I went there today January 20th around 5:15pm. I note this time and date so you guys can hold the staff on shift accountable for their actions and not wonder who it could or possibly been. I asked the cashier (a man) if They had caramel swirl. He looked at me and said yes so I asked for a small. He said you sit here and ask for a caramel swirl for a small no we don’t have it. Confused I asked again if there was such a coffee called caramel swirl (I’ve never ordered it personally it was recommended)and with an attitude he goes no we don’t have caramel swirl so I asked if he had any frozen coffee and he said he does and the best he can do is add caramel to it. I’ve never been to Dunkin’ Donuts before so if there is no such drink or you guys don’t have specific drinks like Starbucks he should or made that known respectfully but since he came to take my order he had come at me with complete and utter disrespect. I then said never mind can I just get 10 munchkins half regular half chocolate. He fills the bag up with all glazed munchkins then drops the bag. I politely said I asked for half and half and he responded yet again with an attitude and didn’t move. So I said again can I get half chocolate and he goes “yes once you pay your 2.50 I’ll get you your donuts”. Anyways, to wrap this up whoever was on staff this evening was extremely rude and disrespectful

I stop here every morning on my way into DC because they are convenient. Most of the older staff is friendly say good morning and it's a wonderful way to start your day. On the weekends they have a younger crew with horrible attitude. This is the reason for the two stars. Not to mention they always screw up my order. All I get is muti grain thin with butter and once in a while donuts. They put cream cheese instead of butter and when I order donuts they forget to give me. The attitude I got this morning for them forgetting my donuts was uncalled for.

Totally ignorant...... Don't go here... Guy at counter doesn't get your order right and then gives you attitude because you say something. Should be shut down. I hate businesses like this. I hope he losses everything due to his nasty attitude. Never going here again.

Save yourself the headache and go to “ALL CITY CAFE” around the corner. By far the worst dunkin around. Worst place to start your morning unless you are ordering the simplest item. If you order anything special it’ll come messed up. If you wish to use their app, they have absolutely no patience to help. If your order is longer than “coffee cream, sugar and donut” their English becomes so poor it feels intentional and it’s impossible make a order. They offer absolutely no help with orders and making a custom order on the app is a waste of time. The amount food I’ve gotten messed up or missing is a joke. I’ve driven back to the store and they were mad because they already threw the item away and had remake it when they forgot to put it in the bag. Coffees taste different nearly every time.

I ordered Avocado toast with bacon. Got to work, opened the box and this is what I get.

I used to go here often but lately the staff does not know how to take your order. Almost every day I have to check and correct the order. I even recorded myself giving the order and played it back to them so they can see the difference between what I ordered and what was given. DO NOT GO HERE. I now go to the one on rt. 1. They are slow but my order is 100% correct 100% of the time

I went here for convenience and I paid for it in bad service. They did not honor the doughnut day with my drink purchase because it was on the go. The man pointed to a sign that literally just said you have to buy a drink and get a doughnut. I was also the only one in line in the drive thru and it took them at least 5 minutes to bring the one drink . They charged $1 for Splenda... I have never seen that. Drink was not even filled completely. This place is cutting corners and has bad service. Severely disappointed

I've never in my life been disrespected by an individual so much as I have been by the employee that worked the window on July 9th, Manisha Patel and she's the most horrid absolutely rude person I've ever come across in my life. That woman had no home training, she's worst than animals at how she treats people and the owner of the place - Paul Patel made no effort to discipline their ill-mannered employee. Just to get me off the phone, her and her husband indicated that she will be disciplined and all i wanted was an apology for how she treated me and I have yet to get it. I will be taking this matter higher up to Dunkin corporate as no one deserves to be treated so lowly by any individual just because their parents didn't teach them how to respect other people. Absolutely disgusting!

