Genuinely like their service. The agent Arun and the driver Rajiv were very professional and handled me as a customer brilliantly. The price was comparatively higher than other cab services available in Kerala, but the driver was fluent with Hindi and English and hence for someone like me who was coming from north India had less trouble in communicating things. Overall, I would recommend their services.

I have travelled many places with my wife and have booked many cars through different travel agencies but this was special. I wish I had more than 5 stars to give them. I was lucky I booked my car through them. Initially the car they sent for my pick up had problems with AC, but within 30mins they arranged for a replacement car with another driver taking complete responsibility. Arun was the person from Tranz Vacations I wad dealing with over the phone who kept assuring me of taking care of any issue that would happen. Our new driver was Biju and trust me, he made our Kerala trip even more beautiful. Not only did he take us to places we wanted to go without hesitation, but he also added few special places during our trip which we were unaware of. He took us shopping to places which had reasonable pricing to ensure we dont spend unecessarily. Unfortunately my wife fell sick fot 1.5 days where Arun and Biju supported me like my family. My memories of Kerala are simply outstanding but a huge credit goes to Tranz Vacations, Arun and our best driver Biju. I put a strong recommendation for these guys only because they deserve every bit of it....

Very very recommended. Their cars and service are just the best. We had a trip of kerala for 6 days , booker innova. The car was so well and clean, noise less. The driver they provided, christy, was so humble and obedient i cant explain. Very very satisfied with their services.
