Stopped by for a quick cookie this afternoon. Was disappointed to see that the lobby is closed due to staffing issues. We opted for the drive-thru instead. Friendly employees were standing alongside the drive-thru manually taking orders. They were helpful and efficient given the strange arrangement. We were again disappointed that after ordering the Andes mint frosting on our cookies that they were out of it. Chocolate was substituted. The coconut cookie was great and the frosting made it even better. One of my favorite thing about Swig is that the cookies are all chilled (like cookies are meant to be).

The drive thru is absolutely ridiculous! It takes so long to get one thing! By the time you get your order you don't want it anymore. But the drinks and food are pretty good.

The fighter is highly recommended! Unfortunately there was a big piece of hard black plastic I almost swallowed down with their huge open straw

Update: I upgraded my 4 stars to 5 stars because of one younger guy working there. The customer service he had was spot on and he was patient with me while I was trying to decide what to get. With so many yummy choices, I appreciate his patience to let me look at the entire menu. They were out of the dirtball cookies that I wanted, but the sugar cookie was still delicious. I absolutely love the Shark Attack drink. There were about 10 cars in line, but we were only in line maybe 5-6 minutes.

We love getting drinks and treats from Swig! The Waikiki is the best. The new snickerdoodle cookies are amazing! Thanks for the fruity pebbles treats! Go Jazz!

This is my favorite swig! They move the line so fast and always get my order right. They’ve even thrown in some free cookies at times!

I've been to this location several times, and usually, they do great. However, the past few times I've been by, they've gotten my order wrong or didn't give me my gummy sharks for my drink (this adds 35 cents to my drink). The most recent time, they said they were out of gummy sharks but still charged me for them.

The lines here are always so long that I end up waiting a long time in line. They need to take orders more quickly. The lobby is also closed so you can’t go in to get your order. My drinks are always good when I get a drink though!

Had a $10 gift card so I thought I'd try it, got a large just peachy with no ice, a sugar cookie and their mini chocolate chip cookies. Ordered and paid with a girl outside with a hand held card reader, total came out to $11 and some change, paid 10 on my gift card and the remainder on my credit card which I heard beep and she said all good! Waiting in line for a minute, watching the person ahead of me pay at the window which was odd because I had seen them pay with the girl, and apparently they also thought it was odd because they gestured back down the line to the girl, I'm assuming saying that they already paid. So I get to the window and this kid asks for my name, I tell him and he says 'Okay your total is $1.69' I told him that I had already paid back with the girl, and he says 'Oh how did you pay?' And I answered with my gift card then my credit card. He said that her card reader isn't working, and I said back, well that's odd because it went through and she said I was good. He said well its not working, so I give him my card (which literally had $2 on it, perfect for the remainder of the payment) and he tries it and says 'It declined.' (Which means that the card reader did grab my payment, and it is also showing in my bank accout transactions.) So I hand him my other card and ask for a receipt, and he starts fumbling around, asking for help to 'check' the reciept taking a lot longer than it should to print out something that was just paid for. He eventually hands me a receipt which has 2 extra added items that I did not order and was not given, and was a total now of $13 and some change instead of the original $11. I get out of the drive through and go inside and get a refund, and the kid turns and looks at me then shakes his while turning back. I get that it was a two dollar difference, not a big deal, but the bigger deal is the fact that the whole thing was very sketchy and scam like, there was no adult in sight like this place was ran by teenagers (some of which just sat there and looked at me for a good few minutes before helping me get a refund) and I kind of doubt this was the first time they've done this. Very odd and seemingly dishonest. Oh and they put ice in my drink.

I did an online order for 1 drink. I buzzed my order right when I got there. There were three cars there when I pulled in. They ended up leaving and after 10 minutes of waiting I eventually moved my truck right in front of the window because I thought they may not have seen me… I buzzed it in again. There were 4 girls with swig sweatshirts sitting at a table talking. One got up and brought a drink out to a guy that had been there for about 5 min then walked back in and sat down. Finally after close to 20 minutes of waiting, I walked inside. A girl asked if I needed something. I said “ yeah I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes for an online order”. She said “oh it must have gotten cleared”. My drink was just sitting on the counter. I’d figure if you see a car sitting out front for that long your go ask if they had an order?!?! This location is struggling. I understand they get busy and stuff may take a little longer but 20 minutes is ridiculous.

Just went to this location to order a drink. I was the only customer in the drive thru and as I was getting my drink I thought I would grab another. No one was behind me, no problem. The girl taking my order was so annoyed I would even ask to spend my money on another drink!! And when I asked for a straw for that second drink, she said I already gave you one, when she had only given me one straw for my first drink! Rude service for a loyal customer!

I go here all the time. Today they put the wrong soda base in my drink by mistake so I asked if they could remake it with the right soda. As soon as I do that I hear all the girls getting bent out of shape about having to remake it saying that I was the one in the wrong when I already felt bad asking for them to remake it. Then when they handed the new one out the window to me, they had purposely made it wrong. They added ice when I had asked for no ice, they didn’t put in any syrup or creamer. I asked for a diet dew gooder with no ice. I ended up with Mountain Dew with extra ice and a lime. I called after I realized this and the girl on the phone was super nice and gave me a refund as points on my loyalty. This is the only weird experience I’ve ever had here.

