This place is a Ripoff believe me. I usually don’t like posting reviews but this time I will, just because this person they are having as a sales rep, the lady who brings you the break down of your invoice… is there trying to make money in any way possible. First she comes to me to tell me that my insurance only covers my cleanup every 3 years!! Knowing that I just got this insurance in January 2023, when I told her that she got so nervous and she got lost and asked me to wait she needs to check… 15 minutes later she comes back to tell me okay you insurance does cover around 2600 and you pay around 2600 I don’t remember the exact numbers she said but for sure 2000 and something. For a cleaning????? Shame on you. Never again.

I was told. “Your gums are bleeding and we don’t want you to loose your teeth. All of this procedures are necessary. This was very unethical and a total scam. People please see the $5399.00 bill. For teeth cleaning and antibacterial agents added to my teeth. The dentist will scam you. SEE THE RIDICULOUS BILL. I went in for a Teeth cleaning. $5399.00. Else where this cost $150.00. I don’t have one cavity on any teeth. Learn from my mistake of not pushing back.

Horrible front desk, I was acknowledged 30 minutes after my appointment, very rudely, I was given the wrong information about my Dental Ins, I had to call myself to give them my coverage, I spent two hrs, we were rudely ignored after I refused their choice of treatment, I’ve never been that mistreated in my life at a dental office. Please think twice before you visit them, also very disappointed with the cleanliness,

Staff were super rude. Not a child friendly dentist. I took my 6year old for a emergency check up. She was crying as we walked in and the staff tell me to sign in. About 5mins after signing in receptions look at eachother say something to eachother. One stands up and tell me if my daughter is crying they won’t be taking her in. I told her once she settles down she’ll be fine. She normally is scared but she does fine once’s she’s called in. I sit down and she calls another coworker that comes to the waiting room to. The third lady is so disrespectful addressing my child first “don’t cry your not going to be seen today.” Never going back. I changed dental office. Hire better receptionist staff.

The receptionist made my child's appointment with the wrong type of dentist. They made me wait over an hour and a half past his appointment time before telling me he couldn't even be seen. Then Norma, at the front desk was shockingly rude and unprofessional. This office needs some serious training

Whats the point of setting up appointments if your still going to wait over an hour just to be called in . I canceled and just walked out and i was suppose to see the orthodontist for my wisdom tooth . Lobby was all packed up with people not bieng able to sit. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I had a great experience here despite me getting two crowns done (which by itself is not a pleasant experience haha). The staff here is very friendly from the receptionists to the dental assistants to the dentists themselves. To name one, Francis Romero placed my final crowns in and was very compassionate and friendly. He made me feel safe and valued, I definitely left with a smile on my face :) The receptionists were also very helpful and helped me figure out my insurance when I was having trouble with which I am so thankful for. Overall I’d definitely recommend this dental clinic!

Came in with pain from my wisdom teeth without an appointment and was immediately helped and cared for by the whole staff. They were able to get me in and examined within the hour. If you’re looking for a dentistry with good service that genuine cares about its patients, this is the place to go.

Don’t go here for braces, worst experience. They changed ortho so many times they don’t inform you about your process… not satisfied with my smile. They can care less.

Truly the best, state-of-the-art dental practice in South Gate. From the front of the office staff to the Doctors, everyone is truly extraordinary, especially Carmen! Personally, I have always been afraid to go to the Dentist based on past experiences. However, Francis in the office changed my fear. He will make you feel so comfortable, ease your nerves, answer every question and make it a great experience every time. He is knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients! Also, the environment of the office is inviting and welcoming! Come in for great dental service! Best dental practice ever.

I had a great experience. Everyone I came in contact with was really nice and attentive. I was greeted with positive energy from the front desk. Anita who took my x-rays was gentle and made feel at ease. Dr. Robles was understanding and answered any questions I had. He provided the best options for my oral health. Carmen in financing exceeded my expectations on helping me with my finance situation. I highly recommend this team and look forward to my future visit.

