Called yesterday and was seen the same day. The staff was amazing and the doctor. was so happy my hamster was seen and they were so helpful and explained everything to us and i would definitely recommend i will be going back , Thank you for taking care of mr. Hammie

I cannot recommend this place enough! The folks here are incredibly kind, informative, and accommodating. Their services are also quite affordable. I’ve visited them a few times for the care of my two rats. Both my rats have had upper respiratory infections which they were able to treat. One of my rats, Scabbers, also had a mass on his shoulder that was likely cancer. If I am honest, I was expecting to put him down at this point since he was also an old dude. When I took him to the vet, the cost of putting him down and getting surgery were practically the same. This accompanied by the vets confidence in performing the surgery is what convinced me to go through with the procedure. I am so glad that I did! The surgery was a breeze! Scabbers was unbothered, and healed very quickly. He has since passed on, but I was able to get a few more months with him, and I’m so grateful for that. I have other exotic pets - including a milk snake, leopard geckos, and a frog. If I ever need help with these pets, or any future pets, I know All Creatures will guide me in the right direction.

My dog and I were traveling through the area when he started shaking his head. I looked up local veterinarians and luckily found All Creatures. Dr. McCaffrey was very thorough in his exam and took fantastic care with my Rhodesian. My large dog sometimes can intimidate people, but the technician and Dr. McCaffrey handled him just fine. We were seen same day, and walked out with the meds we needed to treat his ear infection. My dog is doing great and his ears are completely clear! Thank you All Creatures! Highly recommend :)

Very Happy we decided to find a new vet. Our current vet couldn't get us in until November. We just rescued a new Kitten and he needed to be seen for his next round of vaccines within 2 weeks. Fortunately we found All Creatures Great & Small Animal Hospital. They got us in within a week and we moved our other pets into their care as well.

I am so grateful to the vet and the staff! My dog in the past was very aggressive whenever I attempted to bring her in for a vet visit, thus, keeping her in top health was always a challenge for me. This year I took a chance and tried bringing her to All Creatures Great and Small. I was delighted to see that she responded so well to the vet and staff! They are so genuinely friendly and loving that she was clearly less afraid. Now I can rest assured that she is in great hands and can live her best healthy life! I highly recommend this business if you are looking for a vet for your pet!

Switched to this vet from Holyoke Animal Hospital when we moved due to very poor bedside manners & care.The staff is amazing. My dog is diabetic and loosing his sight. They allow him to be on the floor while they conduct his check ups & testing so he isn't on edge. My dog actually goes up the stairs,walks to the scale & exam room. No more struggling to go to the vet. They actually listen to me about concerns or suggestions I have for my dog's care. Wish I knew about them sooner. Thanks to the great service and care my dog is doing well. 100% recommend going here with your pet. They also see small animals like rabbits & guinea pigs to name a few. ❤️👍

This was my first time here with my beloved dog. I was treated so personally and they made me feel like my dog was so important. They all took great care of her and made me feel like they love her too. I highly recommend this place and I will no longer go anywhere else! I am so thankful to have found this veterinarian. ❤❤❤

The Vets there made me feel so at ease & Made (Mr Guiness) feel relaxed & treated him like he was family. They were straight forward about the diagnosis & prices were reasonable. I wish I had found them years ago! I could not thank them enough for taking such good care of my Cat! Would highly recommend All Creatures Great & Small!

I can't say enough about this place. I just picked up a new kitten and took him in for a check up. The staff was so kind and you can feel the love they have for animals coming in to see them. Beyond grateful we found them and the cat didn't seem to mind his appointment either.

I took my dog here for the first time this evening. Last weekend I called a dozen vets for an urgent appointment. Most didn't have appts until May. Never been anywhere so welcoming and easy to talk to. Not to my mention that my dog has a complex personality and high anxiety. They were amazing with her and took there time. Never once felt rushed.
