Great place! Nice variety on the menu and staff was super friendly! Wet burrito was excellent. The pico inside of it is spicy though!

This place is Mexican owned and run, but don’t let that stop you from getting your American food from here. They do a good job regardless on what kind of food they make up. At least in my experiences. For the sides, all are cooked to order and the fries are thick and slightly seasoned, the onion rings are like you would find in a quality restaurant. Their fried zucchini is made fresh. The burgers are big, filling, and very good. Things are made to order, so everything comes out borderline too hot to touch. They are pretty quick to get your food out considering it’s made fresh. So regardless on if you’re in the mood for a carnitas taco, an asada burrito, or a western burger, you can come here with the likelihood that you’ll be happy with your meal. If you get the western, you won’t end up with one tiny onion ring like some places. You’ll get 3-4 decent sized ones.

The food was really good. Tasted homemade and good. Instead of Big fast food companies, you should really try this place. It's got an old school feel to it.

Came here because it was close proximity to where we were visiting and it specializes probably more in Mexican cusine than American food, but don't let that detract you from visiting. I didn't know what to expect from this place but it was very reasonably priced and the food was very, very good. I would say this place is like a hidden gem to check out if you want high quality food and reasonable prices.

The food here was tasty, and very reasonably priced. The hamburger was juicy and the fries fresh, and perfectly cooked. Crunchy on the outside and fluffy potato goodness on the inside. The fried zucchini was also great dipped in a side of their tangy ranch! Eat it fast though because this item does loose it's fried crunchiness quicker than the fries. I would definitely recommend this place for a good quick, great priced meal. Also they have what I thought were banana peppers next to the register to eat with your order, they were NOT banana peppers lol, much much hotter so you've been warned. All and all I'd return for sure.

Had a Double Bacon Cheeseburger with cheese curds at Jim's Burgers yesterday! Lot’s of bacon and the cheese curds were golden and crispy. One of my go-to combinations when I visit. Absolutely delicious!

The food here is always fresh and made to order. The tacos are my typical order. The burgers are also a great choice. The establishment is clean.

They have an excellent steak Wet Burrito. The wife's tuna melt she said was cold and underwhelming. The service was great, fast and friendly. Unfortunately they had some disruptive clientele in there causing a scene. The ladies handled it with grace, it was no fault of management.

A bit pricey for a lunch sandwich made from off-the-store-shelf ingredients. This could be the result of the current economic situation. Service was friendly, helpful and fast. The atmosphere would benefit by developing unique character - something that Jim's Burgers could be known for.

The food was okay. I ordered a burger combo. (Burger, fries, drink). The fries were great. The burger was a thin patty with loads of lettuce and a thick bun. The service is good and the staff is nice. The restaurant could definitely use an update.

Just stopped in to eat at Jim's Burger and it was 7:45pm and the workers said that we are only serving cheese burgers and it's only to go orders because they are closing at 8pm. Not sure if this is a normal process but I'm sure the owner wouldn't be happy to turn business away that could have paid the employees wages to actually do there job and not goofing off with 3 other kids that were in there assuming it was some of their friends waiting for them to get off work. Not a very happy experience.

I’m from Carthage, Missouri been up here in Sioux City for my work. Jimis Burger has too be one of the best burgers I’ve eaten in a very long time great taste, portion was great, the way the gentleman cooked and prepared it was fantastic. I had the Western burger. The cashiers were very friendly and polite. I will be coming back too Sioux City for my work and will definitely be coming back too eat, plus it’s in walking distance from the Warrior Hotel. I’ll give them 10 stars.
