Dr. Ndika is truly the best. Very thorough and caring. Glad she’s my Dr.

This is the best practice I've ever been to! I lost my son recently and the way healthcare is today with regard to mental health; it's just not adequate. I felt like just a number and not a patient everywhere else accept HERE! I love Dr. Ndika; she GENUINELY cares and takes the TIME to listen and work with you! And the other practitioner (forgive me i forget her name) but you can tell that they work in unison and help reach other or when the patient load gets heavy so I've never had to wait long for an appointment because of how well their office is run! I'm going to stay a loyal patient! I plan on referring my husband and anyone else closer to me with the same struggles I had finding quality care! ME-centered care!

This Doctor was COMPLETELY RUDE! She never introduced herself to us at all. The paperwork she wanted me to give to my child’s school was outdated from 2008. I received an emergency family phone call during the time she was out of the room, and while sitting in this room that was more like a makeshift office that looked like it use to be a bathroom or storage room.) This office was not clean) She got up in the middle of the conversation and just walked out and had us waiting in that room for ten minutes then she comes backs in and says “can we finish up, I have other patients”! I just walked out.

Dr. Ndika truly represents the name of this practice. She is so kind and caring. She is very patient and professional. I had an outstanding experience with her. I will be sure to refer her to anyone in need of her service.

This woman doesn’t care about her patients at all. I ran out of medication and she discharged me and didn’t care about my mental health. Do not go here for service. They do not care. I have had more anxiety and panick attacks since I dealt with these people. She responds that I beefed her to come back. I just needed my medication. Like I said this lady does not care about her patients. It’s in u if u go here trust.

Dr. Ndika is always there when I need her and she meets with me via zoom in emergency situations when i need her professional advice and opinion immediately! She comes highly recommended by me!!!

Dr. Ndika is an amazingly responsive, caring, expert practitioner. We are so incredibly grateful for her. She has shown such love and devotion to our 11 year old daughter who is autistic and has anxiety and ADHD. We don't know where we would be without her!

One of the best doctors you can ask for! Dr Ndika actually listens to understand you and not just prescribe medications then have u on your way like other psychiatrist have done with me the past. Every visit i have with her I feel 10x better then if I hadn’t. So grateful I found her!

She continues to be very compassionate. With her expertise we have found the correct medication. I'm feeling like my self Socializing and going out more.

I am going to try and remain calm and composed as I share my family member's experience with this medical provider. This location scheduled an emergency appointment for my family member because the provider incorrectly called in a prescription to the pharmacy and did not correct her mistake after an entire week of saying she would look into it immediately. Then the provider was a no call no show for the emergency appointment. A licensed medical professional should not be able to no call no show a medical appointment without consequence. I plan to explore all potential remedies and consequences available and would advise anyone considering this office for medical help to read the reviews carefully and do your homework before trusting this provider to manage your health. This office is the epitome of unprofessionalism and a shinning example of everything that is wrong with our medical system.
