation that I was not told until later, could have been over the phone. They are very busy and need help being more efficient. New patients, maybe you should stay away...

they take forever!! i waited 2 hours for just some blood work results " the nurses are rude asf! all they do is talk and not listen! they dont care about the patients! all they care about is there personal conversations! this is the worst clinic ever! the doctor gets frustrated quick reason why after i told him why cant he make me some blood test he got up and left he should retire before he makes deadly mistakes on peoples health.

The doctors are excellent, but the nurses leave a lot to be desired, I have been waiting for almost 2 months for approval to see a specialist and nothing, I went to ask personally and they told me I wasn't even on the list.

Doctors there are amazing. Been going to this clinic for 30 years. First with the dad. Now with the son. I don't mind the wait. Because when its my turn there is no rush the doctor gives me my time I need to ask any consern. To explain things to me. He gives my kids advice when needed. That's why I don't mind waiting cause other people are getting their time to. I will keep going.

BEEN GOING HERE FOR 22 YRS, I HATE TO SAY THE CLINIC HAS GONE DOWN IN SERVICE. ESPECIALLY THE TRAINEES. I GET IT GIVE EVERYONE A CHANCE, BUT 1-2 WEEKS YOU KNOW IF YOUR STAFF DONT MAKE THE CUT. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE DOCTORS, WE LOVE DR. SILVIA, HOW EVER THE WAIT HAS GOTTEN WORSE. I HAD TO PART WAYS AND GO TO KAISER. WHERE THE WAIT IS LESS AND 1 STOP SHOP. HOPE SAN MIGUEL CLINIC HIRES BETTER STAFF. PEACE OUT..

Amazing doctors!!! I love Dr. Salama, Dr. Michael and Dr. Sylvia they are amazing and friendly, the only downside are the MAs they suck from the receptionist to the back office, they are lazy, rude and they would skip your name. If the doctors would hire professionals MAs this doctor office would be running wonderful

😡 They don't comply with the schedule they say, apart from that, the doctor always arrives late and lately they take a long time to attend, it's not like before now, terrible service 😡😡😡 I no longer recommend it at all 👎

Love this clinic. I have came here since I was a baby and now I take my children. The staff and doctors know me by name as well as my whole family and children. Doctor Micheal has made prescription for me way faster and easier since he uses his laptop and is more advanced in technology but all the doctors there now use computers to make processes faster witch I love. I love how they make me feel at home and everything will be ok. I never worry when My Children and I are in in Dr. Micheals hands. Thank you guys

Great kid friendly Doctors, Walk ins welcome they dont go by appointments! Sometimes expect to be seen within longer than expected, because of how pack it gets at times. I recommend the mornings less people....

I took my children to this clinic with Doctor Salam Sr., a very good Doctor, he took care of them 👏 Doctor Silvia, she treated my son, controlled his Asthma, checked him very well so much so that she detected a hernia in a testicle, very good doctor

Great doctors. Always very polite. Been going their for 25 years. Since birth. My Mother has been going their for 35 years and now i take both my kids since birth. Love the aervice n hospitality. Wait depends on patients. The earlier you get their the faster your seen

I love the doctor's there. They've answered every question I asked, and also cleared doubts to everything I was doubtful about. My mother took me as a child, and when I had my daughter I was sure as to where I wanted to take her. They are very polite and ready to serve you in anything they can.

He treats you very well and Dr. Michael is very professional and kind.
