This place is really bad with handling Covid. They wouldn’t take me cause I have nails and they couldn’t read my oxygen. Like they took my temperature and I showed a negative test result and STILL they couldn’t see me. They deny service to women with nails. If this doctor truly had heart to help people out, he wouldn’t have all these limitations. Go elsewhere and do not waste your time here.

Horrible service!!!!! I went in on a Monday and forgot to pick up my work note before I walked out so I called the following day to pick it up and they said they didn’t have one for me even though the doctor said I was getting one Monday. I was told to call back so I did and they had no answers for me seemed like a lot of miscommunication on their part. After calling back again they kept hanging up so I called the next day now it’s Wednesday and still no answers so I went in person ti get answers and no answers were given it took them 2 days to give me a work note I was being denied a work note!! Horrible service and rude receptionists they have no idea what they are doing!! If I can give them -100 stars I would. DONT come here!!!! Save yourself time and find a better place !!!

Came in today right after work, I am going to say that I don’t like the fact that you have to wait outside or in your car until you’re almost next. They call you when you’re allowed to come in the waiting room. However the wait time was very excessive. Waiting for a long time outside to be seen. Then waited in the waiting room for about 15 mins and then they took me to a room and I waited for doctor to come in for another hour or so. However; after doctor seen me things were a lot quicker and efficient. The doctor that seen me was very kind and very informative and answered all my questions in regards to my health. The Nurse who took care of me was very sweet and explained all the fees of everything I needed including my medication that they provide at the office. (Makes it easier for me cause I didn’t want to go to the pharmacy after) I definitely do recommend anyone to come here. I had a pleasant experience now hoping for a speedy recovery :) thank you Dr. And staff you guys are great!

Don’t go to this clinic is a scam I went there for a physic exam they told me it was $120 and they ended charging me $350 When i try to get my results they try to charge me again and they don’t answer my calls

The waiting time to be help for the first time can vary since some days it’s packed and some days they have no people. The doctors are very friendly, however some receptionist were kinda rude but I can’t blame them if they have to deal with different people, however it’s better if they didn’t talk bad about patients nor mock them. However not all receptionist are mean. It was a great experience and will be coming back.

Very great doctor very kind loving. Staff was very kind and you can see they care about their patients. First time here and they did not give me a hard time at all. It's also very quick did not wait more than 30 minutes.

Very satisfied with our visit. I called and asked about stitches on ny sons head, they weren't leery about saying how much as other clinics were quick to say they couldn't give me a price over the phone. They were about $90 cheaper than that other overcrowded clinic on Long Beach. But what won me over was the excellent service by the staff and the Dr. While he was stitching my sons head, he was talking to him to calm his nerves. One of the best experiences by far. Would recommend this clinic to all of my family and friends for sure.

Really satisfied with my visit last week on tuesday! It was my 1st time here . Reason i came was for a consultation. Which was FREE ! So that was awesome! The front desk girls were very nice and patient. Answered all my questions. Cesar was also very patient with me. Helped me with all my needs and gave me good advices! I will def come back to this place !

All Receptionist are so rude! This place is so greedy, they don't tell you the full amount until you're inside and give you "treatment".

Was very leery about coming here, especially since my partner and I have had bad experiences at “free”, or “low income” clinics in the past. But given the situation with our health insurance right now, and reading several positive reviews on google, and yelp, we decided to give them a chance. The staff was definitely professional, and very attentive. The atmosphere was calm, and surprisingly very clean/neat for a clinic. My consultation with the doctor went very well, he was pleasant, and seemed to be informed with current medical practices. Surprisingly there was little to no wait time before I was seen. For an Urgent care, that’s pretty impressive. As someone else stated in another review, this place is definitely a hidden gem that shouldn’t be over looked! Definitely consider coming here if you need medical attention, and don’t have health insurance. They definitely have reasonable cash prices, that are affordable.

Good Friendly staff and Doc..... Just very slow, when I say slow I mean I spent 3hrs waiting to get called in. Once I was in a room it took only 10mins to get checked. There is only 1 Doc in this clinic so make sure to bring patience with you. I wrote this review out of frustration honestly but I guess it was worth it because I got perscription for my meds. Patience though patience!!! Otherwise stay away

i went to be checked by doctor more then a week ago,it was on wednesday .i’m still waiting for an answer from the clinic to get my results i been calling several times they don’t give me a call at all .very disappointing
