Before I moved (to get better VA health care) I had many rough experiences with the staff. One will stick with me because it baffled me how someone could treat another this way. I had an extremely painful ingrown nail that was growing down and hurt to walk and work etc so I messaged for help, days later I get a call. As the nurse says what she's calling about she bursts into laughter, throughout the short phone call she continues to laugh and mock me for the request, and telling other women at the desk how funny it was. I let this medical professional treat me like trash an never stood up for myself. I moved to get better care. The va should be employing people who treat veterans with respect, no matter how "funny" they find an ailment. We are people and it is a shame this and things like it continue to this day. I shouldn't have had to switch states to be treated with dignity. If you're looking for good healthcare and treatment look elsewhere. Utah is one of the worst states for VA treatment

Staff was very friendly and the facility was brand new. I went for a blood draw and was in and out there within 15 mins. Glad to have a clinic closer to where we live.

Easier to get in here for drop in appointment and super friendly staff who have helped point me in the right direction when hours online were different

They are the best. A veteran will receive excellent care from this facility. Sometimes it takes a while to get an appointment, but it beats driving to SLC. I have been going here for over a year and I have zero complaints. Everyone from the reception area, to the nurse practitioners and physicians are fabulous. Caring and attentive. I highly recommend this facility for any local veteran who needs medical treatment.

Had high hopes for this VA clinic, But it seems that they constantly keep failing me. Good luck trying to get anything for mental health done here you’re gonna be waiting months and then after waiting months you’re gonna get pushed back more, I just don’t get it why it’s so hard for VA to have quality care.

Constantly hung up on. Can't get a message to my PCP. No returned calls. Absolutely unacceptable care for veterans.

It's a medical clinic! I was there for new hearing aids. They were free because I am a 100% disabled, service-connected veteran. I wish I didn't need to be there, but I am thankful it was there for me.
