Ok I've been to this McDonald's several times in the last 60 days, but today, McDonald's sucked more than a Kirby Vacuum Sweeper. My food was wrong, my food tasted terrible, the attitude of the employees would be compared to a warthog giving birth. I've probably ate at this McDonald's over 200+ times in the past 20 years, but today was the WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. IF I WAS THE OWER, I'D FIRE EVERYONE THAT WAS WORKING. Eating at a place should be a wonderful experience. If I wanted to visit the zoo, I would have went to the Hutchinson Zoo. I do believe that these employees need to be hired for the circus, they make perfect clowns. DO NOT EAT HERE UNTIL THE ZOO KEEPER PUTS THE ANIMALS BACK IN THEIR CAGES AND CLEANS THIS PLACE FROM A ZOO BACK TO A RESTAURANT !!

A young employee handed my order to me and then asked what my favorite pistol was. When I expressed confusion, he added, "You know, pew pew." I said bye to him and left immediately. I guess this McDonald's is for people who enjoy murder toys.

This location in South Hutchinson, the only thing it has going for it is location. Kinda one of those last choice options if you headed southeast on k96 or west or eastbound on hwy 50. Wait times are horrific, sometimes up to 30 mins waiting in the drive thru. Do not ever go here if you're in a hurry. May be a safer bet if traveling east to keep driving to Newton or wichita may be a faster option. If westbound well kinda you only option for a long time.

There are but a small handful of restaurants with either late night or 24/7 hours post pandemic. I do a LOT of road travel and it is quite convenient to know which locations offer food at 3 am on the road. The experience varies. For example, you can order a cheeseburger and one day the bun is soft, and another it is almost crunchy. The availability of ice cream based products varies depending on whether or not the night shift did maintenance on the machine. I have had staff that was interactive and friendly, while other times they were too distracted by a side bar conversation with a coworker to even acknowledge me.

We usually eat at a restaurant when we go through Hutch, but we were tired and just wanted something fast. The person that took our order go it all wrong. This isn't the first time this has happened here at this McDonald's.

The restaurant was clean, and the food was fine. There's a kiosk with which to order from, which was nice. Given the customers near the counter were loud mouthed, single-minded, un-American souls who missed out on many lessons from their mothers. Chiefly, keep your opinions to yourselves. Or, don't start no s4!7 & there won't be no s4!7.

Honestly not a super huge issue, it was 3:40AM, they were swamped with a good 10 cars including me, I got off work, was hungry. half of my fries were cold and didn’t taste very good. Customer service was good, line was moving pretty quick, maybe 15 minutes? Burger was good, not a super bad place to eat after work.

Best McDonald's in the area. We will go out of our way to go to this one. They are friendly and always get our order right. The food is always hot and fresh fries are worth the drive!

Ordered food on app in the parking lot came in to pick it up and it was ready to go. Inside crew was polite and attentive.

They have removed the menu from the wall where it was easy and convenient to see. Now you have to basically use a tablet to order. I don't want to scroll around to find something to eat. And since there was only a credit card reader, I wasn't sure if I could even use cash.

Super cute decorations! Even in the drive-through!!! Very nice staff, sad they were out of the pumpkin spice coffee, but still very accommodating!
