    This must surely be the most subpar Chipotle in America. I live less than two blocks from this location and have ordered from here many times, and recently the quality of service has hit rock bottom and started digging. When I moved to this location, I didn’t notice anything particularly poor about the service, but recently it’s been impossible to get my food without either 1) having to enter the store and wait in a painfully slow-moving line in order for my order to be taken by the ONE person manning the whole counter or 2) ordering delivery, which I can routinely expect to take an hour (which I could understand, if I didn’t know better from being in store and seeing the lackadaisical understaffed workforce. Recently one of my orders was taken by someone else at the Chipotle and my driver needed to wait an extra 20 minutes before the mistake was discovered and my food was remade. I consider myself a big fan of chipotle, but after stepping into the store today, seeing a line to the back of the restaurant, seeing zero people at the counter (pic included), and waiting 10 minutes before seeing the person who was at the front of the line when I stepped in the store finally checkout, I decided that today I was getting Wendy’s.

    Haven't ordered from Chipotle in years and wow I am not missing out. I couldn't even eat my salad. This was a small portion of the salad mix they used. Slimy, wilted and disgusting. It was picked up 10 minutes after order was placed so there is no way that it was because it was sitting out too long.

    The management at this place is completely incompetent. I come here frequently out of convenience and every single time employees are absolutely scrambling to get online orders together while barely servicing the in-person orders. Tonight when I went the entire kitchen and the in-person order line were totally shut down, and an employee was on the phone with what I’m guessing was one of their useless managers trying to get the checkout system fixed. They’re constantly making mistakes in my orders and sometimes the quality of the food and the in-house lemonade I always get aren’t great, but I can’t even blame them for that because they seem to be constantly overworked and understaffed/underequipped no matter the time of day. They need to expand their online order prep space and hire more people to handle all these orders.

    I never do reviews but I had to come on here to do so. I love chipotle and have been going every other day for years and years… out of state, etc. I have NEVER been to a chipotle to see such a mess and ANGRY and non compliant employees. I ask for something in my bowl and they do the exact opposite. They all have attitude and don’t have any patience with or respect for you. I don’t recommend this place unless they fire this current staff. Do better. (The food was decent though, even tho I didn’t get what I asked for lmao)

    Sheila, "The General" is the secret sauce that keeps this location afloat. In fact, her diligence in balancing priorities: cleaniness/sanitation with presentation and taste are urgently needed across Chipotle multiple locations in South Florida. Sheila possesses both the confidence and customer satisfaction standards to stop the l8ne immediately when something even if a single ingredient falls below standards. She doesn't manage her position as if she's in a mess hall, instead she's surveying each component of the food assembly line to ensure a Hugh quality final product. Had Sheila not been working the day of my visit, this review would have been a customer complaint rather than a compliment. Give this lady her reward and recognition please and thanks!

    Food great, but the place was very messy inside. I had to clean the table myself to be able to sit down and eat. This seems to be the "norm" with Chipotle, great food but the dinning area makes me want to always take my food to go.

    Always clean, always a line and always delicious. My favorite is the guac and chips. My friend got the carne asada bowl and said was very flavorful.

    This place is absolutely FILTHY. We came in 2 hours before closing and the food prep line was gross. Dirty glass displays. The table were they assemble the food was full of crumbs and cheese, they don’t clean up after themselves. Even worse was the grill behind them, it was black with 5 inches of grease with a cutting board laid out filled with old chicken particles. We honestly left and have the food to homeless people on the way home. Save yourself the time. This place is unsanitary and disgusting. The health department needs to shut this place down. When I asked for the manager he was just as clueless as his stoner teenage staff. Barf.

