We ended our lease early so this review is all in past tense. TLDR this apartment complex was not the right fit for us. While living here, a maintenance person entered our apartment without permission or any prior notice. They were doing routine maintenance to all apartments but we were never told about this. We have a security camera and were notified while away from home that someone entered and I panicked thinking someone was breaking in. When I called the office to tell them, they weren’t very concerned. To me, that’s a huge red flag. Our water heater bubbled very loudly. The sound is due to large amounts of sediment inside being stirred up (gross). Management is aware and wasn’t interested in providing a solution. The water here is some of the worst I've ever seen/tasted (and I've lived out in the country with well water). I’ve lived in similar apartment complexes but have never experienced this level of daily noise. There are always dogs barking and kids screaming. Not trying to be a curmudgeon about it but it’s pretty much constant, especially in the evenings. Useful info to know before you move in. Some people love this and that's great! We have never once needed to use a designated parking space but they always charged us for it every month. I asked several times if they would stop charging us this extra monthly fee since we don’t use it and they said “there’s nothing we can do.” Upon leaving, they deducted $15 from our security deposit for a couple of lightbulbs. I was surprised to see this since they weren’t burnt out, we just slightly unscrewed them because the bathroom had far too much light in it. Also, even if they were broken or burnt out, they would have replaced them for free if we had notified them before moving out. As other reviews have mentioned, don’t expect to get much, if any, of your deposit back.

Don't bother, Construction materials used inside are cheap you won't get your security deposit back no matter how well you clean the apartment Even after the office manager says you'll only be charged $75 on your end lease walk through they'll still charge you $300 in their "final accounting" "Risk manager" doesn't know the difference between an ESA and an SA so if you do have an esa don't bother The pool and hot tub will be closed 9 months out of the year. Maintenance guys are nice overworked and underpaid.

Owned by Avenue5, which is not Better Business Bureau accredited as of this comment, with a whopping 1.1 stars and hundreds of complaints on the official BBB site. There is no flexibility, you will get charged for damages caused by the weather, specifically the doors, as the windstorms in the region are famously bad. They will charge you tons for cleaning fees upon move out, ignoring the wear and tear of normal use on the cheap bathroom fixtures. We lived there for 4+ years and prices were always rising at a rate unsustainable to maintain for Anyone who wants long term residency. They will also gouge you if you need to extend for 1 month only. Increasing the cost by about $700. The people there are nice. Too bad the big company that owns it will wring you dry

I really enjoyed my visit with Diane and her extremely welcoming and friendly assistant manager. Both were full of knowledge and very helpful. The unit renovations are beautiful, modern and look amazing!

Very beautiful and quiet community. I took a tour and Diane was very helpful! I didn’t lease because ended up buying a home, but I’ll definitely recommend this community to friends.

My family and I have lived here for about 4 months now and it has been wonderful! When we had to move states and get here on very short notice, it was one of the first places that really worked hard to get us in. Dianne, Sadie, and Jade are all wonderful, helpful, and so sweet. Even when we had a few maintenance issues upon moving in, they made sure to get everything fixed right away. Maintenance was fast and friendly. Our apartment is very roomy, the grounds are kept up nicely, lots of parking, an Amazon delivery hub, pool and spa, 2 kids play areas, and a dog park on the property! There are plenty of stores and fast food very close by as well. We are very happy we chose to live here! Thank you ladies for everything, we look forward to the rest of our time here.

We have lived here for 6 months now and it has been great so far. Neighbors are really friendly and the maintenance staff they have here are all amazing guys with fun personalities. Anytime we have needed something they are on top of it, really quickly, and are just super nice to interact with. The office staff are also really friendly. I rarely go in but when we do we are always greeted with a smile and a hello! It's pretty quiet here, you don't hear much from your neighbors and for apartment life it's been really nice. The complex does really fun things for the residents throughout the year and it just makes it a fun and homey place to be. The units are spacious and kept up pretty well. When we have the grandkids over they love the playground and pool of course. Grounds are kept nice snow is removed pretty quickly on those ugly winter days, the pool area is kept really nice. Haven't used the gym and definitely need to but it looks nice as well. Also having the amazon hub here has been AMAZING! I am an amazon addict so knowing my almost daily packages are safe until I get home is reassuring. It feels like home here!
