We were booked for a one-night stay, so the room should have been freshly cleaned. There were some crumbs on the floor and small trash under the desk. Not a big deal, but not great either. But then we turned down the sheets to go to bed and there were crumbs IN THE BED!!! Meaning not only had the room not been cleaned well, but they hadn't even changed the sheets. We already had kids asleep, so instead of a new room, we requested fresh sheets we’d change ourselves. Those were delivered quickly. The next morning we checked out with the front desk and made sure the issues were noted. We were assured they were and that the manager would be giving us a call the next day. It’s now been a week and we’ve never received that call. We’ve stayed in multiple SpringHill Suites and we expected much better than this.

Good hotel. Quiet. Easy access. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly. Modern vibe. Had a terrific shower setup. The pool/hot tub are located outside. Everyone driving by, working out or at the mental facility next door can see you. So your Uber safe. Breakfast was on par with the usual mid level breakfast: fake eggs, fake bacon. Sometimes fake sausage. They did have a potato/sausage thing one morning that was good. For the hotel: great stay. I would suggest…removing the bucket of drinks that has a sign that says Grab a Bite and Beverage..it seems like this is complimentary. I assume it’s happened in the past because you have a sub-sign that says not complimentary. It just serves no real purpose and adds un-needed complications.

Great location for this hotel as it seems to be the closest to day break. The rooms are clean and we did not hear any outside noise during our stay. There are plenty of places to eat and drink close.

I like the location and setup of the room as well as the staff was nice. My toddler found a very old french fry he tried to put in his mouth, bathroom door was damaged and found a quarter on the floor in the room. Obviously cleaning could have been better and some fixes could be made... especially for the price we pay to stay there. They also put a small extra charge on our room that was not us... thank goodness we checked our bill. Could have been easily missed.

Customer service is hilariously awful. Called front desk and asked for couple extra pillows (we’re on vacation, why not right?) around 7:30pm. “Hey can I please get 3 extra pillows brought up?” “Eh can you just come pick them up from front desk instead?” “Ok.” Go to front desk. No one there. Ring bell. 2 minutes later… person comes out with a “really? You’re the guy who called for pillows” look. Yes. I’m that guy. Pillows please. She disappears. Meanwhile I hang out on couch in the front. Old couple walks by and stands there waiting to talk to someone (Bc no one manning front desk). Finally wife says “well they’re not coming I guess let’s come back in morning”. 5 minutes later different lady comes out. She’s a tad nicer, but only brings 2 pillows. Whatever. Writing this review in hopes that owner of this hotel sees it. As a biz owner myself, I’d want to know if I need to make some personnel changes. Otherwise nice hotel but customer service is everything in hospitality business. And it’s the stupid/little things that make all the difference isn’t it?

Here are some drawbacks, the front desk has no control over noise customers after night, even after calling the front desk twice. Housekeeping, after three days I arrived, just the day before I left, absolutely no sense. Not friendly or cooperative to help. 3 starts is very high and compassionate on my part.

My daughter and i traveled down here to Riverton Primary Children's hospital and this is the closest hotel. The queen sweet was very nice and clean. Large room with a desk i was able to use my computer at. Couch, fridge and microwave, with a large walk in closet and a huge bathroom. Big window with a great view. Comfy beds. Best of all, the check out time is noon!

Very friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Gorgeous view of the local Wasatch mountain range and temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Great experience here, and will go back to visit again. The staff is very friendly and greets you when you come and go.

We are military members and booked several rooms for family and friends at this location for our wedding night, most of which were military members or veterans themselves, we had to call and visit the hotel in person several times before our event to get them to honor the military price. They claimed each time that the system was updated with the discount, guest names and our credit card, however they called us again on our wedding day to say there was an issue with a guest checking in with the discount and card while we were at our reception. As you can imagine that was very frustrating having to deal with that after it was supposedly "handled" several times prior. The rooms themselves were very nice, no complaints from the guests that stayed there.

Nice, clean rooms. Small, efficient with a few less effective elements. The good: Wall controlled temperature 2 beds Tub (sometimes only a shower) Well lit bathroom* Couch bed The bad *Poor lighting in the room. I needed to use the phone as a flashlight to see in the fridge, the buttons on the microwave. The room is generally dark unless the curtains are open and it's daylight, but it doesn't help that the front of the room is still in shadows. Overall, not well lit generally except in the bathroom. The pull-out bed is a near-guaranteed toe pain or trip source. It sticks out into the walk space, narrowing the path, and if you're not looking down, it easily trips you. Add that this is in the poorly lit part of the room, going to get a drink out of the fridge after dark can be painful.

I had stayed here previously and thought it was great. Unfortunately not so much this time. First, they gave me the wrong room and I had to move to another. The reading lamp over the bed was broken and hanging by a wire (I have a picture). There was a shirt left by a previous guest (I assume) on top of the blankets in the closet (I have a picture of this too). The entire room felt dirt and definitely needed a good dusting everywhere. I went out and bought some cleaning supplies. The bedding was too small for the bed and pillows. I also went out and bought a blanket so I knew it had not been used. I was there from Thursday- to Monday. No housekeeping. When I did go down to get some towels, the staff was too busy talking in the dining area to even notice. I've always liked Marriott but maybe it's time to change.

