They were extremely professional and safe. They showed great skill in how to carefully and quickly dismantle a couple of enormous trees.

Vital did a great job on our yard. He removed four trees for us. His prices were very reasonable and the quality of the work was outstanding. His crew cleaned up our yard and our driveway when they were all done. He did such a good job my next door neighbor hired him to do his trees as well. I highly recommend this tree service.

6/9/22 Selected Vital after getting several bids from different companies for a tree removal in our backyard. Workers showed up with trucks/equipment on the day of the job and just before getting started, I received a call from the company saying that they underbid the job and that they would need to charge an additional $1,000. Huge inconvenience and waste of time for everyone involved. Would not recommend based upon my experience.

Had to deal with Excel, and Vital was patient for that process. Was respectful of my home, even though it delayed completing the job a few months due to the heavy rains. I would recommend.

I’ve hired Vital twice. Both times were good experienced. Sorry, typo there. They showed up when they said they would, did the job and cleaned up afterwards. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them.

Came upon these gentlemen at an empty property in the neighborhood. It has been an eyesore for years. Stopped to ask a question. Very kind man. They did an amazing job cleaning up this property. I would most likely call the in the future if need be.

Removed a large dead white oak partially over the neighbor's garage and near power lines without trouble in a few hours only using lightweight equipment and ropes. Very professional, cleaned up very well. Used plywood to limit impact to the yard. A+ service, A+ value!

Vital Tree Service was incredible after a tree fell on our house during the storm few weeks ago leaving 5 holes in our roof. They even gave us a name of a contractor to deal with the roof. Alex was at my home within a 1/2 hour and assured us that we would be taken care of that day due to the emergency of the damage. They worked quickly and cleaned the area of all the debris and limbs. I highly recommend them for any of your tree needs. It made a terrible situation feel not that bad since they were so efficient. Very professional!

Vital did an excellent job for a reasonable price. I'll be calling them next time I need trees trimmed. The crew was communicative, professional, and left my property looking very clean. They also went above and beyond: They prepped some firewood without charging me for it and generously paid me back for two string light bulbs that broke during the tree trimming. Would definitely recommend.

Vital Tree Service completed a large job for us, last week. They did an amazing job!! They were very responsive from the time we requested a quote. They were willing to come out anytime and answer any further questions we had. The work was done well and clean up was great. My only recommendation for them would be to make sure someone is available to contact during the morning of a job. It was a hassle trying to communicate and schedule power shut off with the energy company and then letting someone at Vital know. It would be nice if they took care of scheduling the power companies.

We found ourselves in an emergency tree removal situation after our neighbor's tree fell on our house during a snow storm a few weeks ago. After calling numerous places, Vital Tree Service was the only company able to get out to us quickly and they lined up their crane truck and committed to getting the tree removed later that afternoon. It was such a relief to watch their crew of skilled professionals remove the tree from our house and property. They did an excellent job and were very kind and communicative throughout the day. They have given us the time we need to work with insurance to complete payment. Despite the situation, it was fun to watch and it was obvious they enjoy what they do! Vital Tree provided a great service to us that day and we would highly recommend them!

Vital Tree was phenomenal, the took down 2 large trees and ground the stumps and trimmed a large tree. They were Very careful around power lines and cable/phone lines, and my neighbors garage. They cleaned up all the debris from stump grinding and raked up all the leaves. Great group of hard working guys. I am only sad that i cannot give you six (6) stars. DaveO
