This place deserves less then a full star. I come here every morning and spend more then 15 dollars. They always mess up my orders. I order a simple iced coffee and they can’t even get it right. I order a bag and I cant even bit it because of how stale and burnt it is. In fact I’m simply ordering two items and it takes them 30 minutes. and in fact the Indian man is horrible. He messed up 2 of my coffees. I’m fed up with this place. Horrible customer service, I’m never satisfied when i come here.

I have amazing experiences everytime I go there. The workers are respectful and keep a very clean and comfortable environment. I would like to acknowledge a worker named Oles who truly had patience with me and my family who do not all speak full English. He is a truly exceptional worker there. Ill be returning very soon!

In the Heart of Main Street, this Dunkin is large and ample amounts of parking. Rami remade my drink without hesitation after the original was a little too sweet.

I think I'm officially done with this specific store location. Not only did they up their prices after new management took over but the service and quality of their products 👎🏼. I order a butter bagel they put the packets on the side and this is after confirming I want the butter on it. I get a hot chi latte or coffee and they come out like warm. I ask for light ice and I get a cup full of ice, today I ordered a iced cappuccino and got a frozen cappuccino...... If I'm ordering off the app from the parking lot so I can grab and go there's no reason for me to have to double back everytime smh.

Bought small coffee, and one small round donut. Charged me almost 5 dollars. Overcharged me, will never go back.

Every time I have the order delivered they never include the donuts. Five times in a row. All a week or more apart. Sealed bags, so absolutely not the delivery driver taking my food. Maybe you should pay your employees a high enough wage to give a damn, Dunkin.

The workers always make my drinks EXACTLY how I like them. Never had an issue here for anything. Very helpful people and you will always be taken care of. I've dropped my drink a few times on my way home and everytime they replaced it with no hassle and no charge. Nice workers and management. Always happy here

The worst Dunkin donuts on the planet I ordered 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches I had to wait exactly 30 minutes they employe undocumented individuals and they don't know what they're doing..

Always good food. Ample seating and cool people (that is if you like people n I do!!)
