The ice cream is very creamy, smooth, and enjoyable. Batch ice cream brand prides itself on its all natural ingredients, and the flavor stands for itself. For those curious, Batch brand ice cream is made in Manchester CT and sold in pints at many local grocery stores, at a lower price point than at this retail store.

The experience was wonderful. Very clean and bright place. The gentlemen that took my order was sooooo sweet and generous. My ice cream scoop was green tea and coconut joy with some strawberries and gummy bears toppings. It was delicious! 😘 Recommend this place. I will visit again in the near future.

This is a new ice cream parlor in the South Hadley commons. This is the second Batch location, the first being located in Longmeadow. It features all the standard ice cream fixings and flavors in addition to sundaes, milkshakes, and dog treats. There are vegan, seasonal, and dairy-free options. I noticed some interesting flavors - I think one was called mexican chili - that I want to come back and try. The seating area is a little small, but during the nice weather it would be more fun to grab a scoop and strolls around commons.

Batch has has a bright, cheery spot, welcoming staff and some of the best ice cream we have ever had! Salted caramel, hot fudge and heath bar pieces for me and caramelized banana with walnuts with strawberries on top for husband! Already looking forward to our next visit! Maybe a shake next time because they looked so good ! 🍨😁

I visited on a very hot summer day with my two young kids almost a year ago. The ice cream was great but the thing I most remember -and still think about now- is their hot fudge. I still think about that hot fudge. I remember they had some interesting flavors and the indoor air conditioned seating was a welcome relief on one of the hottest days of the year. My mom and I gave this place a try after visiting the Mt. Holyoke flower show, and am I glad we did! Batch's ice cream is head and shoulders above anything else in the area. They only use real ingredients with no artificial additives, and you can really taste the difference. The ice cream also isn't oversweetened like many are, so you can actually appreciate the flavors without being overwhelmed by sugar. I had ginger ice cream and my mom had green tea, and both were delicious. They also offer Harmony Springs sodas (a delicious local brand), which can be mixed into an ice-cream float if you want. They even have frozen dog treats so that your four-legged friend can enjoy a snack along with you. Next time you're in South Hadley and craving a frozen sweet treat, pop in here, you won't regret it!

The ice cream is awesome. The mango sorbet and ginger ice cream made us feel like we were back on St. Croix. We also loved the dark chocolate with Mexican chili pepper and Cinnamon which made us remember our time in Mexico. My kids loved the mocha chip and chocolate peanut butter. There are so many flavors to try. Loved the seasonal flavor pumpkin pie, We need a reward card so we can earn some hand packed delicious ice cream and sorbet.
