My vehicle had issues leaving me stranded in South Hutchinson at 10:00pm, at a Love's right across from this place. Not having too many options at that hour I checked in. The lady at the desk seemed friendly, but she was dealing with a lot of people because as she told me, "the morning staff doesn't speak English". I inspected the room and determined it was in need of a good deep clean and a fresh coat of paint, but the sheets and the toilet were clean and that was the important thing. There were no visible signs of insect life. I did notice only a single towel and washcloth for all restroom purposes and resolved to avoid showering that night. Having seen reports of bed bugs on Google, I checked under the mattress and couch cushions and saw no signs of them. Preparing for the worst, I decided to leave my bags in my car and take only my toiletries and a single change of clothes into the room, which I left on the hangers away from the bed. Sure enough, just before 2:00AM I saw movement out of the corner of my eye while watching a movie and there were two bed bugs. I wound up finding 4 in total, which I caught and put in a Ziploc bag. I took it to the front desk to find it completely unmanned. The "immediate assistance" number rang a cell phone that was charging behind the desk. Not being able to switch rooms I simply had to sleep the rest of the night in a bedbug-ridden bed. Had at least 15 bites the next morning. Upon taking the Ziploc bag containing the bedbugs to the front desk again, I found it unmanned again but with a button to call for assistance. Pressing the button caused a member of the housekeeping staff to emerge from one of the rooms being cleaned and attend the front desk! As I had been warned, she didn't speak a word of English and relied entirely on the somewhat broken translations of Google translate. Furthermore, she seemed clueless as to basic front desk duties and didn't even know how to print a receipt! I left the bugs with her but kept plenty of photos.

We reserved a room for two nights at this hotel. Note that on checking we were given 2 towels. My Grandson used one because at the pool there were no extras. So my daughter asked if we could get more towels the desk attendant told her she could not give us anymore. My daughter was told by attendant to go to room 127 and ask the mgr it is 9:45 in the evening. Another trip later after conversation we got towels Do not recommend staying here!!! No coffee pot in room, no phone in room. I have no intention of stealing towels and the last time I knew that was an amenity that hotels provide!

Avoid this place. The room smelled like dog urine, linens did not fit the bed, some were absent from the room. The first room assigned to us had no AC in nearly 100 degree weather. Day staff use a phone app to communicate in English as there are no English speakers. I was willing to overlook this due to the price. However, my biggest complaint is that we booked through the hotel, not a service, and needed to leave a day early. I paid in advance with cash, and had my receipt in hand. The owner refused to refund me for the night we were unable to use. No where is there a "No Refunds" policy posted. Avoid this place, and pay a little more for something better. I am all about supporting mom and pop local places, that and the price were our basis for selection on this joint. NEVER again, and I would advise the same.

Blood stains on sheets. Evidence of bed bugs I have pictures but they won't let me loaf them. Dirty very run down. No refunds even if your room is dirty and bloody sheets and you immediately walk out and tell them it's unsatisfactory

After a long day driving truck, I wanted a room so I could get a shower. There was nobody on duty at the front desk. I tried ringing the bell and calling. So I'll sleep in my truck without a shower tonight.

Room had blood stains on the sheets. The sheets were also ripped. Hallway and back entrance stunk and in very obvious disrepair. No refunds so check your room before you pay. Very bad hotel

18wheeler parking. Directly across from Loves. Rooms were quiet. Staff isn't available till after 3pm but were bilingual and accomidating. Changed our room almost immediately because of over powering animal smell. They placed us downstairs in a much nicer & cleaner room. It was very quiet giving us restful sleep.

It is a very beautiful hotel, it has an indoor pool, and a gorgeous staircase in the entrance. However it took the receptionist about 20 minutes to get us a key to our room that worked, they have a snack vending machine but nothing to drink. The rooms were a little outdated but comfortable beds. They do have a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms so that's a plus

Nothing works in this place. We tried 5 different rooms before we could find one with heat. We booked a pool side king bed over a month before. And finally had to settle on a double not pool side just so we could have heat in single digit, negative wind chill temps. Our fridge didn't work. Half of the lights didn't work and the shower did not work. Ice machine broke. Every thing is old dingy and either broke or has some terrible fix done to it. Also per the owner Marco if you reserve a room your not guaranteed a specific room just a room. So if you book a king you may or may not get that. The staff is nice but the owner needs to quit trying to rent out rooms without basic amenities in them. If it was not so last minute and we had other family members staying as well we would have gone elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

The price was ok. And they do have an inside pool But there is no hot tub, and breakfast is not included. A plus was they do have rooms if your a smoker. Which is hard to find.

They didn't have breakfast when advertising that they had it. There were even signs in the hotel that pointed to a breakfast room. They had no workout room and had advertising. The bathtub had no plug. No cups or coffee pot in the room. The beds were moist.

This place is not what it seems like in the photos online. We had trouble with the door keys, there were a few sketchy people lurking around, the pool had a strange odor, you can tell the rooms were once smoked inside of, there was no phone to reach the front desk, the "repairs" made to the room were shotty, and there was no elevator for my elderly grandfather. It was not the place for us.

No breakfast as advertised, they put us in a double suite for $120 a night with no TV. The staff are lazy and completely rude and unhelpful. Scum hotel looks nothing like the photos.

Do NOT come here, drug addicts/drug dealers wonder the parking lot and building along with stray dogs and cats. Unfortunate because this could’ve been a nice place
