We stayed here over Thanksgiving. The location is great! The staff is really awesome, shout out to Robert at the front desk and the very very nice woman that was working the bar in the early afternoon, i'm sorry I forgot your name! They were both very helpful and friendly! Try the house old fashioned, pretty good! Only thing I would change is have beer in the room, but then again if you did I wouldn't have met such a great staff. Thanks hotel Dena!

The parking situation was a little confusing. The front desk was helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Would have love to have a couple of complimentary waters in the room for coffee. Overall a good stay. The bar located in the hotel was eclectic in design and the food was good. It's convenient that guests can charge the meals to their room.

Lovely hotel! We stayed here for the first time recently and will be back very soon. The room was spotless, and the service was top-tier. If you are in the Pasadena area, I cannot recommend the restaurant enough - food was to die for and the staff were very friendly and attentive! The pool was a huge highlight, it had such a lovely ambience over the weekend. 10/10 on the overall experience, we will be back!

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed one night as a family of four in one room. Beds were doubles, big enough for two adults but only just. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. The bar and pool area are very nice and the staff were exceptional. Our two boys and I sat by the pool while mummy caught an hours sleep before our flight. The bar wasn’t open yet but the staff served us anyway….and it was complimentary!!! Truly first class service.

Amazing Tribute Hotel! Love the Arts, Music, and Decor! Had a late check-in Friday night and Frank (receptionist) accommodated us well. Being a Plat Elite he upgraded us to their best room on the floor. The following day, decided to extend another night, Cynthia (receptionist) with an amazing smile gave us another beautiful room. Thank you Hotel Dena management and staff for taking care of your Elite members.

Great stay! Stairs in room were weird but fine. Cynthia helped me check out. Great service overall. I was even able to get a package shipped there in advance for me. Cool hotel

Stayed here over the weekend with my boyfriend for the first time as he surprised me with a weekend staycation. The service was amazing! The staff was so welcoming and definitely made it a special weekend. I appreciate the small details and the staff going above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back! Rooms are clean and spacious.

It is a very good hotel, which is adapted to every need, my family enjoyed every detail and kindness of all the staff, there is no doubt that they have as a leader a person with a lot of ability to achieve positive things and especially for people's stay. I can say that they take into account every detail, because their rooms are always warm and above all clean, their beds SUPER COMFORTABLE! And in my opinion, the pool area is very very relaxing, very good atmosphere and the delicious drinks. EVERYTHING GREAT!

Great hotel in the heart of Pasadena. It is a tribute hotel that has a nice musical theme. Rooms are very nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. The service of the staff was great. Loved their food at breakfast. They do have parking here and it is $15 per day in Nov 2023 to park here.

Had the most amazing experience at Hotel Dena! The staff were AMAZING! The restaurant had some of the best food I’ve found in LA, as well as a great staff who looked after us every step of the way. Only a 1 minute walk to Old Town Pasadena! Taylor, our server, was so kind and attentive! Great experience overall!

Wow! As a disabled Marine veteran, I’ve found that a hotel’s hospitality and staff impact my disability positively or negatively. With the pain and discomfort I endure daily my pain can double when the staff or agents are having a bad day and show it. Their attitude can literally make my disabilities unbearable and almost immediately. Not so at the Dena Hotel!! Ethan (selfie attached) makes my late check-in a breeze and as he accommodated our needs from our bags, room to parking! The manager on site and during 1/4/2024 was too gracious in her management decisions. Ethan made our 3 day stay better than I could ever have anticipated. My hat comes off for Nathan. Yes, we will return. It was easily worth the money!!

My family and I have stayed at several hotels during the holidays but Hotel Dena is absolutely wonderful. We've stayed here for 2 nights. And both nights we were here for, were wonderful. Great service. Starting at the check in, the first night we stayed here, we got checked in by ETHAN. He was very enthusiastic, had a smile on his face and was very friendly. Since it was the holidays, he offered us some champagne on the house. We all felt like we were important. The second night we stayed here, on our way back was also great. In the morning before we left we had a delicious breakfast at the lyric. Our waitress, ROSIE, did a superb job. She's so cute and so sweet. We need more people like her. She had great energy, a beautiful smile and was extremely friendly. I think I made a new friend! I would 100% recommend this hotel. And I'm hard on customer service. This hotel met my expectations. We left satisfied and happy. Oh and the beds feel like you're on a cloud.
