Ordered over a hundred dollars worth of food online. Not a single solitary condiment was included when the order was delivered. Everyone knows their meats are VERY DRY without the sauces! The food was awful.

Ordered on the phone to avoid waiting.. lady told me 10 minutes when I got there 15 minutes after the call, food wasn’t ready.... had to wait additional 30 minutes just to find out my food has been ready. Ridiculous. Food’s bomb but chose the wrong location.

Dissapointed first of all ordered on the phone they said 10 min I get there waited another 30 min for the food did like half a scoop of salad like if I paid half price chicken tasted salty and found a hair in my food I tried to not let it bug me but ruined my appetite would never go to this location again

They have good food but in my opinion either the portions are a little bit small or their prices are a little high.... If they used the original flat bottom to go cartons instead of the ones made to make it look like your getting more it wouldn't be an issue but they followed along the footsteps of Yoshinoya & I feel like they're deceiving their loyal customers for maybe ,05 or ,10$ ???

Had Doordash a BBQ platter and a chicken for my wife and I have ordered many times before never had this problem..but tonight my BBQ plate was super poorly put together and only gave 1 small burnt spair rib and 2 very small peices of chicken shreded..this plate is always nice and full.

Among great chains to eat at or take-out, this has got to be one of the best, freshest, cleanest, great value, delicious food, restaurants to eat at. The fish is delicious, the bar-b-que chicken is good, and the store is clean. Fresh food, and good portions.

Is the worst place to go get food their system got messed up they swap my debit card like seven times and they say it was denied so my bank cancelled my card and 3 days later I get charged $45 each time they swap my debit card I went back to them and they said that there is nothing that they can do it was the system and all the Ono Hawaiian BBQ so please people don't go to this place if you don't want to go to the same drama

Terrible! A rubbery mess. Meat is tough like rubber, a waste of money the chicken is unchewable, the beef is like leather. Somebody need to stop this mess is this even real meat?

Got my order wrong after taking like 20 minutes to get it out and still had the nerve to ask us to pay the difference. (They changed their mind and didn't charge us for the side after all but it wasn't our fault). Then just gave us the side which so much less meat than what usually comes.

Great fast food and healthy with great price menu. Most definitely will recommend this place.

Cam here Tuesday around 5:30 for the BBQ katsu mix. The food gave me and my mom severe food poisoning. As a pregnant woman it sent me to the hospital and now I will never go to a Ono again and advise everyone to choose a different location.

Beef was great, macaroni is awesome but the chicken seems recycled. Here's how you can test it at any BBQ places: -Cut the meat in the middle of coloration is uneven like light greenish color then it maybe old. -Different slimy feel in the inside or middle of the meat (not BBQ sauce smoothness). -When you cut it breaks a part instead of a nice slice. -And of course when 30 minutes later to a hour you have an upset stomach and a urgent need to visit the bathroom...

Food falvor is not the same anymore, the worse customer service, I walked in it was no one else and I still waited on line for more then 5 minutes for the cashier name Laura to ask me what I wanted to order, after finish with my order simply ask me comeback in 15 mts to pick up your order. No other communication, thank you or welcome. 👎

Amazing food! Fresh, hot and high quality. I had Island Fire Chicken. The name adequately describes it. Toasty but not uncomfortable level of heat, and great taste. Everyone practiced good hygiene and was taking COVID seriously. Definitely will go back

The staff here are very helpful. They had great communication with me and tried to explain and make sure they got my order right. Also they let me know that their ticket machine was not working and apologized for the long wait and gave me a couple drinks to compensate for my patience. Thank you thank you my husband lost his wallet on Friday there and found out until Monday. The last thing he remember buying was our food on Friday and that was the last time he saw his wallet. He retrace his steps and went to asked if they have seen it thankfully they had it and saved it he tried to give the person a reward since he had all his important documents and credit and debit cards on his wallet but the person didn't want to receive anything because they may get in trouble. Thank you so much for your honesty and saving my husband wallet it's nice to know there are good people on this earth. My husband needed everything from his wallet to work so it would of been a tragedy if he didn't find it thank you.