    Paid for some items that wasnt inside the bag my last visit and i am a regular customet. When i come back today and mentioned it. Lady at the cashier was like. I was not here last time not my problem. Then i pointed the guy who charged me last time. She hang me my bag and say. Have a good day sir. Meaning get out of here. If i pay for something, i want to get what i paid for as simple as that. Now regarding the lady, if she hates her jobs. Theres many other jobs out there

    Like the food, like the restaurant set up, like the price, so what's the problem? My recent visit at this place, the food preparers are like jail guards with death-locking look like you're the imamate whom owe them millions of dollars before ordering. The greeting was a powerful simple word "YES"~! Is that a management issue? Because I've been eating Chipotle since 2003 in Washington DC, and not all the other Chipotle operates like this one. As a consumer and stock investor, Chipotle should be a good deal to buy. I'm holding on my buy on CMG and going to Tesla and Amazon for now.

    crappiest chipotle experience ever. there was one employee (women, black, with long fake lashes) who was super impatient and short with everyone. at one point, i didn’t know that she was talking to me, so obviously, i didn’t respond and she yelled “HELLOOOO HIIIII WHAT DO U WANT,” in a very rude, sassy, and unprofessional tone which obviously caught me and everyone else around us off guard. i love chipotle, but sadly i won’t be returning to this location even though i come here all the time. i’ve never reviewed a restaurant, but nothing could describe the anger i felt in that moment where i felt the need to let everyone know my 💩ty experience. i didn’t say anything in response to her disrespectful behavior because i could tell that she would lash out or spit in my food, and i’m not one to cause a scene (unlike her). i get that people have bad days but if you want to be an impatient btch, don’t come to work.

    The general manager of this place is extremely rude. I tried ordering my own bowl and asked for a little bit of extra rice because he barely put any at all to begin with and he told me that he was going to charge me and didn’t want to give my side of sour cream. He told me I was being extra and wanting too many things. He also made the non English speaking employee apologize for HIS actions. I am very disappointed in his management and I will not be going back here.

    Poor business practices for months that go unaddressed here. Poor customer service. If you have an issue they just shrug and say I don't know. Get orders wrong all the time or give me someone else's order. Not sure who the management is, if they have any, but this location needs a major makeover of staff or training. Has made Chipotle feel very gross; not the brand it used to be, sadly. Unfortunately I eat less from Chipotle because I have to go out of my way to another location.

    One of my favorite chipotles. Everything is properly cooked and seasoned. Service was quick and clean. Also this chipotle is unique in miami because of the architecture. It has a beautiful brick exterior that is very inviting.

    Fresh fresh fresh! Quick service even when crowded. Prices have gone up, but still worth it. Fun to sit outside and enjoy the US route 1 traffic

    Sorry I had to upload photos but these 2 were very obnoxious, when finished making my bowl the woman literally threw my bowl to the register attitude the whole entire time like she didn’t want to work. The gentleman checked me out and when I asked for the young woman’s name he told me I DONT KNOW, I was surprised he actually didn’t want to help and just basically didn’t care about his co workers Poor customer service.

    I have been going to this Chipotle for at least a decade and have never had a problem. Today around 5pm I went in to pickup an order that I had placed and told them at the register. The person said that there was a problem with the online orders and that I would have to wait for the online order person to make my food. I would’ve canceled the payment but I couldn’t, so I waited in line with all the other online order people which started to make the place packed. Instead of stopping all online orders they decided to keep them open. That wasn’t even the worst part. A large black man near the register was doing nothing but yelling at all his employees. He was super rude when anyone asked about their online orders. He was extremely unprofessional and was specifically rude and making unprofessional comments to the women on the serving line. If he wasn’t the manager, then the actual manager never came out to address the issue. The online cool guy was super nice and never once complained and tried his best to keep going through the orders. Again the person in charge could have helped out or sent someone to help him, but they didn’t. At the end I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes for one thing that I had ordered. No one tried to make the situation right, give a refund, move the online orders to the empty normal line. Not even a SORRY or thank you for waiting. Very sad for a place that I regularly give buisness to and enjoy.

