Worst service by a supposed Doctor named Hala. My Husband went for the first time there today and she sent to ER to get his Insulin and prescriptions for Diabetes. I ask her why is she sending him to ER and she said this is his first time here and I cannot write the prescription. Told her doesn’t make sense if the Hospital are full with Covid patients and he is not critical. She refused to come out and talk. She started screaming at her staff like if it was their fault. She even came out when they verified insurance information and was questioning to the front is he paid his $35. Why would she do that when front desk handles that. Bad attitude and very unprofessional Dr Hala. She didn’t even care that my Husband didn’t have his insulin or ran out Medication. Told her that she would liable if something happened to him. Would not recommend any Patient to see her Dr. Hala.I was given the Manager name Freddy will see how this is going to be handled!

Worst clinic ever, I came in for a check up and it was terrible. First off they measured me and didn't even ask me to take my shoes off. Then when taking me into a room they lead us to a room which was already occupied? They should know this stuff shouldn't they. Then in the room all they did was look at my tongue and asks why I was here. The lady asked me to bend over to see my back when I told her it had been hurting. She looks at it for a second and goes "slight case of scoliosis". Which I know I don't have. Worst part about all of this is that we were in and out of there in under 10 minutes. A check up should never be that quick

This is the only location compared to many I've been to in the past, where everyone is doing there job working together as a Team. It's not all about smiles being nice & talkative all the time. I've been here many times, it can seem they're not attending to you they are. Not only are they busy but they're being productive. It's not easy taking & seeing more than 80+ patients a day. Code of Ethics stands out besides the concern on providing & treatment about your health care. I can't go without mentioning Dr. Chambi, he is an amazing person besides being professional, dedicated & a devoted Doctor, his knowledge on the human body goes beyond the extension of the word it's self. People come from all different states just to be seen by him, I've seen it and even spoken to them of how fortunate, blessed & how thankful they are for coming to meet with him and for having him as their Doctor and in their lives. Without his help and experience things would've been different. At times it gets frustrating even for me because 2-3 hrs. can pass by before you are called in. All I can say that it's always worth the time waiting. Thank you everyone!!!

Everytime i go i remember why i want to change physicians. Been going there since I was born. It is terrible, the nurses are so rude. The front desk don’t give you any correct information. The only good doctor is chambi. The rest rush you out within 5 minutes of you being in the room. The doctors don’t listen to patient needs and will just prescribe random medications. I work in Pomona and I know the THERES ALWAYS a waiting line. My mom wrote my name down at 10am. I got out of work at 1:30, drove down and got there at 3pm and the STILL hadn’t called my name. All I needed what results and they wouldn’t tell you over the phone. The wait is insane.

If I could rate a zero I would. So disappointed. The medical assistant could not get a blood pressure reading after trying 2 times with an electronic machine,so she just wrote down a random number on my son's chart. She didn't even try to take the blood pressure manually. As I'm paying both of the receptionist said in a condescending tone they don't have change and to go get change or I should find another way to pay. I found this unprofessional. I have visited this location prior and the service was much more pleasant. The only good thing about this place is the actual medical doctors. They really do care about their patients. It's unfortunate they have such unethical and unprofessional staff working for them.

Staff have a bad attitude. Uhhh especially the ones in the front like this one lady who is light skin and has tatts && this other one that is like 45 years old with braces 🙄. The doctors always tell you that you are fine when you actually aren’t. Then next thing you know your over here dying && you were just fine for them. The wait is super long. I literally came here today just to get a sign and waited 2 hours !! Every time I come here there’s always at least 2 people who leave mad cuz of the staff or the wait. There needs to be changes.

The service has been going down the drain. The clinic opens at 8am but the doctor is not even on site till 9:30-10:00am. If you're lucky the doctor is there by 8:40 am. The wait time is usually around 1-2 hours if you're lucky if not it can take 4 or 5 hours. Even before covid-19. So if you plan on going go early. There's three different doctors each come on different days. One of them is cool the other two are something else. Like I went for a flu and ended up coming out sleeping meds for anxiety when I didn't ever requested that.

Went because my dr was closed and I was extremely ill, asthma, fever, couldn’t breathe and throat infection. Waited for 3 hours. No real dr was present, Only a PA. She walked in to see me, and her consultation lasted 10 seconds and she said I just had a sinus allergy and she wanted to prescribe me otc moltrin. Next day my REal dr diagnosed me with bronchial nomonia, gave me a shot, and about 3 other strong meds were prescribed including a steroid.

Today, January 22, 2024, they attended to my son and the attention was super excellent and very fast, the staff was very friendly, very clean. Even though there are people who destroy it with scratches. Very satisfied.

Yesterday I came to the consultation and they came to me around 5 pm and the lady who took my blood pressure hurt my arm and in the end it seemed like a mistake and she hurt me and when she gave me an injection it was like I was working reluctantly. We are human beings and if you do not have the vocation of nurses you should not be in this place because it is to be treated with care.

