Let me start off by saying I am a nursing student (second degree) in my senior level, so I have been trained on patient care and therapeutic communication. My family and I have all been patients at this CCF for years. We see Dr. Turoczi, sadly I will be changing doctors as one of his nurses, Tracey, does not know how to speak to patients. She was out of line, rude toned, and clearly suffering from nursing fatigue. Take a vacation before your physician loses more clients.

Be wary of utilizing this location for wellness visits. I went for a wellness visit. I mentioned a lump on my head when the doctor asked me if I had any concerns. The doctor asked me a few more questions about it and wrote it down (no diagnosis or treatment - just a several minute discussion). I was billed an additional $310 for the discussion of the lump that my insurance did not cover because it was billed outside the scope of a wellness visit. The bill was coded as a separate 30-40 minute visit which billing confirmed to me was only covering the ~3 minute discussion of the lump. I would argue that discussion of symptoms is not outside the scope of preventative care, but if it is then the doctor should not have asked or should have warned me that answering the question would lead to a large bill. On top of that, it is incorrect (not ethical?) to bill 30-40 minutes of time for a couple minute discussion. I contacted the clinics billing department and gave them a chance to make this right - they did not.

Three months ago, I made an appointment for 8:00 a.m. for lab work at the Chagrin Falls Family Health Center. I arrived promptly at 7:45 a.m. when the doors opened. Several people arrived after me. As they checked in, only one other person stated she had an 8:00 a.m. appointment for labs. Since I had arrived a full 25 minutes before her, I had assumed I would be taken back first. This wasn’t the case. Four other people got their labs done first even though 2 were walk-ins and had not made an appointment. Why would anyone make an appointment going forward if the appointment times are not respected or monitored? This is ludicrous. By the way, I’m a CC employee so I have a firm grasp on the scheduling and check-in policies.

I had to fill out forms online just to make an appointment. Then after making my appointment I spent hours and hours and hours and hours filling out all these required forms online. I also had to call up to that clinic several times to straighten out messes that they made… I waited 3 months for an appointment and then at the last minute this doctor canceled my appointment with no explanation. I was told I could reschedule in 3 months. I was also told I could reschedule with another doctor in a week but this guy is an intern and I read several bad reviews about him online. I would never go there. I had a horrible experience.

Arrived at my appointment for physical therapy to find the downstairs entrance locked. Was told it is due to Covid restrictions Got back in my car and drove around to the front many people mingling in lobby. Nobody downstairs where I am now waiting to be called for my appointment. Seems much safer to me than being upstairs with the crowd. I have been up and down twice bc I wasn’t aware that I had to check in at the lobby. I do not understand health professionals not being aware that if you need physical therapy you probably have a hard time getting around. Unlock the downstairs door please and let your patients in This is nonsense

Was asked today how large my employer is? She asked if we had over 100 employees. It's none of there business. She said they have been asking for years. No you haven't. I've been going there for over 10 years. Never once was asked that question.

I realize most people are extremely fond of Dr.Braunegg (went there based on reviews) which is why I was hoping to get help with this doctor. She was nice enough, but I reached out to Cleveland Clinic (who referred me to her bcus I was having multiple problems) and drove an hour to see her because I wasn't getting help elsewhere. I was in tears in her office because I was in pain, frustrated from not getting answers, and I left feeling like a berated child. She said "there is no magic pill I can give you" and treated me like I was seeking pain medicines. I did end up having multiple things wrong with me that had nothing to do with previous ailments to include: ovarian cancer, lung nodules, pneumonia, and a bladder infection. I did a urine for testing and to my knowledge it was never checked. I was told if you are not getting answers or need a second opinion that Cleveland Clinic Doctors are the best; I was extremely disappointed and desperately needed help. I think it is sad that I thought she would at least run a test or something and I still ended up having to go to the ER and left even more upset than when I went there.

Samantha in the lab is so terrible. She left a huge bruise on my arm. Not to mention I had an over hour wait just to get drawn. Never coming back

Went to the lab for bloodwork and had a great experience. Thank you, Carolyn! The first lab tech ever, that easily found my vein and did not cause any bruising. She is gentle and calmed my anxieties. Bless you!

The receptionist that answered was one of the rudest ladies. Was asking about employment drug testing and she made me feel stupid for even thinking they would do it there, even though I was referred to them from another Cleveland clinic branch.

I had 5 star service from Sue and security-concierge folks at this Chagrin location. I had my doctor e-send my blood panel request . Because of previous low stars, I stopped by facility and Sue actually knew who I was and complimented my doctors office., I set appointment for blood draw and Sam [woman] performed blood draw flawlessly..this was an across the board 5 star experience with competent and friendly people. Will use again!

I have been going here since I was a child. Moved to the city, and I still keep my doctors here. Kind, knowledgeable, and understands my time is valued.

My doctor/ nurse practitioner was Ann Mullhaupt and she knew exactly what I had wrong with me and exactly what to do to get it better, I thought it was a skin tag, but it ended up being a wart, she froze it and said it'll be better within 7 to 10 days just do not touch it or pick at it because it could spread because it is a virus, something I never knew. She was an awesome doctor and I feel so comforted and glad that I came here, even though I came all the way from Cleveland it was worth coming all the way out here to Chagrin Falls to get excellent care and rapid results. Recommend this place to anybody and I love Cleveland clinic! Excellent facilities and excellent doctors and care!

I have been going here for years for my Drs and Labs. Usually every 2 months. Never had any issues. Check in is fast as it is a smaller facility. I usually am not waiting long for my appointment or labs. Never had an issue with reception being rude. The facility is clean.
