Bought 2 Grand Canyon burgers and 2 cans of coke $28:00 later not worth the value for the money spent 🍔👎

Im the once bitten twice shy guy. Once was enough to never want to go back. And now reading how the owner gets defensive against negative reviews instead of taking them on board, saying thankyou with an apology, speaks big for how they percieve customer service. The customer is not always right. Not saying they are. But you need to take on board negative reviews as a tool to improve not a personal attack. The food I had was dry at at best a little less than average.

The food and service is always great. The Texan Fries are my fav and with a red fizzy its always a great hangover cure.

When they first opened, it was incredible! We used to get it almost once a week. As time has gone on its slowly gotten worst and worst. Our usual has always been texan fries and got it again tonight after a long time of not going there. The texan fries box would be almost half of what it used to be and instead of the 4 tenders it started out with, you now get two. I wouldn't mind the decrease in amount of food if the price had of stayed the same. But amount has decreased and price has increased. The fries tonight were oddly cold and hard to swallow, as if they were old. When 80% of the texan fries is the fries, They should always be amazing.

Popped in for quick dinner and was more than satisfied. We had a Miami burger and kids meal. Chicken was fresh, tender and tasty and chips were good too. Yes a little more expensive than nearby fast food outlets but the servings are huge!! I’d prefer to pay a bit more to get something that actually looks like the picture with generous amounts of each ingredient. Only feedback would be to perhaps consider some smaller offerings too for smaller appetites.

Best burger, reminds me of my teens. Getting a good burger. Miss the beetroot..

Amazing food and service. Just travelling through and I'm glad we stopped here. Had the Miami burger and it was delicious. Best of all, it was very affordable and the serving sizes really generous!

Popped in for the cheesy fries for $12 and it was less than half full, for the price it’s already pushing it but really?

Normally a good go to place but haven't particularly enjoyed our last few visits. Always get the Texian fries as you get chicken and chips and they normally give you a good serving, but the last few times the portions have shrunk at least half. Also, ordered onion rings and got 3 only. Really disappointing as they do make a good feed and awesome burgers can't complain about those

Best Southern Fried burgers by far in Northern NSW. Phoenix and Miami was amazing. Would definitely be coming back whenever in grafton.

Lovely workers, great food and I particularly like that I have a named burger, usually have to build my own.

Was good but the they have had ridiculous price increases. Ordered the same 2 meals as last time and now it costs $10 more in the space of a couple of weeks.

Value for money. Beautiful food, had the Miami Chicken burger and tenders. Move over KFC. 😋

Great food for a great price. Wait times can be a little long especially when busy but they almost always cook fries and everything fresh so it's well worth it.

The burgers are the best in Grafton in my opinion. Wide range of menu options and a nice looking shop front, good customer service. Would of been 5 stars if you sold gravy... can't sell chips without gravy!!
