The gym is ok The staff, though, and the people that go don't wipe down the equipment so it develops a disgusting body odor stench. Please encourage people and the STAFF to clean properly. Today, I saw a girl that works there "cleaning" by lazily taping a duster on the equipment. It looked more like she was blessing it than wiping anything down. Please hire more competent people.

They need to replace their stair master ASAP, one of them has a huge dent when you step on it and honestly you can hurt yourself if you're not careful enough. Yes, they know it's there because sometimes it'll say "out of order" and then they re open it again like nothing happened with the dent still their. The staff is also cleaning which is great, but why do they have to clean when you're still working out on the machine or on empty machines.

It’s nice & clean Cool air conditioning. The staff is weird specially the female staffers. They don’t seem very welcoming at times rolling their eyes as people come & go.

My first time going was this Friday evening and I'm an older woman so I didn't do too much but, I thought it was fun and comfortable. I used the treadmill and elliptical both were a good work out!

The gym is decent as long as you follow gym etiquette but the morning staff don't even get me started.The blond hair girl in the morning always in the massage bed or chair for more than the ten minutes that they allow black card members. Not to mention they only ever have two massage beds available/working at a time.I would love to see some changes in the morning crew. Last time I couldn't get access to the massage bed because the blond hair girl was in the bed for 20 minutes and the other bed was being used. Employee shouldn't use those in the morning during rush hour.If you plan to go and get good customer service from them go at night time. The night crew is always attentive and very polite.

They never answer the phone even when they have workers at the counter not doing anythings…. Lazy!!!! I drove down when i couldn’t get someone to answer the phone only to see them just standing there. I tried to call one more time to see if they would answer since they werent busy. They just let it ring. Horrible associates.

I went in to cancel my membership and the group of people at the counter were not inviting at all, it took them a little bit to stop their conversation to help me. The girl approaches me and I told her I want to cancel, she looks up my information and said I’m already canceled. I told her I kept getting charged but she ensured me it was cancelled. Me and my fiancé left feeling so gross because she was so rude to me and trying to make me feel stupid. My membership was not cancelled. I kept getting charged and had to call the gym back. I’ve been dealing with this for months and they didn’t even offer a refund or any sympathy. The staff seems to be very rude and doesn’t care about their guests.

I went to term my membership. The girl who helped said I didn't have to pay anything as I had the membership for over a year. I checked my account and was billed $80. Called today to check why I was billed. The girl who answered was unable to help me so I asked for a supervisor. Then I was transferred to RICARDO who was helpless. Trying to act smart with me.

Drove quite a ways to get here just to use my membership to tan. Really needed to. But the kid behind the register refused to let me because I didn't have eye protection and I was not paying them an additional $5 to buy THEIR eye protection that I'm not going to use anyways!! Utter bullcrap. Fix this stupid policy!! We do not need to be told what to wear while we tan!!!!!

Gym was alright. When I come home from college for the summer I always sign up, right on time for the yearly fee too, but for the most part it's still worth it. This year, though, they closed for a few weeks for renovations and improvements and I had the chance to go to another location. When I returned the renovations were not complete and there was no indication that it was open during construction. Today I went in for the last time. The water refill station is down, and I didn't really mind the bare patching of walls. What got me was a contractor that was just hanging around (not my business) until I walked up to a cleaning station to get a paper towel, and he started sanding the patching on the wall next to me. I got drywall dust all over me and the contractor just said "mucho polvo, no?" Without any apology or indication it wasn't on purpose. I'm asthmatic and while I take precautionary measures since I'm ready to work out, getting fine dust all over you isn't the best thing for your breathing. This was at around 7:30 AM today, 07/19/2023. If you take the bus or have no other way of getting to another PF, you'll be alright here. But if you can, go to Downey's PF or Lynwood's PF.

I like this gym but what is with the music? I feel like I'm at Quince. Music lame af. Play some good beats and my review would've been better. Other than that gym is extremely clean, equipment in working condition.

