All staff from the front all the way to the provider and nurse were amazing. The intake person saw my discomfort and immediately got me ice and into a room quickly. The nurse was very kind and compassionate. She interacted well with my kids/husband who were very nervous, which put them more at ease. The provider was knowledgeable and took his time ensuring that the crutches fit me appropriately and even showed me my xray of my broken foot. We were visiting from out of state and the prompt attention and care I received put us all at ease immediately. A big thank you to this amazing staff!

Andrew went out of his way to help me with a specific situation. Going above and beyond would be a gross injustice in describing the level of professionalism and care for me as a patient. I will be a loyal customer of AFC for any needs moving forward. I should also add that I was very impressed with the speed in getting me seen.

My daughter told me her experiences at the location have been stellar, and I had the same reaction. The staff was efficient, warm, thorough, and professional from my arrival to my departure. I appreciate that they knew the holiday hours of the local pharmacy and gave me very clear follow up instructions. So happy AFC Urgent Care is in my neighborhood!

We are on vacation and my wife had to be seen Friday night then I brought my daughter on Saturday. 2 different aliments and both experiences could not have been friendlier, swift, and happy with the results. We drove by 2 different urgent cares to go to this location. Thank you to everyone for making it so easy to get care while away from home.

What can I say...this facility is totally professional . They are polite and courteous. The wait time wasn't too bad . No matter where you go , there is a wait time . I was treated with dignity , which doesn't always happen in life . I am a heavily tattooed individual and it has put off some people in life .

Andrew Susen, PA treated my husband and me. We are visiting Portland and became ill. I’m a RN, this clinic is top notch! All the staff was professional. We we’re taken care of in less than 45 minutes. Also CVS near the clinic filled Rx 5 minutes after our arrival.
