    Before joining PPS I was never been a gym person and had never attempted any type of strength training before. Joining was my attempt to the loose the weight I gained after switching to an office based role a few years earlier. 8 months later and I barely recognise the person that I have become. I have made massive improvements in my strength lifting numbers I never thought would possible for me, so much so that it has actually given me the confidence to compete in Powerlifting competitions. I've also taken huge steps in improving my body composition now fitting clothes I haven't for at least 8 or 9 years far exceeding my original goals. PPS has helped me to develop healthy and sustainable habits which allow me to maintain and improve on the progress I have already made, all in an environment that is genuine, supportive and generally a great place to be with many new friendships formed along the way. A huge shoutout to my coach George who has been instrumental in my journey so far he is always going above and beyond, pushing and supporting me to be the strongest, healthiest and best version of myself. PPS is a great choice for anyone not matter if your someone looking to get a bit more active all the way through to serious lifters, the coaches offer great support and will tailor to your individual needs and goals.

    I joined up at Pps in September 2021 for a 12 week challenge. I came into this challenge after having surgery on my shoulder 2 months before , I was willing to put in the effort and hard work to achieve my goals. Having Pps support me through this challenge was amazing both mentally and physically, through a sit down meal plan that suits your body type and 24 hours access to a trainer that is assigned to you. During this 12 week challenge I have stepped up my game getting stronger each week. After completing the challenge I have lost overall 12kg weight while maintaining muscle. I appreciate all the help from the trainers and recommend this gym as one of the best in Perth. A close group of people who are there to achieve massive goals and help each other through there journey.

    I joined about 6 weeks ago and it has been the best gym I’ve ever been to in terms of how professional the guys are making me feel comfortable and always encouraging me and helping me to improve ! I feel so comfortable been there and everyone is friendly ! Keagan,Sam Johnny and the rest are amazing! I have improved and done so well in a few weeks transforming my skinny fat body and looking better and now I’m super motivated and I don’t wanna stop! Thank you so much guys!! Claude

    PPS are by far the best and most unique gym in Perth. The focused training style and small training groups makes training enjoyable and rewarding, plus the additional support and education you receive makes this gym amazing.... But it’s the community they’ve built and continue to grow and nurture that really makes PPS special. When you are with PPS you are part of a family, who only want the very best for you. Thanks to Johnny and all the team, I am stronger than I have ever been.

    The best gym I’ve ever trained at. A well structured training programme delivered by super competent coaches, with no shortage of weights and quality equipment. The gym has the best atmosphere, no egos just good people. I strongly recommend joining!

    Not a standard gym. PPS is a community based training centre with great coaches (Shout out to Alex) and systems to ensure progress and results with a weights based program. Prior to joining PPS I had tried gyms in the past but struggled with motivation, commitment and tracking progress. PPS’s systems/accountability alleviate these issues with great direct support by the trainers. No mirrors, no egos, no waiting for machines. Far easier to be successful.

    I was nervous at first starting at a new gym, and the weight lifting component having no experience in this area. The coaches and members made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I never thought I would see the day of becoming a ‘gym person’ and looking forward to my sessions every week and seeing all the friendly faces and being part of such a supportive community. The fortnightly body composition scans, personalised nutrition plans, weekly Saturday bootcamps, monthly check ins and regular education and practical workshops add value to the semi-private coaching in small groups each week and makes PPS the best gym I have ever joined (and there have been many over the years haha). Whatever you do, do not hesitate to reach out to Johnny and the team for more info – I cannot recommend PPS enough. #PPS Proud

    What is more important - the journey or the destination? I’d say - the company. Johnny and the coaches at PPS SP have been the best company on my journey. Each decision you make on your journey takes you closer or further from where you want to go. Deciding to join PPS has brought me closer to my goal and I’m enjoying my journey every step of the way. Coming back to training after pregnancy and having children has been challenging and I have been dealing with limitations and injuries, which in the past would’ve stopped me form training completely. However, here at PPS with the help of the coaches, I’ve been able to modify my training sessions to suit my ability and limitations. I’ve been able to continue to exercise and to progress and I feel great for it! I look forward to my training sessions - they are challenging, rewarding and fun! I feel like I belong and I’m proud to be a part of such an amazing community of like minded people! I have tried a few different gyms around Perth and PPS stands out by far! The coaches are professional and knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and they keep me accountable. The community is supportive and everyone is friendly and welcoming. The events and workshops organised throughout the year are an added bonus! It’s a great vibe! If you are serious about making a change towards a healthier, stronger “you” definitely consider PPS. You won’t regret it!

    By far the best gym around! I have tried most of the commercial gyms with limited or no results and was pleasantly surprised how quickly this highly personalised training has become part of my routine and life changing weight loss followed naturally. Thank you, Johnny and crew!

