If I could I wouldn’t even put one star. The employee at the window was so high on drugs and kept asking the same question several times. We asked for a medium mocha and they asked what flavor.. They were so slow and couldn’t even put our order in right. Terrible service and unprofessional. We didn’t even buy anything because knowing them they would mess up our order. What a waste of time. McDonald is getting worse and worse.

Whoever is managing tonight isn't doing their job. The only person actually WORKING was the kid in the back making the food. Literally EVERYONE else there was standing around talking and doing nothing. The slowest service! If they did less talking and actually payed attention the food would have came out in a timely manner. A bunch of kids all stoned goofing off. Terrible service. Girl at the front counter was VERY RUDE too! Upper management needs to check the schedule for the employees working Oct 5th at 6:15pm and do something about it because it was ridiculous

Employees with attitude at the drive by window.. it’s so hard to hear the speaker and when I say that she gets mad……trash place

Went in for my favorite, steak egg and cheese bagel, sub round, and was greeted very professional and politely by this old head named Thaddaeus J. Carr. Superb professionalism and great people skills. Thank you for a good experience. God bless you

You would be hard pressed to find a McDonald's as bad as this one. Expect to wait a long time for cold food. Prices are obscenely high because it's on the Tollway. And they have limited hours so they'll probably be closed when you visit. Which is actually doing you a favor.
