I have been getting bagels there since probably 2007? They are delicious. But recently I guess they have new owners or whatever, and they have all these sandwiches and gyros and cheesesteaks and fries and stuff. It’s all so good. The young guys behind the counter are polite and fast. The women who runs the register is super nice too. Definitely fair priced and good portions. Will keep going and you should too 😊

My co workers and I come here just about every day. The food is great, they have a very large menu to choose from, and it's all reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and all know me by name. Overall great local spot!

I am not one to complain/run to yelp but people must know to never come here. I door-dashed food from Panera for lunch and figured I will get my self a bagel for later. When I unwrapped my bagel and took just 1 bite I noticed what was a hair in my food. It wasn’t just sitting on the bread but rather in the middle of the cream cheese. A little piece was sticking out and I took the top off the bagel and it wasn’t until I pulled it out of the cream cheese did I see a long strand of hair, I have never been so disgusted eating a bagel in my life. Other than that the bagel was excellent the walnut raisin cream cheese was amazing but sadly I will never be coming back. Not only because of the hair found in my food but also the other reviews about how unsanitary the place is.

They are always out of everything bagels first, but seem to not think to make more as a standard daily. If I already made the trip I’ll buy second rate flavor bagels like egg everything or whole wheat everything, but only because I’m already there - not because I made the trip for a substandard flavor. I’ll update my review to five stars when they figure this out because the bagels are good. Or if they reply on if they’ve ever tried to resolve this problem because it’s happened numerous times for me. “We’re out of everything but how many would you have bought?” —- start a spreadsheet and figure out what was bought instead and adjust supply accordingly. However every time I go “late” (9am) it’s disappointing and sometimes I just go elsewhere because they’re always out. Stop confusing bagels bought with bagels wanted. I would not be making this review if there wasn’t always over at least 1-2 dozen each of multiple other flavors beyond everything every time they’re missing everything. 100+ bagels but no everything. It’s not just me. Other people have same problem when I’m there. Just once in my life I’d love to see all the sesame gone and a bucket full of everything left.

Bagel only review: While the bagels are reasonably sized, I felt the cream cheese, I tried the scallion cream cheese, was too drippy and liquidy for my taste. Well, the bagel was tasty and toasted well, the scallion cream cheese pretty much lacked any taste. Also, their jalapeno cream cheese uses pickled jalapenos and not fresh jalapenos. It seems what they're really known for are their sandwiches and unfortunately the immediate selection of vegetarian sandwiches is limited so I may have to concoct something custom with more time at hand. On a side note, I thought the place was a bit unclean in the customer area where the floors seemed like they really needed a good scrub.

I own Tuscana salon across the street from bagel one. We have been ordering food there for the past few days and I have to say everything has been amazing including the service from the owners. I highly recommend bagel one!
