Met a friend at the Sunrise Cafe for.breakfast. what a nice surprise, very friendly staff, bright sunny room, and delicious food at a fair price. How have I not been here before?!? I will definitely be going back!

So living in South saint Paul I just hit the local restaurant the Sunlight Restaurant for some fried chicken today. I got all excited when I thought they had horchata. Much to my dismay I was brought hot chocolate. It is some of the finest hot chocolate around. Well that was some of the finest fried Chicken I've had in awhile. Props to the sunlight restaurant.

Went in on a Saturday morning, it was busy, there was a 25 min wait. The service was a little slow but understandable for how busy they were. The food was yummy as always. Great breakfast!

Go to local restaurant. A place to see locals. Comfortable setting but older venue. Standard breakfast food. Not a lot of unique flavors. But good for larger groups and service was amazing.

A really great place to eat, we were hesitant when we first showed up because of the outside but once you get settled down and see the food it’s amazing. The food came first! Cheap friendly prices with great proportions. The staff was friendly, there were only two waitresses but they did an amazing job. 100% come here and try it out 😁

Great place with great prices. Good food and good pricing means they are always busy. I'm about as picky as ya can be with food, and I frequent the place weekly.

Great little place, tables were turned over quickly. My teenager got an omlete with home fries and said it was really great and filling. The littlest got silver dollar pancakes then asked for whipped cream and they brought a nice sized container. We left with full bellies for really reasonable pricing.

I go here with my friend quite often. It has never ever let me down. Pro tip, get something that would go with a Verde salsa and order a cup of that. My go to is an omelet with a side of home potatoes and a side of the salsa. It is great.

Can't review sunlights breakfast because it's been difficult to visit when they are open. Understand not being able to keep normal business hours. Things happen. But communicate and do you best to set expectations Don't understand.
