She stated that she was not required to wash her hands after doing any cleaning activities. I told her I would call the town inspectors, and she rudely tells me she doesn't care. These people are filthy animals. I just made a complain on the panda express website. I recommend everyone to do the same thing. Get their names, order number and location. I also suggest if you see the same unsanitary activity, to call the inspectors.

DONT YOU LOVE WHEN YOU PULL OFF THE HIGHWAY AND FIND PARKING... WALK ALL THE WAY IN AND TO THE RESTAURANT AND THEYVE CLOSED 30 MINUTES EARLY .. THE WORKERS SITTING ON THEIR PHONES WAITING UNTIL 9 SO THEY CAN LEAVE BUT THEY DONT HAVE ANY FOOD OUT BECAUSE THEY TOSSED IT ALL AN HOUR BEFORE THEYRE SUPPOSED TO. yeah... Well that just happened. I normally don't call corporate. But this time I will. I'm a trucker.. I rely on business hours to be correct otherwise my whole clock gets messed up... So now because I just spent 20 minutes wasting time because of lazy employees I can't eat until I stop in 6 more hours otherwise I can't deliver my load on time... So thank you Panda Express... And a special thanks to your lazy and negligent staff... You've outdone yourself.

Mar 31, 2022 Best Panda I’ve ever had. I ordered their chow mein with 2 orders of angus steak. They were short and I had to wait a couple minutes (which fine). The steak came out tasty and tender. $12,70 - totally worth it. The service was fast and friendly. The girl who made my order was professional and attentive to my request. Thank you much, will definitely stop here again when passing by.

Assistant manager Sandra is very NASTY and RUDE! After calling for a complaint I was met with a cut off attitude! A lecture and “that it was my issue to handle” when explaining my complaint about my special needs son who’s order they lazily created! Being professional under the tittle of a Panda Express should come with formal training that this woman obvs does not qualify for! After speaking to her for over 5mins her final response was “call corporate I don’t care, call my manager she’s here allll day” After speaking to corporate I was assured a complaint against SANDRA at 10:40 on 5-26-22 was taken for what they labeled disgusting behavior. I will be calling to speak to the actual manager as they should to be aware of this persons treatment of others, let alone special needs CHILDRENS food!!!!

Truck parking (2 hour parking ) - trucks that park in the back row have to back out unless the truck in front of you moves. The location is nice. You can sit above the interstate and watch the traffic flow. Shopping - there's a couple of places that have souvenirs and other items. Restaurants - Panda Express is my favorite, great food and service! I don't care for Dunkin Donuts, their Donuts are dry, and they're rude. I haven't tried the other restaurants yet.

Don’t go to this Panda Express. It’s filled with workers that don’t keep the food cold, giving you someone else’s order & loud mouth workers who are the ladies in the back talking about stuff they should discuss after work. (Their “man” & their baby daddy cheating on them )It’s inappropriate & uncalled for, ITS ALSO A DISTRACTION FROM THE CUSTOMER AND THEIR ORDER, Cussing and screaming at work behind the counter is not needed and tends to cause problems with customers.

This place used to be good. Half scoops of what ever you want. One meal was like a small snack. They are understaffed, so don't expect to get out of there that fast. Although the workers try their best, but still not enough. Their servings are like they serve a 5 years old kids. Cheap and greed. They will never get a penny from me anymore.

It been awhile since breakfast, I grabbed an entree instead of my usual bowl. I wanted to try and stay ahead of rush hour traffic, so I wrapped it in my winter coat and headed east. Drove a couple hours, figured it would all be cold, but surprisingly it was still warm. I thought I would end up eating only half, then throwing the leftovers away as the truck I'm driving has no fridgerator. "I devoured it all, even the lukewarm fried rice was delicious!"

We stopped here with the kids in later afternoon. Food and service was good.

Today September 4 about 10;45 AM I punched a 2 side entry, rice was good and the noodles were good and I just kept noticing a bad smell unlike anything else I smelled before, I picked up a pease of Brócoli i thought it’s just brócoli and no it was every thing, I can only describe it as smoked, Burnt or spoiled so I thought I,m going to get sick so I took it back, They were nice to replace it, And so now I have a bad taste in my Mouth and I,m still afraid I,m going to be sick, What the Hell did they do wrong ? If I get sick I,m going to sue these Clowns , And Call the health Department.

Today Sat April 30, 2022 as follows, horrible chow mein, burnt noodle, tasted like they where cooked over open gas stove fire. Super greens, more like, just super broccoli. Where is the cabbage? My side of orange and side of sweet fire chicken was almost non existent. That food preparer, prepared my $10.00 plate as if she was saving the food for herself. Really light 10.00 plate. Two words! Never again! Keep driving!

I always stop in here on my way out of Chicago to grab a bite on my way back to Philly, I'm a truck driver. I loose time pulling in there but always believed it was worth it until today. Food was made and out but since the woman who was working was the only one there she said she couldn't sell me anything. That really soured my taste for Pi anda Express so I'll just have to find another place to grab a bite.

Hard no on samples. I ordered 2 orders of cream cheese Rangoons. They had 8 in the tray. Alicia dropped a full order on the floor, and then tried to replace it with a new order, however there were only 2 Rangoons, one didn't even have cream cheese. She tried to just give us that and would have charged us for it, had I not decided against the second order. Food was meh for panda

This Panda has recently doing bad, chawmain is bad, before was good, now not good at all. Shrimp, steak not good anymore. I would to ask them to change cook.

Visited June 17,2022 at 5pm. Food was so great, it puts other locations to shame. Our local Panda Express in Houston, TX is never this great. Moist and hot food, great presentation, and nugget chicken. Even after microwaving leftovers two days later for 1min, the food still tasted fresh! This is my new goto spot!

The meat was barely cooked and unbeatable.Angus beef and chicken teriyaki were the same. Also, it seems that the person who cooked the fried rice was paying attention to something else because he or she burned the peas. So, uncook meat and burned fried rice with sauce that was overpowered with ginger taste. That's the last time I throw away $17.

I celebrated my birthday today in this excellent restaurant. I am glad to say that it was a fabulous evening and the venue was no doubt one of the reasons for the fruitful event.