    The best Chipotle's r in North Miami. The ones in South Miami on US1 are horrible. If u want to make them better ask the hatian women in N miami locations how to cook. The one in pincrest is trash....Seriously ask the location next to the lamborgini dealership in N Miami what there doing because there the best in the state..And i eat at all of them. consistancy is hard but it can be controlled

    Ordered delivery from door dash here. We ordered two bowls. First order was completely wrong, like they chose random toppings and did not even read the order that was put in. Both bowls had random things added and random things taken away. The sticker on the bowls even listed exactly what was ordered but both were completely wrong. Reordered because we were still hungry and both bowls had items on it that we both absolutely hate. Second order comes and again, both items list the items that were requested on the bowls, but again, random toppings were added and random Items were removed even though paid for. Not sure what is going on but four bowls being completely wrong seems like more than just a random fluke.

    Food is fine like any other chipotle but the customer service is absolutely horrible. There are a handful of people who are super cool of course but 90% of the staff are absolutely miserable aholes with no customer service experience.

    Chipotle has wait times, but they have high customer turn out. I usually wait after lunch to bypass the lunch crowd. I like the double meat (steak and barvacoa) bowl with extra cilantro. I like the cauliflower rice and black beans. I generally get chips and queso extra. Those are usually good here. I do recommend

    This is the third time our office orders from this location and the third time they get our order completely wrong. They are ALWAYS missing items or giving us someone else's order. Mind you, at most, we order 3 entrees. It's not the delivery driver's fault because the tag on the bag has our name on it. It's the incompetence of whoever is in charge of packing the to go orders and management for not training their staff properly. We will no longer be ordering from this place.

    I come here to eat lunch all the time. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that sometimes they've got people who don't know how to wrap burritos doing your order and it can be disappointing. But otherwise it's fantastic.

    I was her the other day when they were understaffed and Mr. Calvin held down the fort. He didn't seen frustrated/ stressed. He was patient and pleasant to deal with. He put a smile amongst the chaotic shift and that is excellent service to customers. Thanks Cakvin for handing everything professionally even when u were doing both server and cashier work! 🙌

    Multiple times I’ve had a sub par experience. Today, I was given a clump of meat that was supposed to be chicken. It was discolored and grisly, and the whole batch of chicken in the bin looked the same. The girl looked new and I didn’t want to give her a hard time. Then I ordered chips and guac, and they told me after giving me guac that there were no chips. Then I reached out to customer service on the app, but they refused to help me because they couldn’t track my order, even though I scanned the app before paying and had a charge on my credit card to prove it I won’t be going back

    It’s gross to see employees eating right in front of the take out packing section, especially during a rush when the shop is full and no one is helping cashier. It’s also sad to see that employees don’t bother to attempt to help fulfill a request. I asked if I can get a printed receipt for my Mobile order, she said “I’m not sure if the system does that” so I imply to at least try and then she was suddenly sure it was impossible. I’ve had this done at other locations and it’s just irritating that they didn’t even attempt to get it done.

    Conveniently located off US-1 in South Miami, this restaurant provided hot and tasty meals in a timely fashion. Both orders were well packaged well and traveled home to be eaten. Will return in the future and will recommend this location to anyone looking for a lovely dining experience.

    We have never been to a Chipolte that was this messy and not a single sole on the establishment cared how it looked. If I was the manager and saw this everyone would be fired! I'd work the rest of the month by myself if need be. Make sure you zoom in on the photo.

    The guy who made my burrito and my daughters kids meal rocked. When I asked for extra cheese he didn't let me down. Literally a huge handful for me and my daughter and joked around with me. He also went "out of order" and added guacamole before other stuff so it all smoothed together perfectly in each bite. Probably the largest chipotle burrito I've ever had. It was bigger than my toddlers head and two whole meals for me. I usually go to the Cutler Bay location but this one rocked and I'd drive further for better service and more food!

    When I arrived at around 10:00 PM a manger was publicly reprimanding an employee at full volume in an otherwise quiet store. He belittled the employee and embarrassed them. Very unprofessional and cringe worthy. There were far better ways to deliver a message to an employee from a manager. Food was great, work environment seemed rough.

    The food is always the same but the service here was so bad. The workers were literally pointing and talking about me as I’m eating looking them dead in the eyes. And my girlfriend goes to the register to go ask a question and all the 3 people blatantly just ignore her. If you’re not happy to be at work just get another job. I usually don’t leave reviews but come on be better
