Dentist visits usually cause an anxiety attack for me due to a large amount of tooth trauma as a kid. Dr. Ferguson and his staff had helped me be able to take care of my teeth and mental health. I’ve never been to a kinder office and never once felt judged for the state of my teeth. The hygienist is VERY fast and does a great job, and my implants and bone grafts were done before I knew it. I would recommend anyone to this office.

Having implant surgery is not an easy process. I had been to 2 other periodontists, one was not kind to me at all, the other didn’t have time for me right then. I cannot thank Dr. Furgeson and his staff enough for the tremendous care and compassion I received. It was so much more than I ever expected. Dr. Furgeson did 4 implants for me as well as bone grafting. All costs and full knowledge of procedures were fully explained. No surprises. There is simply no one better.

I can't say enough good things about this dental office, from my 1st visit many years ago to the last visit back last August 2022, for another Implant, the people here in this office from the front desk to the dental assistants and both of the Dr's that I have seen and have worked on my teeth have all been AMAZING!. I am so please with the treatment that I have had done here, they have worked with me every step of the way through my treatment plan, Sara even had to deal with an insurance appeal and cost's. I was given a referal to this office by my dentist to help with a tissue graft for a receding gum. I have been very impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. They helped me fully understand the process and made me feel very comfortable during the the procedure by even giving me a blanket to sit on because I had worn shorts to the procedure and my legs were sticking to the chair. I don't normally leave reviews in-fact this is the first time ever but my experience was so good I feel compelled. This was the best experience i have had placing an implant, painless, seamless it was like nothing, it was so easy, Dr Ferguson was done in like what seemed like 5 minutes, pain free and done right. Do Not ever let your dentist place an implant again, he will tell you he can do it but the difference is night and day from what Dr Ferguson can do and his staff is excellent, the office staff is amazing. It is not possible to have a better experience than what i received.

From the moment I met Dr Scott Ferguson I felt comfortable. Dr Ferguson explained everything in detail. The day of my implant surgery he talked me through my procedure with every move he made. I was relaxed and confident. He is humble and his bedside manners are extraordinary! The procedure went perfect. I am now in my 4th day of recovery and feeling great! His Assistants were professional and very friendly. I am very impressed and will definitely go forward with Dr Ferguson in my future surgeries.

From the very first call on setting up the appointment to the last appointment, I received excellent customer service from the office staff, dental assistants and Dr. Ferguson. They truly care about treating their patients well. Sarah, their Insurance Coordinator is amazing to work with, she will work with you from beginning to end, even when your insurance carrier is being a pain to work with.