And if I could give them less I would have every time I show up here it's always something they don't accept the apps coupons . And when they make a mistake they want to try to blame you and say you didn't order the right thing or something along the lines of that trying to make it out to be your fault instead of theirs and when you say something to them they don't give you back the money they took from you they give you back whatever they want I got charged $5.39 for a sandwich when I didn't even order it and when I went back in to get a refund they refunded me $2.39 and said it was my fault I would recommend no one to go here because the owner is just as rude and is not polite and is not customer oriented I have never went to a Dunkin' donuts and has been treated like this I frequent many Dunkin' donuts in a day I drink four cups of coffee a day and every one of them come from Dunkin I eat breakfast there every morning and they still treat me this way after knowing me very well so I would be afraid to see how they treat just an everyday Joe schmo that walks in

The women at the drive thru is rude and gets orders wrong. Puts cream in a drink that is supposed to be black and then she tries to tell me “this is how it’s made everyone drink it this way”. I’ve been to multiple Dunkin’s that made it the correct way the same way it is advertised so yeah. Then the mango refresher was diluted down.

They are quick with mobile order! best latte makers. only dunkin i go to.

Easily worst coffee place I’ve ever been. If you like all a roulette version of coffee with a high price tag, go for it. The guy argued with me when I asked what was in a drink because I have allergies. He either didn’t understand or didn’t care that I could be harmed by the drink. Not my first bad experience here either. Surprised it has such a high rating of 3.8 for the type of service I’ve received. 5$ later and still no coffee.

I spent $15 and asked for cup of ice water and you want to charge me $1.06. Water or cup does not cost this much

I come to this location often as it is up the road from my job and somehow they’re always getting my orders wrong which I usually let slide but on this morning I was told that I had to pay for my espresso shot in my iced coffee after using my rewards points. If you use their rewards on coffee, you know that the add ons are free along with the coffee. So it shocked me when I was asked to pay for it on today. I proceeded to let one of the workers know that I have never paid for my espresso shot when I use my rewards. She kept acting like she did not understand me so I told her not to worry about it and to go ahead and ring me up for the shot. I paid and waited for my coffee… imagine my frustration when they give me my drink WITHOUT the added espresso shot!!! The girl who gave me my drink tried to tell me I didn’t pay for it and so the lady who helped ring me up had to come over and let her know that I did pay even though I had my receipt in hand as proof. I am livid. I will have to start going out of the way for my coffee in the morning…

I have only been inside once or twice, so can’t rate the atmosphere. But, the food and the drive thru are great! Great service, friendly staff and the best donuts- hands down! Have you tried the maple bacon? Must DO! As my nephew would say, “Trust me, Aunt Wendy, you can’t go wrong!”

That man taking my order in the drive through was rude, and when I got to the window the lady didn’t say one word to me. Awful customer service

I went during the weekday morning rush, so the staff was a bit hurried and frazzled. Even so though my drinks were great and the avcodo toast was excellent. Great seating area.

They make the food perfectly everytime. It’s hard to find a consistent Dunkin that always has good sweet tea. I love it here

Came in with a whole team of ultimate players. They made all of our breakfast sandwiches blazingly fast and with astonishing courtesy.

I really liked this Dunkin’ but lately it has been terrible. I I put my mobile orders in 20+ minutes in advance and then when I get to the store the orders are never ready and it makes me severely late for work. They literally start to prepare the drink when I’m in the store because I complain about it. Makes no sense.

Very very very poor service. Requested two separate drinks. One was mango pineapple and second was unsweetened ice tea. Employee had poor communication skills. He refused to admit he got order wrong. I never asked him to mix the drinks. He was super rude and arrogant. Returned order. I gave up explaining.

I've been coming to this specific Dunkin' location for a couple of years now, and I have received very delightful service. The staff is always kind and understanding and always makes sure to get my order right. I definitely recommend this location, and I'll continue coming to this location to get my donuts and coffee.

I went to drive-thru, there was someone with thick accent. My order was simple; 2 coffee, one with milk and sugar, other one hazelnut, milk and no sugar. Although I repeated 3-4 times, I couldn't get what I tried to order.

I asked for an empty cup and he said it would cost $1.06 for a plastic cup lol. Wonder if they also charge for water cups given they are charging for an apple empty cup.

Used to love dunkin but corp keeps discontinuing all the creamer flavors that I liked. No butter pecan, hazelnut, or salted caramel.
