    It took the kids for the first time to KFC , what a disappointment!! Most of the tables were free but still had rubbish on all of them but one , as per pictures, rubbish bins were overflowing , what a mess !! Food was very average, burgers were thrown together with no care whatsoever. Kids did not enjoy their visit and are not keen on going back....KFC you must do better if you want repeat business, especially from kids

    10 minutes waiting at till no-one came so went to screen no buns no salad no rice done my order then waited 20 minutes to get food. They are to busy serving just eat and all them useless delivery drivers. It was a mess in there they must think they are ubove emptying bins and clearing tables

    id go so far as to say it's actually disgusting in there, from the moment you step foot inside your shoes are covered in food from the floor which looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. it took about 40 minutes for our food to be finished which is insane when you think about the fact kfc is a FAST food restaurant, the people working extremely prioritized the people in the drive thru and just eat orders and left everybody who ordered inside for about the same time as us, 40-60 minutes. toilets made me feel physically ill, there's only two cubicles and one simply didn't work- floor looked flooded and i could've cried at the smell icl😕 there's is a point where i understand it's not employees faults, but i didn't even see anybody out TRYING to clean, there were no clean tables despite there not being a lot of people in there. ill mention again the piles of food on the floor because what the hell

    So I would have gave this 5 stars as the food was great but unfortunately due to rude staff and bins over flowing plus have to ask to have a table cleaned is not what I expect. Made it worse with the horrible look I got for asking it to be cleaned in first place. The girl left someone else's sticky hand print behind to so I politely asked if she could wipe that bit too and once again got a horrible look. Part from that great fresh food cold drinks.

    Terrible! Ordered a rice box and had virtually no rice. Might as well of gotten the salad! Took forever to be done, people waiting over half an hour for small orders!

    Incompetent manager, slow slow service. Absolutely no customer service skills. Eat mud before you eat here. 45 mins waiting for food. I wasn’t the only person to complain. The manageress’s only bleating comment was ‘we are a fryer down’. But no pre warning at all! And when customers complained, she didn’t offer an apology. Instead choosing to hide in the back and send other members of staff out like lambs to the slaughter. When customers asked for refunds etc, their food was thrust at time and they were told here ‘it’s ready’. Most customers like myself were waiting over 30mins. Restaurant was less than half full as well. Do yourself a favour. Eat mouldy bread and minging beans served by a grumpy witch. It’ll be far better than anything you’ll receive at kfc longwater.

    Worst experience ever had. Waiting in drive through 40 minutes, order was still not ready and had to park up brought me out my order got home they hadn't got the order right they had given me extra stuff but was all spicy hot which I don't eat

    Absolute shambles of a "fast food" service. When taking the order they didn't state that there was a delay in people receiving an order, yet happily took the payment. Then at pickup window said sorry there is a delay, wait in car park, which was full of other people waiting for their food too. Waited for 20 minutes then went to cancel my order, plenty of staff milling about having a nice chat and not seeming to be working overly hard to try and clear thr backlog. Other customers were complaining and no avail. Will not be going back here.

    How, has this, place remained open. It's had a reputation for slow service but I thought I'd give them another chance. Walked in at 8pm to a packed restaurant full of irritated customers waiting for food. Placed my order then was told by two customers they had been waiting almost 45 minutes for meals. As I'd worked over 12 hour so couldn't deal with waiting that long for chicken. I asked for a refund and decided to go elsewhere. This restaurant has no concept of production line fast food.... Didn't even have gravy. Bearing in mind how busy it was, the staff decided clowning around dancing at the hatch was more important than clearing the three monitors of food orders that had built up.

    I believe this KFC struggles especially at the weekends. I would not recommend going here if you're in a hurry! (Drive through) We went last week on Saturday evening and waited over an hour for food! Think management need to review and better organise so their younger staff don't have to take or put up with very unhappy customers! I feel sorry for them :(

    Every Time I go here they forget something I should learn from previous to always check but I never do and by the time I get home 30 minutes trip it's too late. The pepsi tastes like fizzy water why can we not just have full fat pepsi. We should be able to choose what we want. Food is never cooked always have to wait 15 minuets plus. I mean how can a fast food chicken place not have any chicken ready.

    Waited only 5 to 10 minutes for my order so not bad service. However I did see a few members of staff drinking tap water from what looked like plastic, dog bowl-like pots- can the staff not use cups or drinks? One chubby lad was even running around barking.

    If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Soggy food, staff messing around all the time! This store should be closed down its utterly rancid! Hairs found in food due to no staff wearing hair nets.. All food tasted over held and dry! Burger was literally thrown together in the box no effort at all, even asked for a piece of cheese in the burger and got half a slice! Just avoid eating here! It's beyond dead!

