Seriously the worst crispy chicken sandwich I have ever had. No sauce whatsoever. Save your trip and go to Poepeyes close by.

The service is very slow. There are at least 20 people inside the restaurant. Need to hire more people and pay them more. With food prices are going up everywhere, i suspect, McDonald's restaurant and other fast food places will be busier in the coming days and weeks. I am glad McDonald's prices are still the same.

Ordered a hamburger happy meal for my daughter. Everything was as expected and fast except they left out the apple slices

The code on the bags are already claimed. It is unethical to scan the bar codes on the bags. The manager himself did it as I told him and he was skeptic playing "I don't know." Several customers were very annoyed. They also fill the drink. I had all coke for my group with choice. The drink machine is inside and not for customers to fill themself. All bags code were claimed. Unethical.

Nice McDonalds. The Crows outside in the parking lot were the most memorable thing about my visit to this location. They were MASSIVE! Like the size of a Rugby ball or a sack of potatoes. And man they basically owned that parking lot, just walking as slow as they wanted across the pavement and eating whatever out of the trash cans, not afraid of a single person or vehicle. Also, this McDonald's restroom seems to require a special code to be able to use it, so lots of people will try to open the door but it will be locked, but it's not a single use bathroom it has multiple stalls in pretty sure. You just need to know the code for that day to open the door or wait for someone to walk out 🤷

Ridiculous! The deals were not available, and the manager didn't know why it would be on the app and unavailable to use. She offered no resolution, and despite there only being 1 person inside, it took forever to get the food. Then, I had to wait to ask for condiments.

Ordered and received an mobile order (Happy Meal) from driver thru. Specifically chose the currently promoting Pokemon toy for the happy meal. A different toy was in the closed Pokemon theme happy meal box. I have to drove back to the McDonald and walked into the ordering counter to ask for the corrected toy. The employee/manager didn't say a word, no apology. She just went to the back for a minute, then came back with a stack of the Pokemon toy and handed me one of the toy. This McDonald scams customer on switching the promoted toy to an old happy meal toy.

As part of my order for a family of 5, I ordered two 20-piece McNuggets. When I got home, I discovered they only gave 20 pieces, so I had to go back to the restaurant. They rectified the mistake, no problem. Another thing that happened was that I ordered a sweet tea, and I assumed it was a large, based on what I knew from several years ago where the sweet tea only came in one size. I was given a medium, but I expected a large. The fact that both the medium and large are the same price, I didn't understand why the cashier couldn't have asked what size I wanted rather than assuming the smaller size. In any case, this wasn't as severe as missing an item.

Some times slow but average most times. One of the few Mac Donald’s with the self service drinks. Typical Mc D food, good when I need to pick up a fast meal. Restroom were clean most times when I needed to use them.

I'm from Los Angeles, visiting family. Decided to come in for breakfast. I know the Morning Shift doesn't get paid enough for the hard work that they do and the type of customers they have to put up with: I just seen a line of cars, walk in orders, on top of mobile orders and thought I'd be here for a good half hour like many other places I've been too: they managed to get my order out so fast! The guys in the kitchen are LITERALLY running! You can see the work ethics at a hundred percent here at this place. This is the fastest McDonald's I've ever been to serving so many people. People are so entitled these days. I witnessed a few customers being rude to the staff. It almost seems they are talking down to them. Anyone complaining should get in the kitchen someday. First world problems. That's why the staff is all Latino. Keep up the hard work. People are just ugly from the inside these days.

Every time. I come to this location they always get my order wrong or I endup mising something. As a costumer and graduated in hospitality this is not aceptable plis consider on checking orders

It's unfortunate that this is the closest McDonald's to my job. Every. Single. Time. there is always something wrong with my order, from taking my order to actually receiving it. I do not recommend this place, go somewhere else.

Normally McDonald's food is delicious but my most recent visit was a disappointment. I ordered large fries and an orange Fanta drink. Although the fries were hot but when the salt was added, they weren't shaken to remove the excess leaving them very salty. As for the drink, I took a sip before I went into safeway and it tasted like syrup. The cup had a lot of ice so I thought I would wait for it to melt a little. Every time I took a sip it still tasted like syrup. I let the ice melt away completely and it still tasted like syrup. I was really not happy. Quality matters McDonald's. Please do better!!!!

They never have lemons for my tea y been baying tea for 2 years because the are located by my house but they are the only one that never have lemons hopefully this helps is only a constructive cretics and for that purpose only I appreciate they’re always really nice thank you

Worst McDonalds staff I have ever encountered, and that is saying a lot. If you just want McDonalds for a quick fix try out any of the other ones in the area besides the airport Blvd one which charges way more money. I have had an issue at this location each visit for months and I used the regular the stonestown location never with a problem for years.

They charge $0.25 per extra dipping sauce. 🙄 Seriously? Small things like that bother me. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Millbrae location instead. Items are cheaper, they are quick af, and don’t charge for any condiments. Plus they are open 24 hours a day.

Fries stale hamburger burt on edges very disappointed the Milkshake was good

Burgers were great. The buy one burger and get the second burger for $1.00 is a great deal!

Very nice people and fast service despite how full it can get somtimes

Not body show up in the front for 7 minutes, when finally a lady show up she don’t even say hi, she just start tapping the system order for her self food and leave without let other person know that a costumer is in the front. 2 min after another person show up, not friendly at all. The restroom so dirty and smells bad so didn’t use it, about the food it was quick, but No crunch fries, I ordered large and I get small when I go back to check in the front again not body so I just eat them and go. Worst Mc Donald’s ever!
