This is a fully equipped air-conditioned gym with a fair training fee. Trainers are cooperative and friendly. This is on Cusat Road from the Cusat signal just above Indu Photos. They are open from 5 in the morning to 10 AM. Then from 5 PM through 10 PM. Personal training is available at a premium.

Well maintained gym at an affordable rate with proper equipments. People's negative thought about girl's being not safe at gym has been rewritten from my own experience. They have good trainors who help you to bring out the desired results. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable gym.

Great place with adequate equipment and charges you a very budget friendly fee. 600 without cardio and 800 with cardio. Highly recommended if you have just started working out!

I joined inch by inch in February 2023 and I can vouch for the fact that joining here was totally worth it. Sangeeth aashan helped become a better version of myself both physically and mentally. My body changed so much for the better that missing a day at gym has started being difficult. Sangeeth never makes you overdo stuff and he understands what u exactly wants for your body. Most importantly he is very comfortable to work with and is a good person. That is the prime reason i am choosing to continue here because safety and being comfortable is of utmost importance when it comes to us girls . Joining inch by inch has been so far the best decision till date.

Probably the best gym in kalamassery. The trainer's are efficient, professional and friendly... The whole place has a good ambience and everything clean... A good mixture of quality equipments and budget friendly training packages....I' d really suggest this place to anyone in Kochii...

Excellent personal training. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Especially Akshay, I’ve lost so much weight, since I started working with him as my personal trainer. I’m amazed by the results. After my workout sessions I feel much stronger both physically and mentally. Thank Akshay for a careful individual approach. Highly recommended!
