I
contacted
to
return
for
another
appointment
but
this
time,
requested
just
a
short
consult
because
I
felt
my
stylist
had
gotten
off
track
&
didn't
make
the
effort
my
original
color
correction
was
given
in
time/attention
to
detail.
However,
I
loved
Lisa
my
beauty
stylist
&
loved
this
salon
and
had
no
intentions
of
dismissing
her
or
turning
my
back
on
them.
Even
though
many
would
after
two
corrections
that
failed
&
totals
adding
up
to
approximately
$1500-ish
for
two
appointments.
To
be
fair,
that
included
pricey
products,
a
professional
curling
iron
&
generous
tips,
I'm
certainly
a
good
costumer
&
mistakenly
thought
I'd
finally
found
a
hair
salon
who's
my
equal
in
deserving!!
They
should
warn
clients
before
coming
or
require
consultations
beforehand
of
bills
that
are
going
to
reach
$400
and
up,
or
even
$300
in
this
area,
because
had
I
not
been
someone
who
had
the
coverage/funds,
I'd
have
been
in
steep
trouble.
That
is
one
critique.
It's
a
gorgeous
salon
&
Lisa's
caring
passion
&
positivity
were
worth
it
as
far
as
I'm
concerned
but
I
don't
have
children
&
spare
no
expense
as
I
have
very
thick,
difficult
hair
but
willing
to
pay.
Well
the
jokes
on
me,
because
they
preferred
to
pay
me
off
than
have
me
return
which
was
the
most
bizarre
&
twisted
way
I've
ever
been
treated
with
any
business
establishment
and
they
didn't
have
the
decency
to
even
tell
me
Lisa
was
no
longer
working
there.
Whenever
my
stylists
moved,
I'd
get
an
invitation
in
the
mail
alerting
me
or
something
to
which
was
handled
nicer,
this
was
rather
dispicable
and
I
was
made
to
feel
like
that's
top
secret
and
shut
up
&
be
happy
and
that
money
they
offered
was
nothing
more
than
hush
money
really.
Considering
the
way
Bella
had
the
gall
to
speak
to
me
causing
me
to
cry
and
the
cold
tone
Amanda
conveyed,
"we
decided
FOR
you
to
move
on",
business
must
be
booming
if
they
can
afford
to
throw
good
people
away
and
treat
us
like
nothing
more
than
used
toilet
paper!!
I've
never
been
so
insulted
&
confused
as
a
costumer
before
and
wanted
to
publically
warn
people
if
your
considering
this
place
please
search
harder
because
they'll
hurt
you
and
you
won't
see
it
coming
and
they
make
no
apology
for
the
deplorable
attitude
and
offering
refunds
isn't
an
excuse
by
a
long
shot.
Especially
when
I
didn't
want
a
refund
but
wanted
to
continue
being
a
client
and
was
happy
there.
Makes
no
sense
&
they
are
dark
&
abusive
once
they
decide
they
want
you
gone.
They
then
backpedaled
claiming
I
can
continue
there,
but
after
how
they
made
me
feel
the
damage
they
intended
had
been
done.
Very
unwise
business
practices
&
I
treated
them
well
bringing
Lindt
chocolates
on
Valentine's
day
and
they
treated
me
like
a
stalker
when
I
asked
what
happened
to
Lisa.
NOT
NORMAL.
When
a
specific
licensed
professional
does
your
hair
or
provides
a
service,
you
have
the
right
to
know
where
they
are
somyou
can
continue
having
it
done
by
them
or
offered
that
service
by
one
if
their
existing
stylists.
We
were
treated
like
garbage
&
spoken
very
badly
to
then
thrown
out.
Oh
and
in
my
case
I
was
thrown
a
little
guilt
money.
AVOID
CRAFT
SALON!!
FInd
a
salon
that
respects
clients
as
part
of
the
salon
and
not
just
left
overs
from
a
stylist
who
left.
I
was
really
excited
to
rate
them
five
stars
but
this
swift
decline
&
disparaging
lousy
treatment
reflects
the
way
things
turned
out,
thus
poorly
rated
one
star.
Bella
is
especially
callous.
DON'T
go
here
or
you'll
regret
it.
