Everyone knew that ACE Hardware is the best hardware store in the town. This store is situated in the strategic location of Bintaro Housing Complex. It has been sold complete hardware. As an upscale store, the store management is always listening to customers for providing great service. Dropped vacuum cleaner for having service and for about 4 months i tried to always keep contacting to know the progress but CS staffs did not known status of my vc and very very late response or even did not follow up at all. Very bad CS system. Finally got support from store manager of Ace PIM 1 and settled in 1 day!

The restaurant has a modern setting, fast service and a lot of dishes to choose from the menu. Prices are reasonable, 'though don't expect that you'll get the same dish as in the menu's displayed photo. This is also a good place to dine whether you're dining alone or with a group. There's also special low price promo for the snow ice if ordered before 6pm.

The dulux's staff didnt standby. I asked other staff and they said the staff is at back office. They asked me to wait for the staff. But i had waited long enough but none showing up. Meanwhile other staff just passing by over me 👎

I give it 5 stars cause it has pretty much everything I was looking for at the time of review (cooking utensils, gardening tools, and some electrical peripherals). The only downside is at the time of review the pandemic was still going strong but it was really crowded. Even though there's 2 floors of ace hardware, given how narrow the isle's and corridors are its a given to be in close contact to other people no matter where we go... It's good to see that business is still good for the place but its pretty stressful weaving around so many people in tight places...

Cozy place and value buy. Sometimes u will found buy 1 get 2

Purchased an Ace bike for my 9 year old daughter and after only 9 days the peddle broke. We called and spoke to an Ace representative and was told it was ok and covered by warranty. Sounded good, but unfortunately after paying for transportation there with the bike we were told it wasn't covered by warranty and we would have to pay for the peddle. Not happy but ok, whatever. So we said fine our daughter had been waiting for this bike for a long time so we will pay. Then we were told unfortunately they don't have peddles for us to purchase and told us sorry for the miscommunication on our part, OUR PART? Come on! So we had to load the bike, paper weight, back into a cab and go back home with no peddle and a broken bike, but even worse out daughters heart is broken as she blames herself. So sad.

The items are complete, but overpriced

Best hardware store in the area. If you're gonna buy a lot of stuff in here, you better park your car at the basement next to the elevator, so you can easily bring your stuff back to the car.

My fav is they like to offers sale for 2 suitcase for 1million rupiah which is cheap and affordable and also you can get 2 type of suitcase for your traveling! Try your luck for your home decoration in here!