If you want to feel better, this is definitely the place to go. I have Kaiser insurance, but I doubt I'll ever go there again other than for our yearly checkups or for emergency services. This is now my go-to for when my 3 year old (or any of us) gets sick. The doctor actually listens to your concerns and does such a great job with the prescribed medications he gives. Prices are also pretty good when you're going the cash route.

I like my first experience here. Everyone was nice and helpful answering the questions I had. The doctor that attended me was really nice and really knew his stuff and was really great at explaining the problems that i had.

Lack of service, front desk, and staff nurses are very rude and unprofessional. That clinic needs to close down or change staff. No wonder there is no line waiting.

Only given a star because I need to submit a review. I work in the medical field and by far this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had or encountered. When you go into a doctors office your main focus is to feel safe, respectful and helped. However I had the opportunity to meet a Dr. who didn’t carry her state mandate of her doctorate. Her name Dr. Hala Youseff. Where do I start. She didn’t greet me. She came in the room without knocking almost knocking over my son who is 23 months old. She was aggressive speaking with an attitude and implosive demeanor. Scared me at first, She makes you feel inferior and she responds defensively when you ask her a question. She makes you feel uncomfortable pressured which makes you question her knowledge as a Doctor. I spoke to her manager Fredy Catota while speaking to him about the incident she came into the room three times not once did he tell her anything. Her manager didn’t de escalate the situation he sat on his chair listened with no sympathy. He seems to be use to her complaints and complaints from patients. He didn’t apologize for the experience and smiled when I left the room as if he found some sort of amusement. The most horrible experience report this clinic it’s the worst. I can’t speak for the workers however they work there so it makes them an accomplice to the Drs. Behavior.

What kind of clinic is this??! My mother went here for the first time because of her medical plan. She went in for back pain and lower stomach pain when she bends down. She cannot take the pain anymore, she left work to come here to get help. First off my mom does not understand english, so she tried her best to explain to the DR (who was walking around with slides and socks, no name badge, what kind of unprofessional attire is this?) what was wrong. The dr told her “your problem isnt worrysome” and prescribed ibuprofen. My mother told her ibuprofen does not take the pain away, it hurts day and night and she ignored her and basically gave an attitude of “oh well” and said she needed to get a colonoscopy done. My mother simply asked her why if she didn't have no problem with her intestines it was her BACK. Then A rude nurse also came in and my mother asked if that clinic could refer her to a specific gynecologist near our house to get her annual pap test to test for cancer. (That gyno clinic had already told my mom that la libertad clinic would be able to refer her to them due to them having the same medical plan). Well this set off that Dr Hala Youseff and she came in and literally yelled in my mother’s face and said “ WHAT CANCER LADY?! WHAT CANCER?! “ how can you even yell at a patient ?!? My mom simply wanted a referral to get her pap test done. It makes me so mad that she made my mother feel so inferior and my mother could not even defend herself because of the language barrier !! My mom asked for a translator because the dr was only yelling in her face, her eyes wide open and she couldnt even communicate anything to her so the dr got even more mad opened the door and started yelling for a translator! Then to make things worse the rude nurse who my mother didnt get her name came in with the worst attitude and said you told me to test for cancer?! Thats what you told me. Like yes sweetie the damn annual pap test!! Lastly, the dr told my mom she would not refer her to whom my mom asked for, she would get who the dr put in the papers and thats it. My mom left angry, without help, and that rude doctor never really listened to my mother! This clinic is just so unprofessional and rude and it angers me that they treated my mother like this!! How is this clinic or that doctor still in business when she has so many bad reviews ?!? If you dont want to work with people why even dedicate to being a doctor ??

This is a non professional clinic. Patients are not allowed to get their personal information over the phone because it was the clinic's "policy". The receptionist was not very polite. To top it off they do not know how to do there job.

Bad Maria! On October 9, 2023, my husband and I had a very poor customer service experience at your clinic. We were asked by Maria, the front office receptionist, to fill out all the paperwork again because I did not bring my identification that had my signature on it. This was not explained to us when we made the appointment. While we were filling out the forms, Maria attended to other customers and made us wait longer than necessary. When we finally completed the paperwork, she rejected it because some words were not circled the way she preferred. This was very frustrating and caused us more delay. We waited for more than four hours to be seen by a doctor, and we felt that Maria was retaliating against us for speaking up and questioning her policies. She even threatened to refuse service to us and told her coworker that she was not going to pass us in. We had to ask for her boss and explain the situation to him. He told her that she could not refuse service to us and apologized for her behavior. Another nurse eventually passed us in and helped us. This was our first time at your clinic, and we were very disappointed with the impression that Maria gave us. We will think twice about coming back unless we receive an assurance that this will not happen again.

Came for my brothers tb test. When we came to get the to check the injection site, he walked out to the car for a second so he missed the nurse who didn’t want wait one second for him to walk back inside. Then the nurse refused to check the injection site for an hour. Had to wait about 2 hours to get the tb results. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