    Quite simply distgusting bin overflowing tables full of litter can't put in the bin as it's too full and so is the top so no clean tables to sit at. Waited 30 minutes minutes for food. Manager just said he was shirt staffed and not overly bothered. Not a nice environment for food service at all.

    Spaceous, clean and good service. As you see in photos, there are plenty of seats and table outside as well. Although it was bit busy, but I was served very quickly. Thanks for the hard working staff out there.

    Drive through service at a snails pace :-( We entered the drive through at 7pm and we exited it at 7.30 still without food. We were directed to a parking bay and waited for a further 15 minutes before it eventually turned up. We asked for some sachets of mayonnaise, however we didn't discover their absence until we had driven off. The chicken was good, but the service would have been faster if we'd been served by a glacier. Missing the mayonnaise is a pretty basic error too. I don't think I've waited more than 5 minutes in a McDonald's drive through queue; how do they get this so right and KFC so wrong?

    I used the drive through on 18/09/23. The ordering screen/microphones were offline, but without any signage. They were taking orders at the window you'd usually use to pay - one customer at a time, then cooking and serving the food. This was very slow! The food was hot, except for the chips which were there was about five of and we're all cold. Some products had ran out but this wasn't reflected anywhere so it was news when you ordered. The four members of staff doing nothing in the kitchen for the ten minutes I sat at the window didn't fill me with confidence. It was far below what I expect from KFC, but was precisely what I expected from this particular, infamously troubled, branch of KFC.

    Went in around 8pm just to grab a wrap meal. The restaurant itself was pretty dirty to be honest. I wanted to pay cash so stood at the counter and took 2 members of staff around 5 minutes to serve me. They weren’t very knowledgable about the menu. After paying it only took around 5 minutes to get my meals. The wrap was actually ok along with the hot wings but the chips were awful and the Pepsi max was flat. Overall a big disappointment.

    Terrible branch, orders are always wrong and staff are so poorly trained; they stand around doing nothing and are plain rude, lead by an even worse manager who does not know how to handle customers. Didn’t even end up getting the food or a refund with the most recent incident.

    The orders are literally always wrong. Every time - we used to drive through but now we go in and check the order because it is literally NEVER right. And the staff usually try to argue that everything’s correct until you physically go through the bag for them. Other KFCs always seem standard fast food service but this one is just DIRE.

    Initial service fine. Had to wait for drinks whilst food sat and ice cream melted. Chicken in burger good. But Teriaki sauce was miniscule, barely on the burger, and separate pot was very salty. Fries under cooked. Small quantity. Overlall, disappointment, expensive for what it is.

    After a long days work followed by a 3 hour drive I decided to use KFC for time efficiency, 20 minuets later in still waiting for my order! Currently awaiting a refund, proving to be a ordeal! Another 10 min process. The manager was honest and told me the Cheff was in training! Still inexcusable!

    Spent £35 online for drive thru order as a treat. Got home to find part of the order missing after being told "it's all there". Chicken pieces were also so small it could have been pigeon!. Chips cold. Gutted I wasted my money. Kids still hungry. Called the restaurant 4 times but no answer.

    Everytime we go there aways something wrong with order. I ordered two 10 piece chicken bucket one had 6 in it and the other had 8 took back to counter and they looked at me like I've eaten the 6 missing pieces 😅 chips just thrown in the bag and small portions. Ordered on app still waited 20 mins in waiting area for food to come out for it to be wrong again. Chicken and gravey was good but always hassle 😪 just make sure you check order and I did this time because aways wrong

KFC I think you need to rethink you're staff as pretty much the whole team clearly doesn't understand English

    Absolutely shocking customer service. 6 members of staff in front only a girl was getting ready the food the rest of them just was chatting and laughing. After 25 min waiting I have asked for the refund. Then I have to wait for someone else who can do the refund. And first she started with What’s going on? Such an arrogant staff. I am never go back again there. Also advising to not visit that place too. There are other two stores where they are much better this place.

    It’s KFC what more can I really say. Well let’s try car park was virtually empty so easy to park short walk to the restaurant staff were friendly service was ok not brilliant as I think they were training staff but people have to be trained we got a few things wrong but I’ve come to expect that from KFC. 🤦‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️just saying. I don’t tend to leave the drive throughs any more without thoroughly checking my order as driving all the way home to find half your meal is missing is a tad annoying but that’s another story. 👀anyway the meals were soon put right. We sat near a window overlooking the garden and struck up a conversation with complete strangers which is a norm I think. Our seats were kinda comfy the table and floors were clean but apart from the other family and a flock of delivery drivers the place was empty. The toilets were spotless and easily accessible. I have to say this from past experience of KFC I’m glad to see they have finally returned to serving walk in customers as well as delivery drivers. Maybe it’s just this location but past experience of KFC with long waits having delivery drivers given priority turned me away from KFC. But that’s just my opinion this place was ok but again it might have been the time of day. We had bucket for one and a trilogy for one, some hot wings, and some other small bits of chicken like popcorn. Chips I wish they would do a larger serving of chips as 1/2 doz with a meal don’t cut it. Well not for me. Anyway that’s it for this one

    Slow service, team members have barely any English speaking skills and Mine and our other party received mixed orders even though both orders were paid separately. Even though we had receipt apparently “we wasn’t missing anything”. I believe some part of management who was brilliant sorted it straight away. Sorry though, won’t be stopping by again.

