I was down with Fever , Cold. Cough and and throat pain..it was a Sunday afternoon... I knew this place before as I have come to buy medicines...but for consultation today was the first. I had a pleasant time with Doc & Meds... from the very beginning at the reception to the nurse and the Doctor and the Pharmacist ... Thank you all... I just had to mention how great this hospital is. My friend was a patient there, and honestly, they looked after them incredibly well. The staff was super friendly, and they even had refreshments available. Plus, the doctor gave us clear instructions for care at home. I came to touch with them this week for helping my Dad, 93. They sent Dr. Vysakh Nair and nurse Nancy. Nancy was very professional. The doctor went out of his way to talk to the patient, me and wife. Then I went to drop them, and Rachel at counter promptly welcomed me and asked me to take a tour of the facility. I was impressed. The Lab Tech Asha was also very professional. She was too busy that day, but still she said few words of courtesy. The contact person for all this was Adhya, who was unfortunately on leave. She was also very very friendly. As a person with vast exposure to the running of allopathic and alternative-med hospitals (in an administrative capacity), I highly endorse Docs & Meds to one and all.
