Beautiful, peaceful park. An American Native archeology area that has been kept pristine and gorgeous. Sit, relax; enjoy a sunset this is the perfect place.

One of the most beautiful paths you can walk down. Nice boardwalk too. The trees branches are epic how they twist around. View of the water at the deepest part of the pool. Not a beach so much, but I still enjoyed swimming. Packs a lot of neat sights in a small area.

Love the fact this is tucked away off park street. It's a beautiful park where you can picnic, bring the dogs ( they can splash in the water at the end of the trail ), and forget about the hustle and bustle of life.

Beautiful beach. Be sure to bring your license tag number with you when you go to pay for parking. You have to enter it before you can pay.

I ambgrateful they have information about this parks history, it's too bad how much cultural history we have destroyed. The park has evolved nicely over the years and is very welcoming.

The most beautiful and peaceful park in my area, the paths cut through the park with walking bridges are awesome, our pet loves 🐾 it there too, walked to the end and brings you to the beautiful water and amazing place to watch the sunsets.

Beautiful little park with lots of history. There is a Native American burial mound on the property. Beautiful boardwalks, nature trails and a bench right on the water. It is dog friendly, but I'm not sure if there's a restroom. I didn't see one. Educational too! Love this place!

This park is gorgeous. A hidden gem. The trees are so beautiful and there’s wildlife everywhere. The beach was such a nice surprise! We were there just before sunset and it was amazing to watch next to the water. There were squirrels and birds throughout the park playing and singing to each other. Loved it and hoping to visit again someday!!

A little oasis tucked away from the bustle of the Tyrone area providing the perfect spot to catch the sunset over the water. It's a small park with million dollar views

This is a peaceful, beautiful park with gorgeous trees on Boca Ciega bay. It has paved walkway along with boardwalks. There were many unleashed friendly dogs, great for letting children explore and relaxing. The energy was outstanding, it’s on the Indian burial mounds which you’ll also see the numerous bright white shells on the grounds. Definitely worth going back.

This park is gorgeous. Has a wonderful walking trail and a new little boardwalk through the trees they recently added. Plus it leads right down to the intercoastal waterway. You can sit and enjoy the water without all the sand!

Great place to take the dog. Lots of trash cans for pet waste. Nature trails with lots of squirrels and water for the pup to jump in to cool off. Bring water and no restroom for humans.

Great park for a short walk but not much for running more than a mile. However you a can access the Pinelles trail and run or bike as long as you would like.

Great little park! It doesn't look like it will be much of anything on the map, and even driving by. I definitely recommend stopping if you're in the area and want a nice walk. There were a few birds and squirrels, and a nice bee hive in an old bird house. Great park!

Beautiful park with plenty of shade. Easy place to land kayaks and have a great lunch. Got to watch a beautiful and quick wedding as well as throw lunch trash out in designated cans. Sounds simple, but coming in from the water makes this a nice benefit.

The plant life at this park is very diverse and has extraordinary trees. There’s large green spaces and several benches. A walking path leads you right to the water and we enjoyed watching a beautiful sunset.

I’m in love with this park! Married my husband here! We wanted a place that looked like Savannah and the mossy oaks here did just that, and being right by the water was a bonus. We got married right under the oaks beside the water. One of the best days of my life. The natural beauty and history of this park are awesome.

Hidden gem (easy to drive past without realizing how big it is!). Lots of space, tons of shade, and so many dogs! The only negative I have for this park is the lack of restrooms.

Beautiful park in St. Petersburg with a nature trail, small beach that overlooks the water, and lots of open space to run or bring a pet. There is a boardwalk, paved, and shell walk and it is the site of several historic events. Highly recommend.

I suggest bringing a mask just in case. Lots of folks not keeping distance and not wearing masks when they walk right next to you. Beautiful park. Shell path on some, some of it is asphalt, some of it is new cedar planks and the rest is dirt! We did a half mile walk or so and went off the beaten path to avoid people. Nice park! Great parking! Lovely location!

  • 5/5 Paul J E. 3 years ago on Google

My youngest child is 22. I have three children. We used to take them there all the time when they are kids. It's been a long time since I visited this park. The boardwalk allows so many more people to enjoy the beautiful nature of Florida!

  • 5/5 Heather D. 3 years ago on Google
A hidden gem! Great park to walk in. Goes all the way to the water, a couple small fishing spots. Bring your dog too. Tons of squirrels!!! No bathroom at this park is the only downside. Great morning walk or picnic spot.

  • 4/5 Ethan F. 3 years ago on Google

Beautiful and quaint park that leads to the beach. Stunning canopy trees and tiny streams spread out throughout the park. There’s also a nice bridge that leads through the park that’s perfect for a little stroll.

  • 5/5 Jessica B. 3 years ago on Google

  • 4/5 Linda k. 3 years ago on Google
That added new boardwalks and historic signs.

  • 4/5 Deana M. 3 years ago on Google
It's not a large park. There are seats along the walkway, but none in the fields. There is a boardwalk that meanders off the side of the trail. Tree branches arc over the path with one tree with a low branch you have to skirt around, but is great for climbing. There are painted rocks hidden along the path to the water, in trees, and in the grass. I was there for about an hour, hour and a half and in that time 4 families posed for pictures with professional photographers. The water is on the west side, facing sunset. Overall it's a nice spot to hang for a few minutes, take a walk to the water on a paved path, but there is no bathroom and no playground equipment.