    Outside tables dirty, I asked if someone could wipe ours over before the food came (they were extremely busy), no one came, however there was no rush as the food took 25 minutes to arrive, I spoke to a member of staff who was emptying the bins and he came over, he carefully just sprayed the area with obvious spillage and cleaned just that spot! Did not completely wipe the entire surface, there were a thousand fingerprints around the edges of those tables! When the food arrived the waiter picked up the stack of cups with three fingers inside the top of the cups!! Clearly a need for hygiene courses all round. I won't be returning because if this is what happens front of house I dread to think about the kitchen.

    This was a sad experience, we went through the drive through and I'm guessing when we were making our order they were meant to say something but they'd ran out of lids for there cups and so they gave up plastic pint cups, this would have been OK if we were eating in but driving with an open drink in the car was a struggle. We had to drink most of the liquid before driving. I had the rice box and the chicken was good but the rice was dry and the salad was poor, its like they left it out for a few hour as it had wilted a bit. I do understand that there is a shortage of things but it would have been nice to be informed when ordering. Hopefully they have everything they need now.

    I just picked my 87 year old mother up from hospital after her having a heart attack. She wanted a KFC as the food she's been having was not the best. I walked in and there was only one person waiting and put my simple order in, chicken and chips twice with a cold drink. I'd been waiting for over 10 minutes so asked how much later I'd have to wait and I was told 6 minutes. My elderly mum would have been waiting for well over 15 minutes which is definitely not good enough especially when I was the only person waiting so I asked for my money back. When this lady came out to sort my money there was no apology and when she had done so she said in a very sarcastic manner (have a nice afternoon) well out of order and I will be putting in a complaint to your head office, never again will I walk into that place again.

    I don't mean to be rude, however this location is more often bad than good. I usually go here on days out with my family, but this will no longer the the case. Twice before this review, there have been missing items from the orders (which we had to tell the employees about). This time, an entire meal was missing from the order, and we couldn't do anything about it due to the order machine(for lack of a better term) not printing the receipt (This has also happened multiple times before. The location also lacks table markers). We essentially paid more or less an extra £8 for nothing.

    Staff did not check the bag of food before handing it over. A whole meal was missing. This seems to be standard practice as this is the second time it's happened and on my second visit. It starting to feel like this is part of the franchisee's business plan to claw back some profits. Also, no napkins. No straws for drinks - no apologies offered. Are we expected to wipe our hands on the car seat?

    Could not cope on a busy Sunday afternoon. Drive through had issues and after queuing my order took 20 minutes to arrive. Staff doing what they could but it's a technical and process issue behind this. Food tasty when it did arrive. Car park full of others waiting for drive through orders too

    Popped just before lunchtime only 2 customers in store no drive throughs waiting !! Got my fillet burger meal got back to my car , opened box and chips were cold ate my miniscule piece of chicken by which time maybe 2 mins tried burger stone cold too , staff were more interested in chatting and slating their manager for the shifts they have next week than the customers in store !! Food replaced ,chips for second time lukewarm at best not a great fillet burger . No need to revisit cmon kfc this was appallingly quality food .

    Never have I had to wait over 30 minutes for extremely average "fast food" before. Large man with a headset on kept coming through, saw the amount of customers and hid round the corner to avoid serving. I have never had such an unpleasant experience ordering food, so much so it made me angry. I'm all up for waiting but 30 minutes is way too excessive. Will be making a complaint about truly dreadful service. Nightmare

    56 minute wait in drive through on a Friday at 19:45. Lots and lots of people going into restaurant and coming out with food much quicker..... But once your stuck in drive thru that's it. Staff where apologetic over speaker and by face. Bu nearly an hour of waiting was too much for me.

    Make sure you have a small car to navigate the drive-through! The height of the kerbs will destroy your alloy wheels!!! Next time we we park up and walk in. But. Food was good. Service was fast. You do get a decent amount of food for the cost.

    Been there, and bought party bucket with some additionals ie gravy, which one completely spilled out into the bag. It is a second time it is happened. I dont going back to replacement, but never again. If you are unable to make a proper package please change your job. I do not say anithing because that could be very vulgar.     Service was pretty slow, nearly 15 minutes for some popcorn chicken! Seating area was awful in terms of cleanliness, ie bits of food/ rubbish all over floor and tables.. Clearly no one cleaning the main area. The redemption though is that the food was excellent
