    Where to begin…I went to Wendy’s with my friends expecting a good meal, my friend opened her salad and luckily saw this big two inch acrylic nail inside the salad. We were all instantly disgusted and did not want to eat any of our food. We went back around to ask for a refund and the lady dealing with us was not pleasant. She insisted that the worker with the nails on (Shirley), was not making the salad, so it was impossible that it could’ve been in the salad. We were in disbelief as we told her that there was no other way the nail could’ve gotten in and she continued to disagree. She then said that we would only be getting a refund for the salad. The manager then continued to accuse us of putting the workers nail inside of the salad. So unprofessional!! This also shows that this location is not following proper health code regulations and I insist that the health inspectors check them immediately! We are very upset and will never be returning! If I could rate 0 stars I would, but I can’t .

    Ugh. Not impressed with this place. I counted 6 employees at 6:30 pm. Long drive thru line so I went in. Took about 16 minutes from walking in to walking out with food (based on receipt time stamp and clock in car). One person making burgers, one working the front, one working drive thru, one checking DT (drive thru) orders, one walking around cleaning, then there was the manager. She pretty much did nothing! While waiting, a lady came in asking for a manager. She asked what's up with the drive thru. "We are having issues with our fryers." Lie! The fryers were just fine. I saw them used with NO issues. The lady said she's been waiting 20 minutes in DT and suggested going over to Chick-fil-A and see how they do it then stormed out. I laughed. Wanted to fist bump her. (I've seen how CFA does it and yes, it's fast and impressive!) The problem was the manager wasn't helping at all! Had plenty of time to observe to come to that conclusion. Three cars that made up the end of the line when I went in were still in line when I left. Then there's the food. What. A. Joke! The Dave's double was great. The "chicken tenders"? Yea. Look at the picture. Pathetic! Never again. $4.29 for that? So sad because I loved Wendy's but the chicken sucks now. The S'awesome sauce was S'gross sauce.

    Other than my large fry actually only being a medium and not fresh everything else was alright. Having worked fast food myself I am 95% sure I got the bottom of the fry bin and whoever was working was too lazy to put on more fries which I would have been more than happy to wait for. I was literally the only car there.

    The food is good but the people who work here are SO rude every time. I’m not expecting anything crazy… just basic courtesy. It’s gotten to the point where we will drive to a different Wendy’s further away to have a better experience.

    Speed: lightning fast. Only true pro here. But could be due to the suspiciously empty line… Food: first time I’ve had a baconator. Stacked up against, say, a Big Mac it’s a clear winner. For a low tier fast food burger it’s one of the better. Fries were ok but no sauce or ketchup included. Frosty tasted like… a frosty. I wildly regret getting anything bigger than a small. Service: I don’t expect or care about top tier service from fast food. So only worth pointing out when very bad, which it was in this case. Forgetting any sort of sauce/ketchup for fries one thing, no biggie it happens. But the dude taking orders was incredibly terse. Same with everyone else. Just shoved food into my hands without even looking at me. Didn’t say anything, just said price and that’s it. Hard to describe but energy was almost amusingly “get the hell out of my face” from the whole crew. Ah well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ If you want fast service from people who hate that you’re there with garbage food that you’ll instantly regret and honestly isn’t even that cheap, then this should be at the top of your list.

    Gets your drive up order wrong. When you return and complain they tell you they'll give you a coupon for your next meal. When they finally give you the correct meal they tell you instead of the coupon they promised they then tell you they're going to put your name in "the book" though they can't provide any evidence of "a book" or any kind of credit that obviously should be owed. Not only will I never go to this Wendy's again, I well NEVER go to ANY Wendy's ever again. Dave would be so sad to see what his daughter did to his legacy

    Asked for a hamburger… should be simple but they gave me a cheeseburger. Noticed while paying and said I need no cheese (allergic lactose intolerance) … they said pull around. About 8mins later they brought me out the same burger with some of the cheese scraped off. Could not eat it obviously and couldn’t wait another 20 mins in the drive thru. Will not be returning to this place. They also would not give us a receipt which was weird too

    Fantastic customer service and excellent food quality. The last 2 Wendy's restaurants I visited had chicken that tasted like it sat out for 30 minutes, but I was very pleased with this one. The man on the register was very kind and talked to me about my interests and even gave me a free frosty.

    Every time I've gone here I've regretted it. I picked up food through the drive through and took no more than 5 minutes to get home but it was barely even warm. Nothing tasted fresh at all and my chicken sandwiches smelled like old oil. I'm not making the mistake of coming back here again.

    Gentleman Pedro was so kind--with attention to every detail my son has special needs (it can be very difficult to order).. when my son asked about strawberry frosty he gave him a small one. Excellent experience today! Food was very good!

    This is my nearest wendys so I love to go there. It’s typically pretty good but today they were amazing. The lady on the drive thru was nice and sweet. The food was fresher than I think I’ve ever had at Wendy’s. Props to them, super great experience.

    Check-boy was very complimentary and sweet. They forgot one of our burgers so I had to run back in. The two Hispanic ladies on the line were not pleased that I came back in and certainly did not hurry or care to make the burger (no rush and looked like they were talking under their breath) but both guys working were a blast! They made it fun!

    The manager and his team are more worried about the drive through and he takes forever to get to the people at the front. I stood at the register for a good three minutes before even being recognized that I was there. The people behind me also had to wait. He doesn’t let the employees do their job and take orders from both points of customers.

    Ordered #1 meal medium. Didn't get fries. Baked potato was bare, no sour cream or chives. Chili was cold out the window. No straws fire drinks. C'mon folks. It wasn't even busy. :(

    I got a chicken sandwich that was so dry I couldn't even eat it. The only positive was when I took it back, the manager refunded me and gave me an extra voucher. Now I hope he solved the issue with staff as well

    Patties were luke warm, dried out and a little burnt. The top bun was dried out and the bottom was soggy. It was during the dinner run so the food should be just cooked. We had our burgers very fast but they were not fresh. The fries were the ends pieces that were about two inches long. The only thing consistent with other Wendys was the frosty. It was good. People were polite. We will not be going back.

    Less is usually more but in this case anything is better than the service we just received. RBF is not a good look on anyone and I bet these employees have beautiful personalities that you’ll never see because they aren’t in the right job. Please go find something you love and stop hating your life. You deserve better.

    Ordered a double with cheese and it came out fresh. Also got the doggo some nuggets and of course he loved them. I just wanted to point out the friendliness of the team members here. Speed of service was on point. And great job on order accuracy. Thanks.
