very bad service I had a high risk pregnancy with twins and they never checked my cervix knowing my history that I had already had 2 losses due to cervical incompetence nor did they do an ultrasound to see if I was dilating when I was 19 weeks old they transferred me to the white memorial hospital because they said that they did not have specialists in twins but it was too late when they transferred me I had already dilated too much and lost my twins. I don't know why they take care of high-risk pregnancies if they don't have the trained personnel to do their job well knowing that they put people's lives at risk and one is left emotionally devastated by such incompetent doctors

Worst clinic or whatever it is. I take my mom here and I dislike it so much. The waiting hold on the phone is so long. If you get a call back and the call drops they don't call you back, you just have to call again and wait another hour or two. Two times my mom has had to go to the ER because of the incompetence of the doctor. They disregard the health questions. To get approvals they say they will let us know and they never call and when we call they tell us there was no authorizations requested. Horrible, horrible, horrible! There is so much more. If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I can give it ZERO stars I would. Took my son here and the lady I guess her name is Luz Gutierrez who took his X-rays based on a letter I received saying he is getting referred to another dentist because my son wasn’t being “cooperative”. First of all, she was being rude. My son is 5 and they’re supposed to have patience with younger kids. Just because she couldn’t get the last 2 x rays done. Secondly, my son was being cooperative and understanding to what they were telling him to do. She was super rude. I ended up taking him to a dentist that did not complain about X-rays because he did great and they even had treatment done that same day. If you have littles I’m telling you this right now so you don’t waist your time going to this dentist DON’T GO. Save your time and go to a dentist that is actually professional and cares for their patients.

Been waiting to see my kid’s pediatrician for 2 hours already, I got here at 8:45 and it’s 10:45! I told them I’m leaving and not waiting anymore, they tell me I would have to wait 3 months if I want to reschedule. Are you kidding? what of Waste of my time and gas. I’m thinking of switching doctors because this facility sucks with appointments. Don’t come here at all

Altamed was good but now it takes months just to get an appointment .. if you can't handle the patients you guys have why get new ones is ridiculous how long we have to wait

I Think altamed has became very overcrowded . Doctors are very dismissive and unattentive . Even zoom calls they’re late by 30 minutes . I’m not investing time in this location anymore .

Based on reviews here ,I wont waste my time at this office for medical or dental services. Thank you to all the honest people who took the time to type out there terrible experiences.

Rosita in dental is very rough with children and her words when she speaks to adults. I brought my twins in the day before who are 4 years old. She was very rough and impatient with my boy twin. Then the next day I bring my 12 year old in and she can’t even take the x-ray and seeing the pain in his face when placing the film. Now I went back there after being told I couldn’t be back there because I had one of the twins with me, which had an appointment as well. And she acting like it was normal behavior for him to tell her to stop because it was hurting him. Now don’t get me wrong. I knew it was going to be uncomfortable, but the look on my baby face! The supervisor came but of course it really meant nothing. All I have to say is ROSITA doesn’t need to deal with children. She not gentle or patient.

Terrible service today I went with my daughter to the dental service and a nurse was very rude to my daughter just because she couldn't take the x-rays. She was despotic and didn't have a bit of professionalism. I don't recommend this place at all.

Terrible service during appointment times Waiting more than 2 months for an appointment is too long And they also extend the treatments too much and it is a never-ending story. They never end, because with so much waiting time new cavities appear again They should finish the treatments in a single Appointment if the patient is cooperating and not bring us from Appointment to Appointment and never finish.

I took my baby to the Dental for his first appointment and DDS Danielle Alarcon thought it was a smart idea to lie on my baby’s summary saying he hurt himself unsupervised in the tub. I don’t know who she thinks she is to post false accusations but I really hope she receives her karma and loses her license. Her and the stupid assistant obviously see how well maintained and healthy my son IS! so to go and do that is so disgusting! If she has kids I hope it gets done back to her. SUCH TRASH!

This specific Alta med has always treated me well and fairly, it’s my go to Alta Med. I’ve never had an issue with them. Everyone has their personal experiences but mine has so far been great!

My first visit was fantastic with Dr Candice Kit. She was amazing!!! The second visit with Dr Ana melger was horrible. Poor bed side manners. She was 1.5 hrs late and the medical assistant lied on why she was late. They were under Staffed and didn't communicate honestly with their patients. Pathetic!

I started coming to this clinic in 2018, believe me that my health improved, and every time one of the women who worked there wanted to treat me badly, I put them in their place, because if they don't like their work, what better than Don't go, because with so many people who arrive you have to have A LOT OF PASIENCIA!!!, just complain and if they continue the same the next time, change your clinic, but believe me that my Diabetis is MUCH BETTER, since I've been there, My Doctor the Best, G Hernandez

Dental X-rays were not offered!!! My Five year old was very cooperative and did everything they told her to do! I went because she was in pain. They only checked her visually and after doing so the doctor said to see their specialist. I had to make an appointment that’s almost a month away. And that appointment is only for X-rays. I needed work to be done on my daughter! Why ask if she’s in pain if you’re not going to do anything about it and continue to keep my daughter in pain?!

I have recently visited this location to accompany my mother which is a patient to this clinic and from my experiences from my opinion is that it was a great visit and made me feel like my mother was in good hands and if she felt like she was satisfied with her experience of attendance then so was I.

Worst Dr ever they don't have any appointments til months after you need to see the Dr. Never ever been seen since I switched here.... Horrible service! Can't wait til the 1stb of next month I'll be free from this place!!! 👏🏽

WORST experience with the front desk lady, didn’t get a name but she had red hair. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend this location!

I have been coming to altmed for over 10 years. My kids and myself started at the other location in bell then they moved to this location I have never had any problems with any staffs or doctors I would highly recommend coming here

Worst services ever from medical office and dental office!!! Every time i tried to call the offices they take a long time to answer and sometimes they dont even answer at all! They take a long time to call in patients to the room and we still have to wait up to 20 more min in the room for the doctor to get in!!! This clinic should be closed down it is ridiculous the doctors should be more professional they are playing games with peoples lives!

Terrible service, the waiting time is too much, what's the point of arriving half an hour early? If I was born, they serve you on time, they should improve that up to two hours of waiting😣 They should be aware that one goes with small children and they are easily calmed down and become desperate.
