We
ended
our
lease
early
so
this
review
is
all
in
past
tense.
TLDR
this
apartment
complex
was
not
the
right
fit
for
us.
While
living
here,
a
maintenance
person
entered
our
apartment
without
permission
or
any
prior
notice.
They
were
doing
routine
maintenance
to
all
apartments
but
we
were
never
told
about
this.
We
have
a
security
camera
and
were
notified
while
away
from
home
that
someone
entered
and
I
panicked
thinking
someone
was
breaking
in.
When
I
called
the
office
to
tell
them,
they
weren’t
very
concerned.
To
me,
that’s
a
huge
red
flag.
Our
water
heater
bubbled
very
loudly.
The
sound
is
due
to
large
amounts
of
sediment
inside
being
stirred
up
(gross).
Management
is
aware
and
wasn’t
interested
in
providing
a
solution.
The
water
here
is
some
of
the
worst
I've
ever
seen/tasted
(and
I've
lived
out
in
the
country
with
well
water).
I’ve
lived
in
similar
apartment
complexes
but
have
never
experienced
this
level
of
daily
noise.
There
are
always
dogs
barking
and
kids
screaming.
Not
trying
to
be
a
curmudgeon
about
it
but
it’s
pretty
much
constant,
especially
in
the
evenings.
Useful
info
to
know
before
you
move
in.
Some
people
love
this
and
that's
great!
We
have
never
once
needed
to
use
a
designated
parking
space
but
they
always
charged
us
for
it
every
month.
I
asked
several
times
if
they
would
stop
charging
us
this
extra
monthly
fee
since
we
don’t
use
it
and
they
said
“there’s
nothing
we
can
do.”
Upon
leaving,
they
deducted
$15
from
our
security
deposit
for
a
couple
of
lightbulbs.
I
was
surprised
to
see
this
since
they
weren’t
burnt
out,
we
just
slightly
unscrewed
them
because
the
bathroom
had
far
too
much
light
in
it.
Also,
even
if
they
were
broken
or
burnt
out,
they
would
have
replaced
them
for
free
if
we
had
notified
them
before
moving
out.
As
other
reviews
have
mentioned,
don’t
expect
to
get
much,
if
any,
of
your
deposit
back.