Everything in the hotel seems fairly new but the bed was really hard and the mattress on the trundle bed was not worth calling a mattress. The couch was the best place to sleep. The frosted glass door for the bathroom made sleeping threw someone using it impossible. The breakfast however was fair so no complaints on that and the room was very clean. Thank you for that but please do something about those beds.

The room was not clean, all the surfaces were dirty, hand prints in the bathroom, white crusty substance all over the couch and ottoman, dirt and hair in all the corners. I found a bug in the bed. The staff refused to clean my room even after kindly asking for service and informing them of the bug in the bed. They won’t clean your room until your 5th night, no exceptions!!!! Doesn’t appear they clean the rooms period!! Also the walls and floors are thin. You can hear every footfall all around you even with the tv on. Don’t spend your money here!!!

Lack of housekeeping made the stay unpleasant. On the third day, when housekeeping was scheduled, the beds were not changed as we had a personal pillow on the bed. This policy and delayed housekeeping should be know before booking.

The hotel appears very nice once you walk in. However after staying here for over a week you start to see all the little things. They don’t clean very well at all. The floors are constantly dirty whether it’s the elevator floors or the hallway floors. I’ve walked down my hall every day for a week and you can see the crumbs and trash all over the floor. When they clean the rooms it really appears that they change the sheets, new towels, and take trash. Nothing gets wiped down or vacuum. I’ve cleaned my own room twice just to make sure I feel clean and safe in my room. If your staying for an extended stay there is a very small mini fridge that hard keeps anything cold. Was fine but wouldn’t stay here again.

Lets start with the lobby. They have old and moldy seats, trash seems to always be overflowing. Sometimes the lobby has the worst smells. 2 stars for the utensils. Staff and Service is 2 stars, the lobby receptionist is very friendly. The cleaning crew makes the bed, changes the sheets and toiletries. They don’t clean the carpet or bathroom floor. They leave the most horrible smelling couch in the rooms. Free breakfast looks worse and worse everyday, sometimes having the weirdest and almost empty fridge. Hot breakfast selection js disgusting. The cereal all feels stale and sad. The pool often is closed by the health department and looks like it never gets cleaned just a bunch of chemicals. Please renovate the furniture and train your staff to clean with detail in mind. Some people really just do not have common sense

Very nice place, I liked it. Unfortunately the spa was broken and the breakfast was 30 minutes late.

Clean. Modern. Large rooms. Comfy beds. Welcoming staff. Very warm heated outdoor pool which is great in winter.

I checked in after 11 pm. The process was quick and easy. It was December 27th and the Utah weather was typical freezing conditions. The a/c was on in my room with the temperature set at 56 degrees! I just wanted to go to sleep, but it was too cold to relax. I turned the temperature up to 77 with the fan on high, but it took 2 hours to warm up. The room was clean and spacious, but the whole point of the room was for sleep, which I didn't get.

This place is in an amazing location! There’s tons of restaurants, stores, shopping centers, and park’s nearby. And the temple is across the road and visible from the hotel. Our room was clean (had a strong chemical smell though), well laid out, quiet, and the tv had Netflix. The breakfast was lack luster, and the jacuzzi was out of order, but the gym was convenient and the outdoor pool is heated. Reception was nice and professional.

Very large room and bathroom. Has a pullout couch and desk. Service and staff were very nice. My rate was $159/ night and was very worth it. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and groceries stores.

Had a awful experience. First, there were clothes from a previous guest scattered about the closet. Then later that day, I was horrified when the microwave had old food scattered about the inside of the oven. As a longtime member of Marriot, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of compassion for having such an awful experience. I was told I would get major points awarded due to the issues but to wait a week or two. It has been over 2 months since this occurred and the issue hasn't been addressed. Very disappointed.

The rooms were so nice! They were big and comfortable and I loved having the desk. The breakfast had great options. However the bathtubs needed more nonslip materials inside. My friend not only slipped but fell OUT of the tub. She didn't get hurt, just a bit sore, but if it were someone not in the best health, they could have gotten seriously hurt. When we told the staff, they said they didn't really have anything to help us for the rest of our stay. They also had what looked like a fire pit outside that being worked on and looked like they just stopped halfway. It was definitely an eyesore as it was right by the front entrance. Other than that, everything was great.

Hotel staff is really good, Vee is awsome! Rooms are clean when I got here but house keeping does not do a good job at all.

Never staying here again!! Or any Marriott for that matter!! This location is 5 minutes from my grandparents, so we stay often. Last trip, they double charged us and stole some airpods. During this trip, we complained and asked for our property back, so they turned off our room keys 5 times!! FIVE TIMES in a 24 hour period!! Pathetic and sad..
