Krn dari pengalaman saya untuk cek urin dan golongan darah saja masa itu tidak tercover BPJS, & saya jg BPJS nya yg bayar kok yg dari kantor kerjaan, sementara kalau saya di puskesmas itu sudah free utk tes urin dan cek golongan darah. Knp kok di klinik makmur jaya kampung utan ini malah tidak menyediakan ( harus bayar / tidak tercover BPJS) & saya juga mau USG yang free itu harusnya bisa minta surat rujukan dari situ, tapiii kenapa tidak bisa dan harus ada keluhan, dan sementara saya bertanya di puskesmas ciputat timur apa kah ada utk USG yg free. Dan pihak dari puskesmas tsb jwb ADA tetapi harus ada surat rujukan dari faskes bpjs ibu. Mereka menyarankan saya utk USG karena kandungan saya sudah tinggal nunggu waktunya, jd di sarankan diharuskan USG. USG itu bisa ter-cover BPJS kalau ada surat rujukan dari faskes tersebut karena saya faskesnya bukan di Puskesmas upt Ciputat timur jadi pihak puskesmasnya tidak bisa memberikan surat rujukan USG ke rs.cinta kasih. Jadi yang saya kecewain di sini adalah untuk fasilitas ke customernya tidak terpenuhi saya kecewa di tes urine dan untuk cek golongan darahnya tidak tercover(diharuskan bayar) tolong ditingkatkan lagi untuk pelayanannya Fasilitas nya ,Terimakasih.

Dokter gigi tersebut tidak memberikan pelayanan atau tindakan apapun dengan alasan sudah lewat jam kerja yaitu jam 9..bayangin berapa kecewa nya saya dan anak say yg sdh menungu berjam jam tetapi di bilang seperti ini. Berapa lma sih waktu yg habis cuma buat nambal gigi anak anak... Di bandingkan waktu yg sdh terbuang karena menunggu giliran... Saya kecewa dan tidak akan mengunakan klinik ini lagi... Hal ini akan saya sebarkan ke semua media dan sosmed..

    Seperti kurang staf, atau staf sibuk. pasien jd bertanya2, termasuk saat mau bayar di kasir. alur proses agak lamban. Dari pendaftaran awal trus katanya ke petugas tensi. Utk cek tensi, berat badan, suhu, petugasnya ada tp sibuk bicara dg sebelahnya jd tunggu tensi bisa 20-25 menit tanpa kejelasan pdhl kursi tensi kosong. Ada dokter umum. Ada Lab bisa test darah standar (BPJS) + Widal (bayar krn tdk dicover BPJS). Bisa lbh ditingkatkan.

Akhirnya pertengahan Oktober saya balik lagi ke klinik ini, keluhan yg sama BATUK SAYA TIDAK SEMBUH. Akhirnya baru dikasih surat rujukan. Dan tau apa hasilnya?? SAYA TERKENA TBC!!!! Kenapaaa dok? Setelah selesai pengambilan obat dan memang besoknya saya harus ke Klinik ini lagi, bagian pendaftaran bilang untuk ambil nomor antrian melalui telfon saja agar tidak kehabisan kuota. Hari ini saya telfon dan mba2nya bilang "NOMOR ANTRIAN PER-KEDATANGAN LANGSUNG KE KLINIK" APAAN SIH ELAH. Mau mempersulit apa gimanaa? Langsung pindah faskes aja kalau kayak gini!

    Kondisi setelah ujan, jadi becek sampe di dalem. Walaupun petugas kebersihanya sudah pulang. Setidaknya petugas yang sedang berjaga seharusnya inisiatif untuk membersihkan bukan membiarkan. Ini rumah sakit bukan pasar. Tolong kerjasama nya dalam meningkatkan pelayanan rs nya. Masa rs sama dengan pasar kondisi nya. Apalagi rs nya baru direnovasi. Mohon di perbaiki. Terimakasih

    Awalny saya berobat ke klinik makmur dan bertemu dgn suster bagian tensi, krna saya ndak pakai BPJS dan bayar umum lalu suster tersebut menyarankan untuk segera diurus BPJSny dan dikasih lah nmr mbak Phonika tersebut.. Dan masya Allah Alhamdulillah dipertemukan dgn org baik, beliau melayaninya dgn sangat sabar dan cepat sekali pdhl saya bnyk bgt pertanyaan2 mengenai BPJS tp beliau dgn sabar melayani wlpn sudh slsai jam kerja..     DOKTER EMA YANG TERHORMAT, KALAU MEMANG ANDA TIDAK BERKENAN MELAYANI PASIEN LEBIH BAIK TIDAK USAH PRAKTEK. SAYA SUDAH SERING KE KLINIK INI DAN BARU PERTAMA KALI MENDAPATKAN PELAYANAN YANG SANGAT BURUK. Tolong kotak kritik dan saran dievaluasi dengan benar.