The staff at West Coast dental are so welcoming. Carmen is very informative and she made us feel very comfortable. Frances is so kind and helpful. The doctor is amazing. So happy I decided to come here. I will definitely recommend West Coast Dental to friends and family.

I am 75 years old and DR. Robles is the best dentist I have ever been to. I am so happy with his work. I am filled with joy ever the top. I want him to be my permanent dentist. He is Great!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in for my six month check up and thankfully I just needed it a regular cleaning. Angie took care of the cleaning she was very professional and very friendly. Angie made me feel comfortable and she was very efficient. Overall it was a quick and pleasant visit.

Worst experience ever!!! They scheduled by son for a follow up appointment and once we arrive 40 minutes after waiting they tell me they no longer take his insurance. MANAGERS excuse was they don't call the insurance themselves when they schedule. They also did this to a woman that arrived after me as well. AVOID GOING HERE BY ALLLLL MEANS!!

The staff was very friendly and Roberto explained my whole process and procedure with detail. Also the Ortho doctor was very friendly and made me feel so relax and explained my process once again. He listened to what I want it to see on my smile and the changes. I would highly recommend the place to anyone …Financially lady helped me a lot to get my process going thank you once again west coast

They are Ripping you off over Pricing then other places . I kept telling them only cleaning and they kept adding pressure for other things . Almost made me sign a contract under the influence of medication lucky i was paying attention becareful .

I PAMELIA BAILEY (CICI OF THE NEIGHBOR'S 2015 SITCOM) Really like West Coast Dental they were very nice, efficient, thorough in the care they gave me and completely explained the needed treatment for the future. I was very anxious about this new dentist, but that disappeared with the kind treatment they gave to me. The facility was very clean the receptionist, assistant and doctor were very friendly. I would recommend this place highly. Get you your help right away. They seem to want what's best for you and how you prefer. I like that.

I was happy to find a dental office that had such concern and professional mannerisms and my dentist was gentle and was concern of my comfort and they helped to finance so I can work on a better happier smile that I've been wanting thank you staff.......

Dr Robles and tech Karina are the most caring sensitive dental professionals I've ever met...I was so nervous,but after their comforting words and techniques I was fine...love my smile now

Get better front office I believe her name is Blanca is very rude I’ve been going to that office for many years and this is the first time I have a issue like this. Very upset at her pt service/ care. Other lady was great awesome very nice and understanding.

Front office is horrible ,just gossiping . My daughter's appointment was at 9 am ,she was seen 3 hours later!! I had to talk to the "manager" which by the way is super rude ,ignores you. All she had to say ,I can ask to see if she can be seen sooner ........ CORPORATE OFFICE PLEASE RETRAIN STAFF!!

The dentist and the dental personal were outstanding, kind and knowledgeable. but the estimator in the front desk Carmen, poor knowledge of what she was doing and need more training how to deal with patients !!!

I love the facility and front deck, doctor and assistants. But one of there special goes off on patients and she shows her frustration, tell patients, "you should understand my frustration," ah no, I am am not the professional. She is. Today we saw for the first time the special. No a good thing to witness and it was to be a cumsult. Not one did she tell me about how to maintain wound care after extraction. Or which one's were going to come out. She was just so frustrated today not sure if this is all of the time. But I did have to ask her to lower her voice. Was getting ways to loud to be I doors. Beside this specialist every one is very helpful and attentive.facily is very nice and clean.

Finally found a dentist that provide the best customer service and make you feel like family. Service was fast and efficient. They walk you through the process step by step and make sure u understand what they are going to do.

Today I went in for a routine check up and cleaning. The team did an amazing job. I have never felt such a thorough job and I've been coming to the dentist for over 20 years. Fantastic work.

Looks small from the outside but quite large on the inside, clean, front office personnel in training so not very friendly. The wait was a bit long i suppose because I'm a new patient. You can fill your info online which was super cool unfortunately they weren't able to pull mine but no big deal. The Dentist was very professional and super informative on what he found and the plan of action he wanted for my dental treatment.