    I started the PT because of constant back pain that started to gnaw even at night. MRI- nothing too bad. Physio- helped but only lasted a day or so. On my first introduction day, I had Inbody scan and my trainer, Tyler, informed me that my muscle mass was quite low. We started with dumbells and then barbells and then barbells with weights!! I also was given a run over of the diet and how to plan carb/protein/fats. About a month and a bit into the exercise and I noticed my back pain was gone. I then noticed I was getting a lot more fitter, energetic and more toned. 1.6kg+ muscle mass and 6% less body fat!!! I would have loved to just continue with the training but since I am relocating to Brisbane, I would like to thank Tyler and the PPS team in South Perth! Recommend esp for those who wish to focus muscle gain and correct posture with weights :)

    I love not having to think about what exercises I have to do. I just rock up and know I'm working towards my goals. It's also great exercising in a group since it gives a good motivation boost and makes you feel part of a team. PPS has a good system for actually getting results.

    I have joined PPS in November last year. I had not much gym experience but I started by learning how to lift. Then in July this year, I decided to take things seriously and Alex wrote a new meal plan for me and pushed me to follow it. I started losing weight every week and am very happy with how I am progressing. Alex is passionate and will help me pushing myself and achieve my goals. Looking forward to continuing progressing

    Johnny, Cam and Tyler at PPS South Perth provide a quality professional service, going above and beyond my expectations. They are committed to ensuring you meet your goals, maintain your nutrition, sleep and recovery requirements. I’d never lifted weights before PPS, was unfit and hated exercising. I am so much stronger, am more confident, my posture is starting to improve and I got honest with myself and my coaches about my current health struggles. Would recommend to anyone wanting to find a gym where you’re a name not a number, needing to work on their form, and who would benefit from ongoing coaching with a structured workout and nutrition plan.     A great community gym that really personalises their advice and training which has helped motivate and assist me with my strength training. I have seen really significant progress in my training since starting at PPS and couldn't recommend this gym more! Everyone that attends is friendly and welcoming as well as all staff ! They help you train during non class times too, provide additional workshops so you can expand your knowledge and are always up for good banter!

    PPS is a strength focused gym for people of all walks of life. I joined up while a member of "24/7" type of gym when i realized i wanted to lift heavy and didn't want to get hurt by doing it wrong. The team here is amazing in creating homely, supportive and very welcoming environment. Johnny knows every member by name. There's accountability, support and encouragement no matter what your goals and circumstances. Small groups ensure everyone is engaged and progressive planning gives everyone a chance to find a new stronger self. This creates a great sense of community. You will make friends! Nutritional planning, education & accountability is through trainerize app as are additional workouts. I felt supported even through the lockdowns as the coaches were quick to provide home workouts and mindset challenges to keep me focused. PPS is a great place to be. #PPS_proud

    I joined PPS after being in and out of gyms sporadically over a span of 10 years. Throughout that time, I never enjoyed going to the gym and had to force myself to go as it always felt like a chore. As clichè as it sounds, I can sincerely say that joining PPS has completely changed my life for the better. What makes PPS stand head and shoulders above other gyms is their wholistic, multi faceted approach to fitness. They not only provide you with a tailored fitness programs, they advise and guide you with a nutritional plan to help maximise your results. What I found most useful and unique though is PPS’s guidance on approaching my fitness journey with a healthy mental outlook which has taken my results to the next level, not just physically but from a mental health perspective too. Johnny and his team have cultivated a culture at their gym which far surpasses any others that I have experienced. Gyms will always half heartedly sell you the “we’re a community” vibe, but you mostly see it for what it is, a sales pitch. Once you’re at PPS you’ll truly see how inclusive the gym feels, Johnny and team have been extremely diligent with establishing a truly organic, positive and inclusive community, once you’re a part of this community going to the gym will not feel like a chore anymore, you’ll find that going to the gym is the part of the day you’re looking forward to. There are few certainties in life, I just know that being a lifetime member at PPS is one of them.

    The best decision for the year 2020 was to kick start my transformation at PPS !! PPS develops short and long-term structured programs along with meal/nutrition plans tailored for each individual to work towards achieving realistic and meaningful goals. The vibe PPS- South Perth is one of a kind - friendly, non-judgmental, and a nurturing environment while instilling better lifestyle choices. Personally, these better lifestyle choices have fast-tracked my overall performance in and out of the gym! PPS training crew are professional, thorough, and well- versed with training small groups with instant feedback for each individual during the sessions. They are also kind and considerate during the group sessions and open to discussing any personal queries after the sessions.     I’ve been a member of PPS South Perth for a bit over a year now. I have pretty terrible anxiety so it was always difficult for me to feel comfortable at the gym, so I’m so happy I found PPS! All the trainers are super friendly and truly want to see you succeed. I’ve made some good mates and I look forward to my sessions every week!

    Easily the best private gym in Perth! All coaches are professionals, they know how to work around your strength and weakness and help you push yourself to better, stronger everyday through a personalised approach. It is a very encouraging environment for everyone to work out and get strong in a safe place. All the members always support each other like a big family! I can go on for an hour about how great an experience for me in PPS SP! A gym like none other!
