It's rustic it's got a lot of dirt outside it's kind of like a country western feel if you like country western cannons in a lot of dirt and dust country western... and cannons in a lot of dirt and dust... this is your place. They do have a lot of good parking behind the facility which is really really helpful they have an area where you can serve drinks or have a candy bar or cakes set up and then they have the main room it's it's a pretty good facility overall it just is rustic I guess rustic would be a great way of putting it. It is great if you want to country western feel to your event... or Civil War reenactment or something older if you want an older feel to your event not a modern feel you would come here

Present review based off of their lack of rules for people renting the building for parties that happen until 11pm or later. The DJs can be super loud and is a huge noise disturbance to nearby neighbors who want to get a good nights rest. Wishing they warned renters to keep the noise manageable comes 10pm. Never to late to implement this curtesy!! please consider!

This is a fantastic venue with lots of natural light and plenty of seating. We have annual events here and the lobby is large enough to set up for food and there is an attached kitchen. Are plenty of tables and chairs to use, and even a piano.

It is a fun place to visit in South Pasadena. Truly a hidden yet not so hidden gem. Check out the community events they have every month and make sure to take pictures as it is very welcoming.

I catered a wedding there..the Grounds and Hall wete Impresive, The staff was very helpful as well. I recommend this facility to All that want a special day/ night Easy access as well.

I honestly don't know why I forgot to review this place back in 2019 when we had our event but the city personnel for parks and rec made this place easy to book. With some draping ans lighting this place is a gem. It was hard to plan since we have midnight to have everything cleaned up for our wedding but we had a great time to help.

What a GEM to have a memorable event!! A great site for a wedding reception!

The building is really interesting and they have made improvements to the entrance, but...they have soldiers’ markers in the grounds outside, memorializing Vietnam Vets, forgotten by those operating this facility. Trees were planted next to those men in their honor and the trees are long dead. I walk by and its just not right. Honor the men for their service, by removing, replanting, and properly maintaining the trees planted for that purpose....please, its so sad.

Old historic property in South Pasadena. Also home to the secret under bridge hideout for float building. If you're here, be ever watchful for thieves trying to bust into cars and the float building and tool cribs.

Made even more pleasurable by its use as a dance studio for private and group lessons for any form of dancing wedding or social. Outstanding
