I recently had the pleasure of dining at the new Yucatan food restaurant in our city South San Francisco, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of delightful. The restaurant's ambiance is inviting and authentic, transporting you to the heart of Yucatan. I had the Panuchos, which were a taste of pure Yucatecan delight. The flavors were on point, and I could almost imagine myself in Yucatan with each bite. To accompany my meal, I had a unique and delicious drink (even though I can't recall its name) that perfectly complemented the flavors of the dishes. The restaurant truly excels in bringing the authentic Yucatecan taste to our city. If you're looking for a genuine culinary journey to Yucatan, this restaurant is a must-visit. I'll definitely be returning to explore more of their menu."

Fantastic food and drinks! I've been a fan of their food truck for years, and it's great to see them opening a permanent location. I saw recently that they have a brunch menu and I'm excited to try that one of these weekends.

Yes, this place exists! It's not on Google maps, and their website needs updating, but they've been here since fall 2023. Found it when my family was visiting and wanted "good Mexican food and a strong margarita." Cochinita delivered! The appetizers and entrees were excellent, drinks from the bar were indeed strong, AND (best of all), my picky 5-year-old devoured his quesadilla without complaint! Service was a bit spotty but that is normal for a place that's just opened. I will definitely visit again, and bring others.

Hands down the best Food in South San Fran. and in San Francisco. It's a must to stop by for a drink or grub on!! before your flight, if traveling. Happy hour and appetizers are my favorite, specially the elote-tots with carne asada.. yummy..