I ordered online to pick up in the parking lot (I wasn't driving), I had to wait si long I ended up canceling my order because my ride (that was 25 minutes away when I placed my order) showed up. I only hope they reimburse the points I used to buy my drink. I won't likely come back to this location.

I don’t know what changed, but they no longer make orders for us doordashers before we show up. They wait until we are actually there to make the orders. Then we have to sit around and wait. It’s been an absolute nightmare. Not sure why they changed how they do things but this sucks so bad.

I’ll start with how much i really love swig! The drinks are great! I have visited alot of various locations all over utah! My personal favorites are the Utah county locations. 3 months ago I transferred job locations to South Jordan. Luckily i found a swig within 5 minutes, great! I have been coming here over the last 3 months on a DAILY BASIS. I hate this location. Just about every single time something goes wrong. 99% of the time it’s the wrong drink order. ( I literally get 1 single drink. Dr.pepper and vanilla….) I speak clearly. I’m polite. I even ask for them to repeat it back. Normally i will hop back in line and asked politely to have it fixed. Today I didn’t have time, the line was pretty long. I’m sure the young employees were overwhelmed. So i went in. Sat there for a minute. A girl frosting cookings kinda raised her voice and says : “ can someone help this” referring to me. Just staring at me. Uhm…. Okay? Then everyone just stared at me? Didn’t say anything. I understand the lobby is closed but I would assume you see a customer while you’re wearing a SWIG shirt you should at least say hello. If an employee is in uniform they represent a brand. Overall my issue was fixed. I’m just done coming to this location.

This used to be my favorite swigs to go to. In the last year it has gone downhill fast. Always long lines, which is normal but now they are slow! 35min wait , and keep messing up the drinks. Try going in the lobby to have them fixed and the employees won’t even look at you. Wont be returning

In Utah there are several soda shops that I've tried and I will always vote swig number one- the sugar cookies are by far superior and the soda/syrup/creamer ratio is perfection. Swig will aways be number one for me.

The oquirrh mountain swig is the best! Their flavored sodas are so yummy and the staff has always been so pleasant! We definitely frequent this location

The drinks are good and people are friendly, however I don't like how they make people stand outside in the rain and snow to take orders. I would rather wait longer than make them be out in those bad conditions.

Go here a lot and tonight was somewhat busy. We ordered on the app and waited for 10mins until another car pulled up and was served right away. I had to actually say something and never even got an apology. Check your entitlement

Ethan is amazing at this location! Every time we come, he’s there being the nicest gentleman! For longer lines, curbside is great! Never had a bad experience here :)

This is my favorite Swig! My go to drink place for Grey's Anatomy nights with my friend. I wish the lobby was open. I miss going inside but the drive thru is great! Drinks are made well and staff is really friendly!

I love swig! This one is in a great location! The line gets long but they handle it like pros and I get in and out quickly! They are great with recommendations too if you aren’t sure what to choose! I’ll definitely be there again and again!

Took my little boy to Swig on his birthday so that he could get his own drink. They love the ones with gummy sharks in them. He also got a sugar cookie which he thought was pretty special! I tried the new blended Reviver energy drink and it was incredible! I tried the flavor All Star and it tastes so delicious. Great birthday celebrations for this kid (and for mom!) 🎉

Fast and efficient service. Pulled right up, ordered and quickly received my order as well. Friendly staff. By the way, try the 'Daydreamer.' You'll thank me later. It has ginger ale + pomegranate + cranberry + fresh lemon. Perfect combination. And so perfect for this holiday season. And their oatmeal chocolate chip cookie is super tasty. Also tried their coconut cookie and it kind of tasted like the Girl Scout Samoa cookie. Will definitely be going back and trying other flavors.

Great drinks, good prices, strong selection, and lots of sugar free options. Our drinks have always been made correctly and the line moves quickly. That said, I docked a star because without fail the person taking the orders always asks us to order before we can see the menu. It’s always awkward to tell them we want to see the menu before ordering. It’d be great if they had a second menu for those in the back of the line, or a menu that the order taker carried with them, or a menu that could be picked up at the start of the drive thru and handed back to the order taker or pickup window. Just a few ideas to improve the ordering experience. I suppose, additionally, it’s inconsistent on whether or not they’ll use the card on file. I’ve been asked to verify the last four, been told they can’t use it unless I show them my physical card, been told they can’t use it at all anymore, and also had them charge it without asking for any verification. Seems to depend on who is taking the orders that day.

I never really go to swig and one night a few weeks ago decided to stop by the drive-thru. The teenager working was rushing me and even though he read back my order correctly, the sticker on my cup was wrong. He put down purée when I ordered syrup (purées cost more) and my drink order somehow was $1.00+ more than it should have been which makes me think he may have added a tip without my permission. I didn’t get a receipt either to see what was added, I only have my bank statement to tell me the total:(
