As might be expected in South Pasadena, this Starbucks is expert managed. Nonetheless, the team members are genuinely friendly and helpful. And don’t miss a chance to sit on the awesome patio and watch the world go by. Great spot for conversation and people watching.

Location was clean, bright and cheerful. People were attentive and efficient. Delight place with good coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

Frozen lemonade with dragonfruit was not too sweet and very refreshing.

Paid $8.05 for a grande latte and honestly that’s the most money I’ve ever paid for a Starbucks coffee. They upcharge their prices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't have a white name? Then expect your drink to lay on the service counter for long until you decide to check every drink for yours. Employees will scream at you while questioning you what you are doing standing in the waiting area . Just go to the coffee & bean shop across the street , much better service and food quality. Below Average drink quality.

The manager of this Starbucks store, Monique, is the worst manager Starbucks has. She sabotages her employees and chooses who she wants and who she doesn’t in her store. She really needs to get fired. The other manager, Jennifer, does nothing about it either. Avoid this Starbucks at all cost. If I can give this location 0 stars, I would. The only thing this location has going for it is how nice this new building is. South Pasadena needs better.

Couldn’t get my order right, and messed up the items at the end. I ordered large coffee and got small one with the amount of honey that I was going to put in a large one. Eggs didn’t include utensils. Eat with hands I guess 😄

The mexicana supervisor was uncourteous and not willing to help.

Everything is New and looks nice. Friendly Staff and very helpful.

Somehow 4 staff in 2 visits can't figure out a quick coffee order without extensive questions, long discussion, and endless narcissistic supply. Hellishisly immature staff that don't understand they should quickly serve customers. No TP, dirty broken toilet seat. Try Kaldi, a mom & pop shop without the insanity and parenting problems.

Starbucks is my go to breakfast place. I usually grab a banana and the almond butter if I can. I prefer coffee since my doctor is trying to get me to drink coffee and tea. I also enjoy the hot tea with lemonade steamed inside for a twist on an Arnold Palmer

Mobile orders are very fast. My coffee is always ready before the time the app says it will be. My orders are always prepared correctly.

Super clean and spacious with beautiful natural light. I placed my order in the app for pick up. My order was ready and there was ample lot parking for quick and easy pickup.

After work I went to this place couple of times to relax and to have a cup of coffee in the afternoon, and as soon as customer sits down some emature employee with zero manners approaches and starts pulling chairs and moving tables, or rubbing some dirty smelly rag, in one instance spilling my coffee. This place does not meet customer expectations for quality service.

Male red haired leader/manager does not need to be in the service industry. His level of service is subjective. Find a leader/manager who can be a consistent influence for this location.

I haven't ordered a drink here yet, but I love how spacious it is and the comfortable stools. There is an abundance of seats. The bathrooms are clean and have Dyson airblowers to dry your hands.