It's clean, you can get a great workout here. Customer service is great. My only complaint is that it is small and there are no kettle bells or 360 workout stations. But still can't beat the price.

It's a relatively big gym. Most days there's not much of a crowd. But most of the time they don't have toilet paper in the women's restrooms... They did recently got new equipment which is great, but they're not short-hight people friendly. As a short person, it's slightly embarrassing not being able to use the equipment because I can't adjust it any further to do my excercise.. Other than that, it's an OK gym. Affordable monthly gym memberships.

Staff is polite and let you workout in peace. The gym is always neat and clean. The new machines are awesome! Finally it has more weight on machines ! My husband and I love coming here, especially in the early mornings!

I love that this gym has variety of equipment to do workouts, the staff is very welcoming they are super clean and most of all open 24 hours 👏 🙌 I'm happy to say I will be here permanently the results will show it self.

Is a small, clean and with a very awesome costumer service, but with this pandemic I will love to have a few more sanitation station, there is only 3, and some people opted not to clean after they use the machine, that's what I see today, overall I like it...

Majority of machines are down. I drove 15 minutes. They can’t keep up with maintenance. Planet fitness is so cheap.

I use to talk so good on how clean this Planet Fitness was compared to other gyms, but this year the mens restrooms have been so dirty. More than 2 staff members are in the front, do they even check up the on these restrooms?

Today we try to used massaged bed after our workout and only one bed was available. One female employee was in 1 of the only 2 available massage beds for about 30 minutes. Why do employees use the machine ? What is the point of paying the black card membership if the employees are going to hog the equipment

This gym has the stinkiest restrooms ever. Many times i need to use it and it’s so bad i rather go home than go inside. Try another gym, they don’t clean anything plus the weights are always mixed or somewhere in the floor.

Great local gym to work at. I prefer to go at 3:30 am or so. On the weekends it is better at 6 am . My hubby and enjoy coming here. Friendly staff and it is always clean.

I've had the opportunity to train at "Planet Fitness" gym for several weeks, and I must say that I have been pleasantly surprised. This gym is an excellent option for those looking for a quality training environment and top-of-the-line equipment.

Planet Fitness offers a great array of classes - you get a mix of different types of workouts. Highly recommend.

Went for a day with a day pass to see how the gym was,I looked around the whole gym and I didn't see a regular bench press,they only really have machines and the heaviest dumbbells they have are 75 pounds, definitely not for powerlifting,you can only bench or squat or deadlift on a dumb smith machine very sad and I will never go again to any planet fitness.

I walked in to Planet Fitness to cancel my membership I was later charged $39 I was not told about this charge and I did not consent to it. when I signed up for this it said I could cancel anytime without any charges or penalties yet they charged me $39 and not even letting me know before hand of this so called Yearly fee I was charged even before the renewal date so I feel I got scammed. I do not recommend this gym at all. Stay Away.

It's an OK gym. It's a small gym. It's been good enough for me. As someone that just goes for basic fitness and gets to work out without being bothered.

I gave 5 stars because I received an outstanding customer service by Karina, I once had PF membership but had to close my account due to mask mandates were impose customers. I've called today to asked what was the cost to sign up, at first she asked gir my name and I said I don't have to provide my name, and she provided me that information, I've called Lynwood PF and spoken with Daniel and Debbie they were rude and demanded that I provide my name to them. I said non and they refused to give me any information. I called back and spoken with Jasmine and she was nice just like Karina.

The staff is friendly and professional, the facilities are impeccably clean and well maintained, and the amenities you get at each subscription level are impressive. This gym rocks! 5/5 stars.

I love planet fitness because they are so welcoming and gym is always clean including the locker rooms.

Dirty! Also, you have old treadmills. We need up to date equipment to have a safe and productive experience. I guess every location is different. Makes me want to quit.

I think is a good place to workout. All machines work properly. The atmosphere is always good. The place is very clean. Staff is really welcoming and very nice.
