Amazing staff, with amazing setting, plus it's heated 💪 great training facilities up the stair, puts the TCA Glasgow to utter shame!! Excellent variation of comp and tech style problems, from beginner to advanced 100% recommend 💪💪💪

Brilliant find! I had a couple of hours to kill before food with the fam and googled nearby walls. So glad I came, sign up took 5 minutes and i was away. Great route setting, tons of good problems of varied styles and grades and decent little cafe with an open front for a mid session cuppa. Neil was brilliant, explained the grading system and comp wall, and checked in with me for a chat during my session. I'm Manchester based but I'd travel to come again.

JUST AWESOME!!! Great service, atmosphere and bouldering problems. MUSIC is great also (sometimes 🤪). All the staff are friendly and helpful. They also climb competitively which adds a dynamic. The place is also owned by climbers, run by climbers for climbers! (And those who want to get into climbing). A group of us come here weekly and all my friends new to climbing love this place. Great for first timers, advanced, FAMILY, and in-between. Their bouldering comps are cool as well. You get score cards and track progress. They are always updating and you get a sense of care in the place. Currently they have a new app to track climbing system 'Griptonite' which is cool. Vegan brownies are a must 🤪.

Went to the adult induction session. Thea was incredible helpful and took us though the basics before taking us over to some routes. The progression was spot on, starting with a few easy climbs then onto some challenging climbs. Nice and relaxed atmosphere and everyone was incredibly helpful. Looking forward to going back.

Nice climbing gym close to home! Not the biggest, but not the smallest, only been once, but from the climbs that were set at the time; seems like a good place to get stronggg. The grades are hard (which is gooood)! Less new style and more old style maybe? (smaller, less featury holds, more hard lock offs and reaches), probably due to the size of the centre really, and the sheer cost of new bigger holds! They do have a comp wall, & some were real hard!! Seems like a really good place for younger climbers/kids as was definitely a lot there when I went down. Prices pretty much in line with everywhere else! When people complain about prices it's like c'mon... what's a few quid each time you go to hopefully improve the gym/keep it running, in comparison to a pint of beer which people have no qualms about buying - (I bought the 12 for 10 pass as it's cheaper, works out at £7.9 per time, and rotate between 5/6 different gyms in the North West area)

Great staff, good setup and amazing cake and coffee. We were a mixed group from a 1st time climber, to a regular, and everything in between. All had a blast and will be making it a regular thing.

Staff friendly, lots of routes that change regularly. Plenty of refreshments at very reasonable prices. Kids walls were closed on our visit due to refurbishment work.

Great place for a child’s party. The staff were great with the children, encouraging them and supporting them as they did the various climbs available. The centre itself is excellent with a large range of climbs for all abilities.

We visited over the weekend and really enjoyed our time here, there's loads of routes for beginners like myself, the staff were great and I thought the prices were pretty reasonable. I had to hire shoes which they provide as an extra. They also offer refreshments and a little clothes and shoe store.

What a brilliant place to have on your doorstep! Always wanted to try bouldering so got myself in for an induction. It was very well executed and it has really given me the bug to start going regularly. Thank you to all the friendly staff!

We just went to bolder and had a great time. It is clean and well laid out. The routes are colour coded by level which makes it much easier to find something suitable for you.

Really good gym and decent price too, friendly staff and some good classes. Unsure on some of the grading though, feels V3 upwards are quite harshly rated

A great venue for myself to get back into a bit of climbing and show my daughter the ropes.. err without ropes as it were.. good variety of routes and grades. Walls high enough to get the heart racing. Welcoming staff and good fun watching the better climbers on the really technical stuff..

Brilliant new bouldering venue that puts Lancashire firmly on the map. Great, friendly atmosphere. Definite high level of climbing ability on show but routes are spread evenly across all difficulties. Ancient route setting masters reseting the routes frequently. Drinks and snacks available but no larger meals yet unfortunately. It can get a little busy around 8 on weekdays (please be considerate to the other businesses when parking here).

Really cool place to climb- good atmosphere and friendly staff. The only thing that could make this place better is an easier signing in process- a keyring with a qr code could be a better option. Overall, great variety of climbs 😊

Great bouldering centre with climbs between V0 starter routes and V8+ challenges. They change all the walls every couple of weeks so it never gets old. Great staff, good atmosphere, fantastic culture of keeping trying when it's hard and helping each other improve and learn. Snacks and gear available for purchase.

Busy early evening, but everyone took their turns and were friendly enough. Walls/climbs were marked well were challenging through from V1 to V7. Will be going again but maybe after 8 and hope it's a bit quieter.

My first visit to Boulder UK and my first experience of climbing coaching, both were stellar. The wall has a warm and friendly atmosphere, can provide a proper brew and Gill's coaching was informed, applicable and genuinely helpful. A proper diamond.

Very nice bolder gym. Great choice of problems, kind staff. Only thing I would maybe add are lockers, but was also without good and found all my things after the session.

If you are going to go regularly, I definitely recommend paying for a membership. Great place and the walls and holds change frequently. Plus they do competition etc and have a little gym area upstairs.

Such a friendly place with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great for both beginners and advanced climbers. I'm a complete novice but I can get up most of the easier climbs. It's a great workout!
