I have been working out my whole life. I’ve tried many different formats, classes, and groups and Find Your Fit is by far the absolute best!! The classes are fun and challenging and change often to keep the variety for those different muscle groups!! I’ve never been this strong and the trainers and owner are the freaking best!!! Amazing culture all around!! Highly recommend to anyone young and old to come kick butt here

Find Your Fit is friendly to all shapes and fitness levels. The instructors are helpful and motivating. Class sizes are a perfect ratio and people are very friendly. I love how clean it is! Overall, Find Your Fit is an excellent place to get back into fitness, or stay fit.

I've tried so many other gyms & trainers, none have been as awesome as Find Your Fit. The staff is very knowledgeable, the atmosphere is one of encouragement, the facility is clean. The workouts aren't "one size fits all" they're are tailored to each client. If I could give Find Your Fit 10 stars I would.

Hands down the best gym in Puyallup/South Hill. The owner truly sets a tone of excellence, acceptance, and hard work that filters down through the training staff and permeates the entire community. The members are more like a fitness family that encourages you and celebrates your success. All classes can be modified for your specific needs and are fun! These classes are unique and can't be replicated individually at a box gym. Find Your Fit is truly a gem that everyone needs to experience!

Shane and crew deliver a fantastic workout every single time. Unlike a lot of gyms they dedicate the right amount of time to warming up and cooling down, and are always willing to offer modifications for those with orthopedic issues. The gym is extremely welcoming, never intimidating, but you’ll still get your butt kicked in the right way! Definitely recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Find Your Fit. I love that it's a family owned and run business. The owner and staff are amazing. They truly care about their clients. It doesn't feel like other gyms, it's comfortable and non judgmental. I can really see the difference, in not only, my stamina but in my physical appearance. I highly recommend Find Your Fit!

I cannot say enough great things about this gym! The Owner is amazing. Throughout the entire quarantine he and the trainers kept us motivated with online, Zoom, and Facebook workouts. We as gym members never had to stop working out. He created workouts for us to do at home with no equipment, or a full set up depending on what we had! No matter what your fitness level is, this gym will work with you and help you reach any goal you have, or just be a great place to stay fit! Don’t get me started on our Fit Fam! The encouragement and camaraderie of the gym members is incredible. Everyone is so inclusive and supportive of each other!
