I always drop by this Dunkin … it says it has baskin robbins outside but there is none .. best thing is , it is never crowded :) quick service and nice parking outside . I actually love their iced coffees better than hot coffee. Regular coffee is kinda watery and light . We also like the lemon coolaata and hash browns . Overall a good experience. 👍👍

Never, and I repeat, NEVER, fully gets your order correct. Why we continue to try coming to this DD is beyond me. Went to this location for the who-knows-how-many-times, hoping this time we’d get what we wanted. Got to drive thru and asked if they still had cornbread donuts. The answer was yes. Proceeded to order 2 cornbread donuts… do THESE look like such to you? Never again will I go to this location and I hope others will prevent themselves from making the same mistake.

Horrible customer service!!! the guy was so rude with me, when I was ordering he kept showing impatience and started Yelling at me, when I asked him to talk nicely he said that my car is away and you could not hear me, I said that I can hear him, he said then go away! I can't believe this is a way of talking to customers!

First the green matcha looks like slightly green milk, they don't even fill it up and it taste like water. This place is usually a disappointment from stale donuts, poor service, old coffee but over the past few months it has just gotten to the point that I am done coming here all together.

I used a kiosk to place my order and I waited patiently by the pick up counter for more than 10 minutes, after 3 people (did not use kiosk) who came after me all had their orders fulfilled. Turned out nobody saw my order... so uh, there's that. I spoke with someone and she quickly put my order together... Advice to DD: If you're going to install a kiosk, please make sure someone is monitoring the order.

This dunkin used to be great and all until they started kicking kids out. I’ve been going here for 5 years since it was close by, and I have already graduated. But they still kick me out for dine in. So I’m always stuck outside the dirty tables.

So, I come here on the weekend mornings usually, and I have personally never had an issue with my orders. Usually I'll get something like a large hot coffee with cream, bacon cheddar omelet bites, some assortment of donuts, or a frozen coffee. I'm thinking some of these negative reviews might be from people who come in with orders that include 24 different donuts (that include the person changing 3 of them a million times) and 8 drinks that have 12 step brochures for the ingredients in each one. I used to work for Starbucks, I'm familiar with the deathly specific orders people place, and their tendency to become irritable when the order is incorrect. People need to remember that employees are only trained on the most basic orders and even then, training is lax. One thing, this is definitely a drive-thru oriented Dunkin, I will say that. If you come inside, expect to wait a bit. I've stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes sometimes, but when I'm there I'm never in a rush, so I don't mind. If you're looking for a more convenient time frame, use the drive thru. The last thing that I want to mention based on what I've read here...people said that this location is not kid friendly and I don't really blame them. Inside the dining area, there are posted signs asking people to keep their shoes on and keep their feet off the tables and whatnot. I think we know who does that, bro. I've been in there with large groups of kids and I feel sorry for anyone else in there at that time. They leave trash and crumbs everywhere and they're very loud and obnoxious, also leaving bicycles crowded on the ground in the outside dining area. I remember that from Starbucks too. Kids = more work and annoyance. The problem is the fact that they trash everything and loiter.

I very rarely have an issue with this location. Sometimes I'll place an order on the app to pick up inside and I end up waiting a long time if I have anything other than a drink with my order. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Always has fresh donuts. Clean interior. Good customer service.

Teenagers working who are rarely polite. Whenever I place an order on the app in advance to pick it up, it’s never ready. Always have a long wait whether I’m the only car in the drive-thru or there are 5 without any apology for the wait. Nevertheless I always say thank you. Never do I get a, “You’re welcome. “

The staff is what makes it a great place to go to. They're personable friendly and remember frequent fliers.

The staff was very friendly and offered us the free donut deal. It was a bit complicated because you had to use the app in order to do so, but we opted out instead. They were very kind and patient when they reminded me how to use the app because I forgot.
